Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the customer’s concern. The consumer stated she already mailed supporting information to our company regarding this account. Our office has not received any mail correspondence from her up to this point. The consumer also stated that
she previously spoke with our office, but we had not had a phone conversation with the consumer until she called on September 12, Lastly, the consumer says we sent a rude and threatening person to her home. We can only assume she is referring to a private process server that was attempting personal service on her at her residence, to which there was no indication from that person that any inappropriate action occurred. It's fine that they are now fixing the problem, I will accept it and am satisfied, but I do wish they had a better mechanism to report this sort of problem (them calling a wrong number) than what I had to go through twice now with this same company (July of and June of 2015)and an identical problem

I was just informed that this complaint has been closed but it has not been resolvedI have contacted the office over times and representatives have tried to transfer me to all four Michigan attorneys and none of them have answered the phoneI have left voicemail messages for two of them with no call back to meAlso, the response from them stated “The garnishment hold is already in the process of being released.” When I asked my bank if this was true, they stated it was notThe company already received my money and has not returned it to meHow am I supposed to proceed?
