Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: this is the same response you give to everyone else, my initial complaint was in the first weeks and after days you admitted the vehicle was not registered to me because there was a lien on the title, and even gave me a fake invalid dealer plate from somewhere else and I have the picture to prove it, you admitted to sell me a defective vehicle and agreed to exchange it, it all could have been resolved if you had given me a different vehicle when I initially complained, given the condition of the initial vehicle it is not fair I should have to pay $for usage, the entire amount should be credited to the second vehicle Regards, [redacted]

I purchased a Isuzu axiom from this business and the manager (tk) was aware of the repair problems and give me two options (1) pay to fix the problem or (2) I pay to fix the problem and of my bi-weekly payments would be waived He also stated that he would issue me a loaner vehicle for option (1) while the vehicle gets repaired I chose option and I have been waiting for almost a month on the loaner vehicle and I have to consistently keep calling tk to make him aware of the issueNot only does he not answer his phone (which is a cellular phone that he has forwarded to other cellular phones) he also hasn't paid the mechanic (*** from on the spot mechanic) to fix the issueNow my car is not working and they do not want to issue me a loaner car , which they have, and they or telling me I have to pay my payment in order to get the loaner vehicle

This dealer sold me a defective and unregistered vehicle, when I informed them I was going to report them they agreed to give me a different vehicle, but there is a $discrepancy in the amount that I initially paid, I have tried talk to the dealer but they refused to help me, I made payments of a total of $2,but only where accredited to the second vehicle, they refused to credit or refund the remaining $
None of these vehicles are serviced in any way or inspected at any time, it seems as once you sign the contract they don't really care about you or your safety, overall it seems like an extremely Shady place to do business with, they promise you everything but give you nothing in the end except problems, they wasted several hours of my time while attempting to find a solution to my problems

Purchased used VW Jetta 6/6/I was told they would work with my down payment of $which was advertised on Offer UpI put my money down signed a contract with finance company and was able to take car home, with a verbal promissory to pay an additional $twice to total $down payment, and to let the finance company know I put $not $when they call for phone interviewSounded a bit suspiciousJuly
I went in for the 1st $payment to the dealershipJuly 14th my car stopped accelerating on the highway in 5th gearI text the dealer a few times and did not get a responseJuly 17th finance company calls to finalize contractI informed them about the situation, and they would not close deal until dealership fixes car in an X amount of daysHere is were the round around began

I really just hope I can either get my money back or give me car bavk as is from what I paid n I try to fix it on my own aince I jist payed my weeks n dont have my car at all

I put a $downpayment on a carWhich was running good when we tested it outBrought it home and it was doing fineThen a day later my pregnant wife and yr old son were on the way to an appointment it kept turning offAnd making weird noisesAnd the dealership kept calling me they wanted more money down for itAfter they had said at first they only wanted Then they wanted moreThere was no point in giving them the rest of the moneyIt was running badThe car just kept shutting offSo I just took the car backTook the car back and told them if we could have our money back since we didnt want it no moreThey said no it was not refundableThat we had signed a contract alreadyThey had never even gave us are car papers yetThey were holding on to themMy wife kept calling them for the money back and they kept telling her noI would like the money backThats why im filing a complaint

We went in to see about a carthey checked to see if I would be approved and we did but they wanted down and a monthwe said we couldn't do that and gave them a description of what we wanted and they said they could do it but to give them till Tuesday and we said okthey had me sign a paper and told me it was for the down payment on the car but that if we did not like the car they found that our money would get returned to us in cash because that's how we gave them the moneywe gave them till Tuesday and when we called they said not till Thursday so we said ok but if they don't have the car they would have the cash ready for usThursday came and they had no car and said they would not return our cash

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I feel they have picked a part the contract in their benefitThe dealership took the car back, and made multiple promises to fix it at their expense only to be told they could not find a finance company to finance the car, and could not pay their mechanic the bill of $So if this car was a "sold as is" why do I NOT have a car in my possession: running or not? I have had no vehicle since the day they took it back in mid July to get it fixed*** ** *** *** took the car into their possession and left me without a vehicle, failed to follow thru with their promisesAfter almost months their manager got involved, and made more promises to get the Jetta back or another car comparable to itAfter another weeks was offered a Dodge Neon with 102,miles on it! I was just notified they will no longer work with me after seeing the complaint I filed with the Revdex.com before I had the meeting with the manager.

