I would like to file a formal complaint to the corporate office against Mr. for his distasteful communication methods. I have been a longstanding client with RDS. I am currently experiencing printing issues in which I needed resolved before I move my business from its current location to my home base office. Mr. has come to my office on two occasions to resolve issue. It was understood that I needed either another machine or look for the part to resolve printing issue. Another tech came this week and realize that same issue and put in a request immediately to resolve the issue. Keep in mind, since I became a client, I have not heard from Mr. for years. He finally calls on Wednesday to see how to resolve problem. He was made aware and confirmed that he understood that I wanted to get a printer immediately to have access to print before the closing of this month. He assured he would get back to me yesterday which was Thursday. Never heard from him, so I called him today and the entire conversation went left. I insisted that he was waiting for me to make a decision and get to him when in fact that was not the case. I explained to him that he was going to call me back and he had not. As a result I am deciding to cancel my agreement with the company. He then mentioned that if that was my original intentions, than I should have said that from the beginning. Basically, he was implying that I was wasting his time. I explained that was not my intentions and everyone including the different techs knew this. He apologized and then offered me a smaller printer for 99.00 a month compared to the large one I have at 109.00 a month. I said that was not reasonable since it is smaller. Nonetheless, I am not happy with how he handles the ENTIRE situation and felt like I deserved better. As a result, I am requesting partial refund for what you already took from my account (109.00) since the machine is not printing and only copying. This is an issue that I have had since the beginning of the month and this needs to be resolved. I do not want another printer. You can pick up your machine at the closing of the month so that I can be rid of this pressing issue. He has left a distasteful impression on me, my company and experience with RDS. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
