The reason Scott had gone to this gentleman's house is we were referred by the customer four houses down that the lady of the house four houses up wanted to know where they had purchased food and when we came around again for us to stop by that's all he was doing Scott doesn't make a lot of money ? and his TV was broken all he did was ask the gentleman , he was trying to be polite and ask , this was ? about o'clock in the evening ,but by all means we will never stop by the house again , it's sort of like a no-win situation we be rude if we didn't go and then this is what happened when we did ,and we are not going to shut our doors, as far as my response goes it was really hard to answer the gentleman because all we did was do what we thought was requested through our other customer in the neighborhood

I have GPS and all my vehicles and it was not our company that was there and she stated in her complaint she has heard about our company there are two other companies that have trucks each and about independent drivers of other companies in this area I looked it up but our GPS we Did not
stop in conklin ,which is where this complete took place I know because she called me swearing telling me never to step foot in Conklin which is where this complaint took place I know because she called me to tell me that I'm not allowed in Conklin, I didn't tell her this because I hadn't looked up on the GPS yet she has us confused with other people because as she stated she knew of us to other people supposedly complaining sorry I couldn't be much help but because of past experiences in conversation she's had with others I feel she assumed that it was my company and my GPS does not reflect that the phone call I received was before o'clock but I looked with a three hour window each way and I had no vehicles in this area wrong company ,sorry !

I'm sorry it's taken me this long to get back to you I've had a problem with my email from the website I did not see the cancellation only through the Revdex.com complaint process that I get a copy my apologies I have no problem refunding the customers money and we will pick up the
product ASAP I will be contacting the customer to set that up I did speak with the customer shortly there after and it was under my understanding that she just wanted to know what the products were in the last time I had spoken with the wife Joe was going back up to deliver the pork and I thought we were all good I do understand the one check didn't go through as I had gotten to New York for the holidays I just haven't had a chance to get this taken care of once again please forgive us this will be taken care of in the next few days thank you very much PS we're definitely not out to take advantage of anybody we deal with a lot of elderly folks they can't get around and we service them quite well we did not know the *** was though he was there alone he had a check book and thought that he could make a purchase,thanks again for your patiants!

I have pictures of our GPS attached it states the dates the times I only have two vehicles that are Van and that are trucks,if we get a copy of the police report she says the police know from other people I'd like to see it but for my information and documentation our vans were nowhere in the area, as for not coming to Conklin my immediate family of about relatives originate from Conklin the Mastronardi's are quite a large family and we do a lot of business there but she wont give an address so I can't tell her nobody wont be there in the future without it I explained that on the phone , we do not have a problem with putting her on a list that we will not come to her home but as I repeated we were never there you could take a picture of our van anywhere our guys get to drive them home after work and to be honest I live in Hawaii I don't know if that gentlemen may live in the area and I'm also working on the phone records with the call came in before nine so I don't know how they could've been there at 9:!
