READ THESE REVIEWS! THEY ARE THIEVES!
Even the other reviews show that they are telling people it's a 'money back guarantee'.

I pre-purchased 12 leads (over $1000). After a few months, I got a lead. The lead did not respond to me so I requested a replacement. First they say it's too soon (let 7 days go by). That's because after 7 days, these thieves will tell you it's too late to request a replacement lead. Then I started getting several leads. I have all my records as to emails, phone calls etc for each one. I never heard from 2 of these leads and they refuse to replace saying it's over 7 days. But I had notified Customer Service in ample time. The other 2 leads I spoke with - one had credit problems and bankruptcy, the other one said they were not seriously looking. So out of the 5-6 leads so far, they were all garbage and the company refuses to replace them with legitimate ones who are actually looking for property. I asked for a refund of the remainder of 'unused' leads and they denied it saying that I was beyond the 30 day refund period. (by 2 weeks mind you) Although the salesperson had never stated that and said I could get refunded the unused leads anytime I decided the program was not for me. That was a lie! They didn't even give me any leads until about 3 weeks into the program so I essentially had 1 week and 1 lead to make a decision (if you believe what they say that there is a 30-day period- I wasn't told that.) DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY! I'm now out a ton of money and no lead in sight. I have been around long enough to know that not every lead pans out, but in this case, NONE of these people even call back or reply to emails. I doubt they even exist!

They claim on their website Exclusive & Verified Real Estate Leads - They are not verified in the least!

To whom it may concern.
We have handled this matter and provided Mr*** with the remedy that he requested Please consider this matter handled
Mr*** did in fact purchase a "Rainmaker" package from our service in March of Since then we have sent him leads, which he
has not been able to take to the closing table We send pre screened leads to our customers, but do not guarantee a time frame on if and when they will close with that agent We do have terms lined out for the specific package that Mr*** purchased that does guarantee a closing, and we will continue to send verified leads to him until a closing can be confirmed
The discontent seemed to arise when Mr*** spoke with our Customer Service rep Jessie She was trained to follow the terms and conditions and convey those to the customerThe term that was the focal point can be found under the section Titled "Delivery of Leads" that mentions the customer must wait year from the date of the last lead being sent to allow for a closing to occur If that does not happen, we resume sending another package of leads to the agent at no cost Mr*** was upset that he had to wait a year for this and it escalated from there.
Upon reviewing the account, I made the decision to reactivate Mr***'s account, add leads to his account balance and provide him with a price filter for the areas I then composed and sent an email to Mr*** on 10/4/confirming the same
As I mention in that email, I believe it was a situation that did not have to occur, but tempers on both sides seemed to flare up and it got out of control I have assigned Mr*** a dedicated CS rep to help him with his account if he need I also assured that Mr*** will receive as many leads as it takes for him to procure a closing transaction with us
We have trained our CS reps to account for a situation like this and hope that Mr*** is satisfied with the actions i've taken and confirmed with him via email.
Kind Regards,
Adam C***

