Gud dayMy name is jojit and I want to share our experience with companyMy parent is from pennsylvania and last oct [redacted] they send us a balikbayan box ( boxes) last week I filed a complaint is department of trade and industry here in philipines of as of to date we still not received our boxToo my suprise there are alot of complaint againts this companyIts been months and we still not teceived are boxI hope this could serve as a warning to others To god be the glory

I sent my package December [redacted] 2015.it was pick up at my address to be sent to PhilippinesThey promised an ETA of March due to peak season of blaikbayab box.It is now May and I havent recieved my package in the philippines.I tried calling their number and they keep saying next weekNow I can no lnger get hold of anyone.they are no longer answering my calls.I am not the only one who experience this

*** *** box is already in the Philippines and it's been in the hands of TK Trucking, the delivery company we used to hire back in OctoberTK Trucking have been holding other customers' boxes and not just *** ***However, we have made legal actions and there is a pending action by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) in the Philippines to pull out all the boxes held by TK TruckingWe assure you that we are doing all that we can to deliver your box.
We have responded to this complaint and rest assured we are doing our best to have your boxes delivered as soon as possible

Sent a flat tv last October and today June 2016, the package is still undeliveredIt's been over months nowThere are a lot of complaints in prints and social media about this RDR CargoI'd been to their office in Woodside NY more than 10x because no body's answering their phone any moreThey never give me date as to when they are going to deliver the packageBeware of this companyWorst BBOX Cargo ever!!

Approximately eight months ago my wife sent a box to the Philippines through RDR Cargo As of today, July **, 2016, her family has not received the box Normally it would take 1-months, however, its going on eight months and her family has still not received their box She has called the company numerous times only to be given information every time No one at the company can clearly articulate what the reasons are for the box not being delivered, and they cannot provide a date as to when the box will be delivered My wife's family really needed the goods in the box to be delivered six months ago, and now, there is no telling how much longer it will take for the box to get delivered At this point, the box may never get there We are looking to file whatever complaints we can, as well as join any existing class-action lawsuits against RDR Cargo This company must be held accountable and I know there are hundreds, if not thousands, of other customers in the same position

I sent balikbayan boxes to the Philippines through RDR Cargo Express ** *** *** *** *** ** last April **, and until now my sister have not received the packagesI tried calling every number they gave me and its either just ringing or out of serviceI even tried calling their NY branch and still no answerI emailed them too a month ago and no replyMy sister in the Philippines tried looking for their distributing company in the Philippines which is listed in the the form they gave me - name of company ** *** *** Warehouse and address is listed as *** *** *** corner *** **Brgy Marcelo G*** Paranaque but to no availI also check their FB website, they have of them before and was taken down due to so many complaints & negative reviews and the other one they have on right now does not allow people to post on it other than themselvesThis company seems to have been scamming people for years I don't understand why they are still in businessI just hope the authorities will look into this shady business they are running

I *** New York I send box in the Philippines April **, first I call they they will arrived 2nd or 3rd week of June.2nd call I talk to Jessica she said the shipment arrived June ** they give the contact number in the PhilippinesMy sister in the Philippines call the number they gave , she talk to mayeth she said that the rdr hir did not send the money to the Philippines to release the container and they abandon!!!! Now it's abandon !!! Can I help me ?