Mr***, The vehicle purchase you made was not through Ready To Roll Motors, it was made with *** *** ***. Thank you, Ready To Roll Motors

Mrs [redacted],First and foremost we are very sorry to hear about your complaint, and will attempt to address every concern you have. We did indeed receive your $1000.00 your initial visit as a down payment, with a requirement of $2000 down. You were unable to achieve the full amount of the required down...

payment, therefore; we accommodated your situation by granting you a deferment, meaning that you would be able to provide the remainder of the down payment in a limited amount of time that would total to the amount asked for. After failing to provide the remainder, your contract was ineffective. Again  in our efforts to assist you, In House financing was the only option. After more than 30 days of having the vehicle in your possession, you brought to our attention of mechanical issues you were having. With every used vehicle purchase it is required by state law that all buyers sign a buyers guide. The buyers guide states the potential defects that a used vehicle may have. Your signed buyers guide will state if, or any warranties apply; and to what extent the warranty will cover. If no warranty is designated, then you the buyer are responsible for any repairs pertaining the vehicle after the sale. In another attempt in resolving your issue, you were given the the option of being placed in another vehicle. Though we are not obligated to do so, the only condition was that you pay the remainder balance of the the down payment; in which  you chose to deny. We are truly sorry for the negative experience you have had, and we have made every effort to resolve this matter to the best of our abilities. If you have any more questions or concerns please do not hesitate to give our office a call at ([redacted] Sincerely,[redacted]Sent from my iPhone

Mrs [redacted],   Thank you for taking the time to address the issues you have encountered with us here at Ready To Roll Motors, we regret any negative encounters you have had with us; and will do our best to address every concern you may have. The time you enquired on the vehicle you did a...

thorough inspection on it as it was placed on our lyft as you requested. After taking it for a test drive and careful examination by your husband, you then decided to proceed with the purchase. Please understand these are preowned vehicles, they do pass safety inspections and are up to date on maintenance but as stated issues may occur that is not in our control. In your case, though not obligated to do so; the repair of the transmission (fluid) was covered by the dealership. You were told by the mechanic to bring back the vehicle within a week to continue other small repairs needed, but did not oblige. You have had the vehicle in your possession for almost 120 days. We cannot be responsible for the unknown wear and tare on any of the vehicles once they are purchased. Your statement with the mechanic being unpaid is false, the mechanic would not release the vehicle to you if it was left unpaid. Also, we do not issue loaners due to our limited inventory. As stated in the contract you are obligated to make your payments and should always be current to avoid repossession. We truly apologize for the issues you have encountered and hope that we have addressed each one. If you have any further questions or concerns please give our office a call at [redacted].      Sincerely,  Ready To Roll Motors

I am rejecting this response because: this is the same response you give to everyone else, my initial complaint was in the first 2 weeks and after 90 days you admitted the vehicle was not registered to me because there was a lien on the title, and even gave me a fake invalid dealer plate from somewhere else and I have the picture to prove it, you admitted to sell me a defective vehicle and agreed to exchange it, it all could have been resolved if you had given me a different vehicle when I initially complained, given the condition of the initial vehicle it is not fair I should have to pay $750 for usage, the entire amount should be credited to the second vehicle.

Mr [redacted],We apologize you did not have a pleasant experience here at Ready To Roll Motors. We definitely do our best to meet our customers expectations, with that said in your situation you came to us in search for a particular vehicle. Unfortunately the vehicle you were inquiring about was not of...

availability, therefore you were put on what we call a wish list. Our guys search high and low for the particular vehicle in need by a customer. At that time a signed non refundable deposit form was obtained from you along with your deposit amount, as well as a spot delivery agreement form. In no way did we not follow through on what was promised, the vehicle at your request was redeemed and brought to our dealership for you. To your dissatisfaction due to factors such as your credit score, the terms, and your disagreement with the proper insurance needed to be attained along with its costs, you chose to decline the agreement offered. At this point we were willing to give you store credit and work with you in every way possible offering other options but was unwilling to come to a compromise on your end. Your deposit is still valid and you are more than welcome to stop by so this matter may be solved. Again, our apologies for the negative experience you encountered, we are more than willing to assist you in any way we can.Sincerely, Ready To Roll Motors

Dear Mr. [redacted],        First and foremost we greatly appreciate your business with us at Ready To Roll Motors. We definitely understand your concerns and will do our best to address each one. Along with this email I am attaching documents in hopes to resolve all the...