As is standard procedure for most companies, our voice recordings are used for internal and training purposes onlyRegardless, the facts are clear and not debatable Ms*** reviewed our terms of service on her own computer, clicked that she understood and accepted those terms, provided her electronic signature and pressed submit. There is even a final disclaimer asking for acceptance. She clicked that as well. Her unique IP address and timestamp were recorded at the time of acceptance. The fact that Ms*** disagreed with the terms hours later, does not negate her initial acceptance nor would it mean the terms would be changed to her likingWe sent Ms*** a lead for *** ***Her original request shows she was interested in purchasing in the Somerset and surrounding area which is an area that Ms*** does in fact serviceWe spoke with Ms*** on three separate occasions and on each of these occasions, she indicated to us that she was looking to purchase in the Somerset areaMs*** came to us, unsolicited, and requested assistance from a real estate agentAt no point, over the phone or in writing, did Ms*** indicate she was looking for anything other than the Somerset areaIn the event that a lead changes their mind, Ms*** could have referred the lead out to another agent who could assist them for a larger commission than the $she was charged for the leadOnce a lead has been sent to an agent, they can do with it what they likeWe also sent Ms*** a lead for *** ***It is standard protocol to perform follow up with the leadsDuring this follow up, he willingly disclosed that he had not only been in contact with Ms***, had been working with her and she had sold him a propertyWe are not in a place to call anyone dishonestWe do not guarantee any customer will receive a certain number of Seller’s or BuyersWe can only guarantee the qualityThese leads are all unsolicited, interested buyers or sellers looking for the help of a realtorThey have a correct phone number, have indicated they are looking to purchase or sell within twelve months and are not currently working with a real estate agentWe have not been dishonest with Ms*** in any wayShe was aware of all of the terms of the service prior to agreeing to the chargesAs she herself stated she agreed to the terms and the $set up fee as she was given a lead at the time of sign upShe further utilized the service by requesting a replacement for her first leadThis request was accepted, therefore she was not charged for her second leadWe pride ourselves on being in business for over years and providing viable leads to tens of thousands of agents across North AmericaWe made every attempt to resolve this matter with Ms*** amicably and in accordance with the terms of our service that were mutually agreed toWe strongly feel Ms*** should be held accountable for the terms of service she, by her own admission, willingly agreed toOur cancellation policy was made available to her online when confirming the purchase and she was also informed of this policy again over the phone after she finalized the purchase herself onlineWe spoke with Ms*** on July 13, and informed her the monetary charge for the last lead would be added back to her balance which would leave a refundable balance of $Ms*** is fully aware there is no additional credit owedThis was an additional $that we chose to refund back to her than what was actually due. A refund was processed and her account was closed. We have gone above and beyond our mutually agreed upon terms and conditions to provide excellent customer service to a dissatisfied customer. In return, we are called liars, harassed and threatened on the phone and have had to answer two of these complaintsWe have been in business for a long time and pride ourselves on working with every customer. However, Ms*** continues to argue a claim. At this point, we consider this matter closed and have no further action

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I have requested the verbal recording on two separate occasions, which to date has not been forwarded. The recording will prove that I disagreed with the terms. Also [redacted] is looking in [redacted], which is not an area that I cover. In fact [redacted] is well over an hour away from my service area. Also the other client DID NOT purchase. If he did I would have not cancelled the service. I met him one time, and his expectations are unrealistic. I was also told I would get seller leads, and out of 4 leads 0 were sellers. I did agree initially to pay the $199 since I did get one potential lead, but after their dishonest behavior I did request a full refund per the recorded conversation. They have lied repeatedly. If I supposedly closed a property with a buyer please provide the address so I can claim my commission since I was never paid. I have an email from my assistant who [redacted] was transferred to. She had new clue about any of this but felt it was bogus and coerced. Plus how are we supposed to help someone in [redacted] when we that is 90 minutes from us and we do not even have access to the MLS. I was told these leads were qualified. Clearly they are not. This service is more of a fishing expedition and if not properly resolved I plan on filing Fraud charges with the local police department.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

There timeline is incorrect. I spoke with a representative and documented via recorded line that I was NOT agreeing to the $199 cancellation fee. However [redacted] was a valid lead at the time. I showed him 1 house, which he DID NOT purchase. Since then he is receiving emails, but has not scheduled any other appointments. [redacted] admitted on their recorded line that she is maybe looking in [redacted]. That is over an hour from us!!! We do not handle that area. I want my money back because she does not meet the terms they provided. Also [redacted] decided she was not looking. This is documented from early July. I want my money back from her. Again when we go to court I have written proof I will show the judge. Finally [redacted] never responded. If we end up in court I will be filing a criminal complaint for Fraud as well. To give out 10 bad leads for 1 good 1 is fraud and I will be happy to prove it in a court of law. Any consumer should steer clear of this fraudulent company. They need to have an F rating. If they can get away with this I am clearly in the wrong line of work. I can put out a google ad and charge Realtors thousands of dollars and give them pie in the sky expectations. This company is dishonest and lies.

Review: We signed up with this company because they promise verified real estate internet leads! This couldn't be further from the truth, and this company should be stopped immediately!!

They collect full payment upfront (we have paid $1263.50) and send leads that they say have been verified verbally by someone in their office. Every single lead we have received up to this point have been out of our area price range. If they are in the business of assigning leads to specific areas, they should have an idea of price points and average sales prices. One of the leads we called didn't even speak English....tell me how they verified this and why this material fact was not included in the lead notes!

We attempted to cancel TWICE now only to be met with very disrespectful and down right offensive customer service!!Desired Settlement: We would like a full refund of all money paid up to this point and this business evaluated for safe practice!!

