Great customer service. Short wait for appointments, no haggle pricing. And excellent documentation of findings. We are first time home buyers and this company really helped make our inspection process simple. He also took the time to really explain all the areas he was inspecting along with any issues.

I am rejecting this response because:I have not heard anything from [redacted].  never called/email/tested after the appraisaial fell thru and [redacted] told me the earnest money would not be released for 4-6 week After I filed with the Revdex.com the title company emailed asking when I was coming for the check or they have my address could mail it to me and [redacted] said she was sorry for the confusing. I picked up the check from the title company aug 1 because they emailed me not [redacted] from remax did nothing except lie. just like now still lying. the title company resolved the issue,  WHY IS IT TAKING REMAX THIS LONG TO RESPONE TO MY COMPLAINT??  I HAVE EMAIL, TEXTING ALSO?

back an forth to prove this. She stopped picking up the phone for [redacted], so I stepped in to help her understand her options.  When she chose to terminate, we sent the termination notice and release of earnest to title.  Ms. [redacted] refused to provide a mailing address but instead chose to pick it up at title. Rattikin Title is sending me a copy of the check and the proof that it cleared the bank for days later.  We made every possible attempt to help her.  I truly do not know what more we could have done.  Please let me know if you want all of the text and e-mail messages for your records.RE/MAX Information About Brokerage ServicesBlessings,[redacted], Broker[redacted]

Since recently moving to the Dayton/Beavercreek area and looking to purchase a home, I was strapped for information and reviews on good home inspectors and I had some reservations from using my Realtor's standard recommendation. I did some quick research and located Ohio Certified Inspections, LLC, with a very good rating in all aspects of this business. They're highly professional, integrity was a must for me and honest about their information and detailed disclosures on the home I was considering for purchase. I found this company above reproach and would recommend the Contractor for home inspections.

Inspection was thorough. The inspector was on time and provided very detailed explanations of findings. He also took the time to point out excellence that he found in the house such as exceptional plumbing, electrical installation, etc. We would recommend this company to anyone.

Ohio Certified Inspections, LLC . Mr [redacted] was very polite and professional. He spent time walking through home after his inspection explaining his findings and answered all my questions, and I did not feel as though I was rushed in the process. He is very detailed in his inspection and very honest in his findings . I would recommend him to all.

Very thorough and concise report. Very friendly and prompt responses. Great price for a home AND bug inspection.