issues you have mentioned. Our intentions are to build long term relationships with our customers by providing each customer with the best vehicle suited with their specific needs.  You came to our dealership in need of a vehicle because you had purchased an unreliable vehicle from another dealership. To our understanding the dealership was not willing to compromise with you as issues started to arise with your vehicle purchase. Signing a buyer’s guide that states, “As is” means no warranties or guaranties with the vehicle. A buyers guide clearly states common mechanical issues that may occur so you are aware of the risks of purchasing a pre owned vehicle, but unlike the previous dealership you dealt with we were willing to compromise with you. Contrary to your belief all our vehicles we sell pass the state inspection and are serviced before a sale. There were no major defects that we were aware of. After your purchase, you did bring to our attention that you were having issues with the window. Though we were not obligated to do so, our personal mechanic/technician was sent to fix your window at our expense with no cost to you. Your contract states you paid $1150 in cash down for the vehicle with payments of  $250.00 a month starting May 1,2016. May, June and July payments were a total of $750.00. Though you were late one payment and were short of the amount due for one month, we were lenient and understood your situation. We had every right to repossess the vehicle, but did not. During your possession of the vehicle you stated numerous times you wanted a different vehicle. Again, along with the retail installment contract you signed the “as is” buyers guide and we were not required to place you in another vehicle; but we still did so. We had attempted once but were unsuccessful due to your disagreement of having to obtain full coverage insurance. The second attempt, you brought a lemon buster along with you to help determine if the vehicle was of your standards, which was perfectly understandable. We did not choose to work with you because of your constant threats; we chose to do so in efforts to satisfy you as a customer. You were at a negative equity with the first vehicle, meaning it was not paid off. The $1100 you put down on the first vehicle was applied toward your second vehicle as a favor to you. $50.00 was deducted from the down payment for the power steering repairs that were made, not even covering 25% of the cost of labor and parts for us to repair. Most dealerships down payments are non refundable and is not applicable toward credit, but in your case; we tried to accommodate you by giving you credit of your $1100 down payment. As for the payments totaling to $750.00 you had made on the first vehicle, those payments were applied toward the duration the vehicle was in use; the miles that you accumulated on the vehicle.  There is not a dealership that would allow you to have a vehicle for three months at no cost, much less work with an “as is” sale. Everything was addressed to you at the time you signed the contract. If you felt in any way we were shady as you stated or failed to show you as a business our concern for your safety, our apologies to you. You had every right to refuse to sign the contract if you did not agree. In no way did we force you to do so. This was simply an option to try and resolve your problem. You accepted the terms and signed. If you felt you were betrayed with the first vehicle there would be no reason for you to continue with a second transaction. We honestly tried to the best of our capabilities to assist you, our apologies to you, if you felt otherwise. We thank you for your business and hope this response will help resolve your issues. Please do not hesitate to contact us if needed.     Sincerely, Ready To Roll Motors

Mrs [redacted], We are sorry to hear about your complaints, but at Ready To Roll Motors we definitely try and make it a priority to make sure customer complaints are heard and dealt with in a professional matter. In the legal binding agreement you had signed, it clearly states your vehicle is “AS...

IS”; meaning if any mechanical or electrical issues that may transpire is solely your responsibility as the buyer. Contrary to your statement, you notified us of the problem you were having with the vehicle and we advised you not to drive the vehicle any further based on your description of the issue. Your description led us to believe that you may have had a radiator leak and your vehicle was overheating. Though we were not obligated to do so, we then sent a tow truck to retrieve your vehicle. The wrecker service drove a great distance only to uncover that you drove the vehicle away from the vicinity, even with the suggestion given that driving the vehicle any further may cause extensive damage. With that said, you then called us back and notified us where you had abandoned the vehicle. You are still obligated to make timely payments on the vehicle no matter the circumstances, unless an agreement has been made. Failure to do so causes repossession of the vehicle. Also, you are required by Texas law to obtain insurance for the vehicle which you were unable to provide. Lastly we apologize for your negative feelings toward any customers we do business with, but we do business with a vast amount of people in various professions ranging from police officers to school teachers and many more. We are a place of business who does not discriminate. We truly apologize for your negative experience once again, but we are only following the guidelines stated on the contract. Breech of contract constituted for our right to repossess the vehicle. Again we apologize and hope to have addressed every complaint you have and have given an explanation to help you better understand the final outcome. Please do not hesitate to contact us, if you any further questions. Thank you, Ready To Roll Motors
