this Consumer. We received correspondence stating such from the complainant on September 15th and removed his phone number and address from the account at that time. 4,2015 the Complainant sent in a letter of dispute stating he had no knowledge of this bill and requested written Validation. We then sent that validation via US mail to the Complainant which included a detailed Itemized Statement for his account. On his letter of dispute he stated he wasn't aware of the account but on his Revdex.com Complaint he states that the account is too old to still be reporting, which does indicate responsibility for the account. However, as a courtesy I have sent a request to the Credit Reporting agency to have this account removed from the Complainants credit report. As long as Rash Curtis & Associates remove this account from all Credit Reporting Agencies, I am satisfied and would like to thank RC&A for doing the right thing.

[redacted] needs to contact our office. Our toll free number is [redacted] There simply is not enough information in her complaints to answer appropriately.  This cannot be resolved by going back and forth through the Revdex.com. [redacted] needs to call [redacted] and speak to a Representative so that her concerns can go through the proper channels of communication. Our records do not show any reference to a [redacted]
As far as a Representative yelling at her, that would be out of the question. That is certainly not allowed. Managers sit in the middle of all Representatives and any yelling would be immediately noticed and quickly dealt with. In my 4 years here, I have never heard a Representative yell at anyone. Thank you.

There are two accounts that Rash Curtis & Associates (RCA) have in their office belonging to [redacted] of Long Beach CA. When RCA reports ite** to the Credit Bureaus, the Bureaus are the ones that decide whose credit gets affected. In this case, it appears they have...

placed two ite** onto the wrong person’s report. RCA will submit to the Bureaus a request to remove accounts [redacted] and [redacted] from the report of **. [redacted] of Concord CA, with the last four numbers of her Social Security being [redacted].
As far as a new item being placed on **. [redacted] Report, RCA is not sure which account this could be. She did not provide an account number. The two items listed above were first reported to the Bureaus in 2015. We do not show any other accounts other than two mentioned above under a name of [redacted], or similar.

We are in receipt of the consumer complaint, after reviewing our records we found that there were no notes on the account indicating that a Settlement for Deletion was promised to the consumer. Our company procedures only requires us to update...

the Credit Report for Paid in Full or Settled in Full respectfully, however, do we offer deletions from the Credit Bureau for certain situations. We typically do not offer deletions for Settlements. Our records do indicate that the complainant called and spoke with a Manager at our office and was promised a deletion on September 4, 2015, the request was put through to have these accounts removed from the Consumer's credit report at that time. The Consumer also submitted disputes through the Credit Reporting Agency directly at which time we requested the Credit Bureau Agency remove our inquiry from the Consumer's credit. At this time I believe all efforts have been attempted to have this situation rectified for the Consumer, however as an additional courtesy I have sent manual requests to have these inquiries removed from the Consumer's Credit Report. Should you have any additional questions regarding this matter, please feel free to contact our office.
