I am rejecting this response because:I am still waiting to receive my purchased car back from being repaired.  The service department could not reach Eastern's for payment as of yesterday, September 12, 2016.  Easterns authorized [redacted] to make the same repair (replacing a blown fuse only) they have been making multiple times instead of allowing [redacted]'s tech to remove the interior and get to the bottom of the true error.  Each time this repair is made, my car's sliding doors stop working.  [redacted] has failed to respond to my email I sent on September 2, 2016.  I feel as though I have been disrespected and discriminated against by Eastern's Automotive Group; as I waited over 40 minutes to receive a loaner car and their staff waited on everyone else but me.  The loaner car was not comparable to my purchased vehicle to fit 5 people, and the loaner vehicle has an obstructive view as a large sticker or tint was taken off of the back window; this was mentioned to [redacted] on that email I sent on September 2, 2016.

We are in receipt of this complaint thank you.  The Gap cancelation for [redacted] was processed and is attached for review.  Janelle D[redacted] alleged that she made a call to [redacted] mid June and left a message explaining there was no refund available due to [redacted] charging...

a cancelation fee.  (please see attached breakdown)  I apologize for the delay in getting back with [redacted].  I hope these documents help.  Thank you

Vehicles advertised on the site as "Coming Soon" are not final prices or available for sale. The pricing disclosure is listed on the website.  We reiterate that it is not meant as a deceptive advertisement, it was simply a clerical error on that particular unit. I am rejecting this response because:It is a deceptive practice plain and simple, regardless of whether or not you have a disclaimer.  IT is generally refered to as BAIT AND SWITCH.  This situation is not unique I have watched many vehicles over the past month listed at prices that seem too low to be correct. I have called into your sales dispatch center and had my fiance call using assumed names and the agents promise that the price is correct and that we just need to hurry to the store to fill out our finance paperwork so that the vehicle can be expedited. Please feel free to pull your recordings of the calls I had with jason and you will see that that is exactly what I was being told, if your internet chats are recorded you will see some on there as well. Easy way to avoid complaints like this in the future would be not publishing deceptively low prices on vehicles that are "unavailable" in an effort to drive business to your brick and mortar locations(isn't this the textbook definition of bait and switch). I am considering contacting an attorney in this matter as i'm sure your internet sales center calls are recorded I should be able to have all of my call records subpoenaed to help stop your companies deceptive practices so that you can't continue to con your potential customers.

We are in receipt of the rejection thank you.  The extended warraty that was purchased by [redacted] at the time of sale would have covered the items listed in the complaint.  We did not recommend that [redacted] cancel the extended warranty simply because of situations such as these that result in unnecessary expenses to our customers.  We do care about our customers.  All of our vehicles have been through thurough inspections as well as required State Safety inspections prior to sale.  Each customer is given ample opportunity to have vehicles inspected inside and out and test drive them prior to final sale.  We provide (free of charge) a 30 day /1000 mile limited warranty as well as a variety of extended Warranty plans for purchase as extra insurance because these are pre-owned units.  We also provide a 7 day exchange option if customers are unhappy with their purchase.  All of these things we do for the benefit of our consumers.  According to the managers at the location of purchase, last week when [redacted] spoke with them she stated that she was coming back in a month for a vehicle for a family memeber so we are perplexed by this complaint.  I hope this clarifies our position in this matter.

I am rejecting this response because:Yes you have my signature on the buyers order but at the end of the day your sales man and sales manager Mr Hobson were aware that my truck was not paid off.There just wasn’t a meeting of the minds with both sides involved. I want all of my deposit back that’s my money and you didn’t do any kind gesture.you owe me that money.Your company and your sales people are crooked and they bully people.If your company would have handled this issue in a professional manner I wouldn’t have to be going through this 6 months and plus later.If I were aware of this mistake why would I put $500 worth of additions on your truck that doesn’t make any sense Cindi G
