The original complaint for this customer was his refrigerator was not coolingWe scheduled a technician to his home, the technician diagnoses was the compressor was out on the refrigerator, we replaced the compressor for $+ (tax) $65.16, the total of the invoice was $855.02, during the
repair our technician was approached about the ice clumping in the freezer, our technician told Mr*** that it was the door chute that was not sealing good and that he would order the door chute and would not charge him for it, the price for the door chute was $6.07, which we were not charging him forWe have made several attempts to call the gentlemen and have even sent two texts to his cell phone to arrange a time to take the door chute to the gentlemenI have included the invoice (which by where is says free of charge the technician also put no charge for the door chute) I have included the invoice for the door chute with the price from our distributor and also a copy of the text message to the gentlemen Thank You,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be tolerable to me with the following stipulations:1. They know and continue to know that their customer service is severely lacking, and I will never refer them or use them again.2. They make an appointment, and keep it. I am tired of taking off work for them to NO SHOW!3. I don't get fed a bunch of attitude when and if this call happens, would actually appreciate a different tech.4. If all that happens and the unit is repaired to my satisfaction, I will notify my credit card company to re-issue funds that I put a hold on.
We can still send the part to the customer or we can have a technician scheduled to go out and put the part on for the customer. Thank You
