RCC did a very good job and I would recommend them for repairing basement wall leaks They took the time to actually locate the location and cause of the basement flooding, and they scoped their work accordingly They did careful and effective work, and at a reasonable price They worked well with other contractors (our plumber) They fully documented their work with pictures so we could have a proper record of the work done

I just had the leak fixed in my basement..something I've been meaning to do for a while, but was dreading the inconvenienceJustin Swas my main point of contact and he did a great jobHe was able to give me an estimate when it was convenient for me..(7:pm)I live in a freehold town house and only have access to my backyard through my house, so once the deck was removed for the men to dig down and repair the cracks, that would mean I couldn't let my dogs out back ..so even at 11pm..they had to get their leashes on and go for a walkJustin was excellent when I mentioned this to him and he organized the workmen to come right away..I couldn't have asked for better serviceJustin called to be sure everything was ready for the men, and through his questions I discovered I might not have removed enough of the deck, (my fault)..I was worried I might have to lose my appointment but Justin made a few phone calls and called me back and said not to worryHe asked the crew to please bring extra tools just in caseThe two men showed up on time, laid drop sheets on my floors, and got right to workThey did have to remove a bit more of the deck and did so without one complaintThey showed me what they had done, cleaned everything up and were off! In July 2016, I contacted RCC for a quotation on repair to cracked concrete around external fireplace above groundAlthough we didn't have any leaks (waterproofing performed by another company years ago was still OK), my husband and I were concerned that the concrete crack could eventually lead to leakage below ground/into the basement We also needed the work completed within a few weeks, as landscapers would be working in this area We contacted RCC for a quotation Their salesman, Mauro, provided a quote within days of our call, and expedited the work to be completed with relatively quick turnaround The area was excavated down ~feet, with new waterproofing material added (just in case....) and above ground concrete repaired It has rained several times since the work was completed, and we continue to be dry Mauro also answered followup email questions that we had on some hairline cracks in the new concrete (which are quite common in such work, can be quickly repaired/sealed) Sales and service were excellent/extremely professional and we are very pleased with the work We highly recommend RCC for waterproofing!