Review: I am a top Re/Max residential real estate agent for 25 yrs. I have used other lead companies. This is the first experience of paying money with promises that were completely false. I have tried repeatedly to call this company with no resolve or help. They have sent horrible leads which are not possible to do anything with. Therefore I have wasted my time to review them, follow up on them & decline these leads. A total waste to my valuable time plus the money I paid on my credit card to sign up. I was repeatedly told to wait see how it goes & the same terrible leads. I have not received any leads in a very long time, weeks, maybe months.I feel I have been scammed with lies to sign up and give them money. In return the service they provide to me is ridiculous.Desired Settlement: On 5/28/13 they charged $1363 to my visa card, I want a full refund asap.

Please see our response

below as well as our attached documentation.

Here is a summary of [redacted] subscription to our service.

Signed up on May 28, 2013.

Purchased a package of 14 leads for $1363.00 in the

District of Columbia area and Montgomery County Maryland area

As of 1/20/14, she has received 23 leads. Of

these 16 disputed leads, 15 have been accepted through our dispute

parameters. 1 has been rejected through our dispute parameters. 7

leads have gone undisputed

Our records indicate that [redacted] account is active

and has 8 leads remaining to be sent to her

[redacted] indicates that she has not received leads in

weeks or months. We have sent her three leads since 12/5/2013 - SEE

ATTACHMENT

As clearly indicated in the terms and conditions, we do

not guarantee the speed at which the leads will be recieved. These

are unsolicited leads, therefore we wait until the request is made by a

potential home buyer or home seller.

[redacted] has price filters on her territories.

This filter is set in the 400k and 500k range and above. This

means that she will not receive any leads that are below these thresholds.

She was fully aware of these price filters, as she requested them.

Although we do not typically put price filters on an area, we

obliged to help make our customer happy. These filters will

have a huge effect on the speed at which the leads will be coming in.

Also, [redacted] ecard has been viewed 612 times.

This marketing may lead buyers and sellers to contact her directly,

without ever becoming a chargeable lead.

[redacted] Indicates that her repeated calls for help

have gone un answered, yet we have extensive written and phone records

indicating a dialogue with the customer. On July 22, we contacted

her and let her know the DC areas became available. She agreed to

add them to her account and decided to continue with us. [redacted]

has also been disputing many leads, and we always respond to her when a

dispute is accepted or rejected. On 8/23/13, we added the filters

that were mentioned above. This was a result of many calls with our

CS rep [redacted] helping her.

[redacted] indicates that we signed her up with false

promises. [redacted] was explained the terms and conditions of the

service. They are very clear and not lengthy. SEE ATTACHMENT.

[redacted] electronically confirmed this herself. SEE

ATTACHMENT. She had a chance to read all the terms prior to

confirming her subscription and being charged. We have been in

business for 11 years and have thousands of customers. We do not

build our business on false promises.

These leads have the potential of thousands of dollars

in commissions. Again, there are 7 leads that have gone undisputed.

We can only assume that these met the standard that [redacted]

expects.

As mentioned above, [redacted] account continues to be active and she will continue to receive leads

until her balance is 0 leads left. Currently we still owe her 8 more

leads.

As you will see with the

summary above, the attached documents and the simple terms and conditions, we

have continued to honor our end of the business obligation, and will continue

to do so. We consider this matter closed.

Kind Regards,

The salesperson that called me was very convincing. It sounded like I had 60 days to review and cancel if I was not satisfied. The reality is they charged for the 3 leads that were duds plus a set up fee. This service is not worth it.
The service was easy to cancel but they took no responsibility for the bad leads that I received despite the fact that they said they qualify them first.

Review: This Company advertises and sells Acive Qualified leads to Real Estate Professionals that they have generated from their Websites. Out of 13 Leads not one was qualified or Active and have resulted in Zero Clients.. This business is a scam and should be shut down.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the money I have invested as they have not done what they have claimed they would do and they have sold me unqualified leads that have not resulted in anything.

