RCC Waterproofing

I've hired RCC last july to waterproof 13 feet of my right wall. Rick from RCC came out and investigated my leak. He stated that as I have a concrete foundation I should just focus on a specific part of the wall. If I had a block or brick foundation I should then waterproof the entire wall, which other waterproofing companies failed to mention. He was also pointing out other parts of my home, which is not waterproofing related, that I should keep my eye on and/or can do a simple fix by going to [redacted]. Rick's honesty is what made us hire RCC. After about 4 weeks, Anthony [operations manager] let me knew what date a crew will arrive, weather permitted. The crew's work was done very professionally. They protected mine and my neighbor's property using tarps. They were also patient and answered all my questions as this was the first time I have hired a waterproofing company. By the time they were done, it looked like no one was at my home. Honest company & professional work! Thank you

In 2015 I found a crack in my basement foundation. I contacted RCC Waterproofing and the saleperson who did the site visit was named JAMIE H.. He assessed the damage. Provided a variety of solutions. Helped me determine the best course of action. Co-ordinate the repair dates & times. The team executed the repair and 6 months later there's no sign of any more water. I would HIGHLY recommend both JAMIE H. and RCC Waterproofing without hesitation.

I thought that Jeffrey did an excellent job as consultant. Not only was he prompt and personable, but he knew what he was doing and gave good advice. The men who did the repairs were hardworking. As far as they were concerned, I would have liked a phone call to tell us when thy were to arrive, since that would have prevented some damage to the side of our driveway. The return call in the spring to correct winter settling was appreciated. There again, a call before they came would have made things a bit better, since the men did not bring enough soil to totally correct the winter slumping. They said that they had not been told that that would be necessary. The overall result has been very good; the basement has remained dry in spite of heavy rains and everyone was easy to work with. The one area that I could see improved was communication when the workmen were about to arrive. Then we could have avoided our two disappointments. However, I would still recommend the company for its quality of result and reliability of guarantee.

Job done in November 2015

Just wanted to let people know what an absolutely wonderful experience I had with this company and its employees. My first interaction was with Jamie. Jamie was quite simply amazing. He walked me through every aspect of the project explaining all the steps and materials required to do the job properly. He was so professional that I knew right away that he was the man I wanted to hire. I was even more impressed when I received the quote and realized he was very competitive with all the other quotes I received. I have worked with many different trades people and companies and I can honestly say he was probable the best first contact I ever had. The project went according to plan and Peter and his crew even worked through the weekend to complete the project(due to some poor weather during the week). Peter was another amazing member of the RCC team as he and his crew worked tirelessly to make sure ever aspect of the job was perfectly done. No corners were cut and what I was told I was getting was exactly what I got (for those of you who have done renovations in the past, you will appreciate how rarely this happens). Jamie and Peter were both just amazing people who care about the quality of there work and there customers. To say I would recommend them would be an understatement. Great job Jamie and Peter, and great job RCC for hiring them.

I hired Rcc to fix my basement leak. Richard Greig the salesman was very professional and pleasant to deal with. We had to have work done on about half of the house. They dug up outside and kept the area clean. Sam was our lead man on the job and he and the team were all very courteous and knowledgeable. Jeffery M did a good job describing to me what was required and how serious the fractures in the basement were. As well he informed me of direct quotes and exact costs. The installers were quick and kept on task they finished within a reasonable time frame and cleaned everything up after they finished. I would definitely recommend the services of RCC. I thought the job was well done and happy with the overall outcome.

I want to say that this was one of my best experiences with a contractor. They were on time and professional. [redacted] the salesman was patient with our many questions and seemed very knowledgeable. He gave us a few options to consider and was concerned about the source of our issue, not just a standard remedy. I liked that.

I am very pleased to say that I did not regret calling RCC Waterproofing. I initally contacted Jultin S., who came to the house and did a thorough check of the basement. He provided the best solution based on our situation. Jultin was on time, professional and provided detailed information about the issues I was having in the basement and the best solution for my needs. Once the confirmation was set for RCC to come to the house, the workers showed up and were extremely efficient. They were paitient with me as I was in the area they were working in quite a bit asking questions. They were able to answer all of my questions and provide assurance regarding my concerns. I want to personally thank Marco, Chris, Darwin and Roger for their patience, professionalism and knowledge.
