Company refuses to stop sending mail to my home. I want off the mailing list.
Company refuses to stop sending mail to my home. I want off the mailing list. I have submitted online request repeatedly. I have also searched the internet for a phone number to this company and one does not exist. The phone number on the multiple mailings I receive are a recording. I want a documented promise for them to stop harrassing me to sell my home to them. The house isn't, nor will it be for sale.

This person never asked to be removed from from our mailing list. IF he wants to be removed he can simply respond to the direct mail and ask to be removed. We remove via text or by phone. We do not keep people on our mailing list against their wishes.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Take my complaint to the Revdex.com as my request to be removed. Take me off your list. Give me a valid phone number to call. Every time I call the number on the direct mail there is an automated response.
