Due to the weather , I (K [redacted] K***) had two employees go to MsH [redacted] 's home today 9/05/to clean the paint spots in questionI reordered the cartridge filters from Maytronics, and they showed up to me todayI have a UPS scheduled pick up for the cartridges to be retrieved on 09/06/The UPS tracking # is [redacted] .Thank you Revdex.com for your help in resolving this matterK [redacted] K***

I am in high hopes that the tracks that came in today are the one she needsShe needs to bring one of her original ones and comparePlease pray these will work

*** has not worked for me in years, I warranty all pools according to the manufactures guidelinesIf this person has a copy of their contract that was given to them when the pool was installed 13+ years ago, I have no problem warranting itI do not keep paper work over yearsIt is the
customers responsibility to keep the sold receipt/ contract.Please have them bring it to me, and I will completely warranty it according to manufacturers timeframe.Thanks*** ***

I am dissatisfied due to the way Kirks wont's to handle helping me fix a problem with my pool, that was caused by there unprofessional jobThey never once told me the pool could not be set up on drain lines, and they banked dirt and sand around the out side of the poolThey never installed liner lock to keep my liner from fallingAll of this caused rot in less then yearsI have always been whiling to pay for any replacement partsKirks has lied about how long my pool was down and why I needed the partsThey over charged me for tracks, because there mad I contacted the Revdex.comI don't wont someone else to go through what I've went through with themI hope that they don't send people out to peoples houses to install pools in the future that get high while doing set up, it comes with a lot of other problems

After talking it over me and my wife have decided to proceed with our complaintDue to all of the many defects and problems we had with a so called brand new liner, we insist on receiving a partial refund of the payment MrK*** received for doing the liner portion of the jobHe was paid over $9,just for doing the linerConsidering that we ended up with a hole in a brand new liner that had to be patched, and considering all the other issues we had with the liner that he was not willing to address until the Revdex.com sent him an email, we insist on a refund of $5,As part of this settlement agreement we agree to sign a legal document releasing MrK*** from any further liability involving the liner (only the liner) unless of course it is covered under the limited warrantyIf Mr K*** insists on fighting this we will end up in court and he will end up paying a lot more than $5,

Dear Better Business Bereau, yes he did send two men out yesterday to clean the pool. I emailed Mr K[redacted] later in the evening to let him know that the paint his employees cleaned in two different spots were scrubbed so hard with a majic eraser that he even took the original paint off the liner and turned it white.. Mr Kirk never responded to my email, as he never does, nor did he ever tell us our cartridges were ordered..  I have pictures of the pool liner that was taken yesterday, the same ones I sent to Mr K[redacted] and a copy of my email that I sent him on 9/06/17 that I will forward to you.  Thank you so much!

I K** K[redacted] & another employee meet with J[redacted] at his home last week , we installed the bead lock, and the beauty caps on his steps. we also installed the beadlock in the corner of the Grecian angle that he had a concern with. While at his home he stated that he had a sharp spot in the...

liner, so I K** K[redacted] took off my watch, billfold, phone, ect... and got in the pool with J[redacted] and we both tried to find the spot he was addressing, but couldn't find . He was thankful, and posted a message thanking the Revdex.com for their prompt work to get me to his home in a timely manner on Facebook.Thank you Revdex.com for helping us get this problem resolved.SincerelyK** K[redacted]
