I have GPS and all my vehicles and it was not our company that was there and she stated in her complaint she has heard about our company there are two other companies that have 10 trucks each and about 20 independent drivers of other companies in this area I looked it up but our GPS we Did not...

stop in conklin ,which is where this complete took place I know because she called me swearing telling me never to step foot in Conklin which is where this complaint took place I know because she called me  to tell me that I'm not allowed in Conklin, I didn't tell her this because I hadn't looked up on the GPS yet she has us confused with other people because as she stated she knew of us to other people supposedly complaining sorry I couldn't be much help  but because of past experiences in conversation she's had with others I feel she assumed that it was my company and my GPS does not reflect that the phone call I received was before 9 o'clock but I looked with a three hour window each way and I had no vehicles in this area wrong company ,sorry !

Second like I am going t o be randomly taking pictures at 900 at night. My neighbors can confirm because they know my house and theirs in the pics. And what does it matter who you know in Conklin. I know alot of people myself in Conklin. Obviously you are just mad because another complaint was made. Why cant you just deal with common courtesy and only have your drivers come at a decent time. My one neighbor is in bed before 7/8 most times. Yes people work so you want to catch them afterwards but 9pm is a little ridiculous. Also maybe have them tell them their name and dress a little more appropriate. I have pictures of our GPS attached it states the dates the times I only have two vehicles that are Van and 4 that are trucks,if we get a copy of the police report she says the police know from other people I'd like to see it but for my information and documentation our vans were nowhere in the area, as for not coming to Conklin my immediate family of about 35 relatives originate from Conklin the Mastronardi's are quite a large family and we do a lot of business there but she wont give an address so I can't tell her nobody wont be there  in the future without it I explained that on the phone , we do not have a problem with putting her on a list that we will not come to her home but as I repeated we were never there you could take a picture of our van anywhere our guys get to drive them home after work and to be honest I live in Hawaii I don't know if that gentlemen may live in the area  and I'm also working on the phone records with the call came in before nine so I don't know how they could've been there at 9:13 !