Review: This company is suppose to provide valid Real Estate leads. I paid $681.50.... for six leads. They were all duds! I am not happy, I opted out of the program, and was told I couldn't not receive a refund, as I wasoutside of the 60 day window. I don't know where that is written? I never received anything other than a billing and some bogus names. I was told it was guaranteed and I "COULD" opt out, if I was disappointed etc.. I checked reviews and found numerous complaints of the same things, as I experienced...Then the other day we received all realtors in our MLS,a notice from the MLS attorney...telling the agents to beware of these types of programs. I will attach a copy of it. All I want is my credit card to be reimbursed, for not supplying me with a valid product!Thank you!Desired Settlement: Credit back to my account: $681.50...

Attached is a file with all pertinent information including the signed contract, clear terms and conditions as well as the leads that have been sent to her.

Review: I called Thurs Aug 14, 2014 First2Contact ( I will also file a complaint under this name as well ) and to my SURPRISE winded up with a rep by the name of [redacted] at Real Estate Pipeline. The purpose of my call was to find out about their advertised leads for Realtors to get business. [redacted] was EXTREMELY informative and had discussed 2 products but explained that the second product that cost more $291 would bring forth better leads. [redacted] told me that they highly investigate the potential clients to insure that that are QUALITY leads meaning ready willing and able clients that are wanting to speak to a Realtor to assist with their real estate needs. [redacted] said these leads would be for a minimum of $250,000 for the purchase price and that most were buyers but that they often get sellers as well. [redacted] quoted 4 leads $291 townships in Middlesex and Union Counties. [redacted] really emphasized a key feature of how the Realtor is given 7 days to dispute a BAD lead and they would replace with another.

Once I received my first lead Aug 14 I called to discuss a refund because the clients number was a bad number and this should not be happening since they talk with the person and they are expecting a call from a Realtor. This ultimately left me suspicious moving forward. I was reminded of the 7 day cancellation period hence they did NOT want to refund my money ….so they put my lead count back up to the 4 vs. 3. Then lead #2 came ( Aug 22 ) and this lead was no good for I disputed it and the dispute was accepted putting my count back to 4 leads The problem with lead #2 was that the person was looking for a foreclosure home under $100,000. At this point [redacted] was not taking my calls because I have to speak to customer service so I spoke to [redacted] would intern put me in contact with [redacted] since I “ again “ was asking for a refund. [redacted] the manager gets on the phone and explains how their company does NOT provide leads of foreclosed or distressed homes. [redacted] actually took pride in saying this and I asked why not and she said because Realtors have shared that they do NOT want these types of leads because they do not materialize and they take forever to close IF they do and are a waste of time. I informed her that both leads so far were for an income of $100 and for NJ that this was NO money and homes that fall into this price range or below are definitely being foreclosed or distressed and that she just said how they don’t work with these type of homes/clients.

Now … lead #3 back to NO return of my phone call so I disputed and they put back in my count. The lead #4 should NOT have been given to me for the client was looking for vacation property in Ocean County ( I service Middlesex & Union ) and she had already spoken with another agent and placed her offer by the time we spoke. This client did apologize for NOT returning my calls. I intern spoke back with [redacted] to express how this was lead #4 and none so far represented what I was told for the QUALITY of leads given to Realtors. Of course they put this back in the count so now I was back at 4 leads.

I was livid at this point and demanded my money back I felt I had been more than patient with giving their company a chance to come thru on what they promised. Well needless to say this did NOT work and went on for another 7 leads making it a total of 11 leads and ALL were disputed by me for NON return of my calls exception of 2 leads. The 9th lead given to me Oct 8 was a preacher in NY who I connected with a mortgage person who informed me that it would be a year or better before this client would be able to purchase a home. So I called the company to dispute this and they REFUSED to replace this lead with another. This lead I received by way of phone conference call directly from Real Estate Pipeline. They had gone back in their OLD files to find someone and this man [redacted] told them on the phone his credit was SHOT he said it just like that and they still gave me this client! Then they ARGUED with me when I disputed and told me I was not getting the credit and that they were NOT adding this back in count. The 10th lead Oct 11 was a REALTOR …. I’m done need I say more …..in my county doing same business as myself.

Their system shows they gave me 4 leads with my account being 0 which is incorrect as I type this letter to date I have NO leads that have materialized into me working with a willing and able client to generate income.

Real Estate Pipeline and First2Contact are one in the same and they are in the business to TAKE Realtors money! They are in the business to collect money ONLY and provide NO service leads. They do not guaranty if you will work with the potential client that I can understand but Real Estate Pipeline has to FIRST give you a QUALITY lead for you to see if they will work with you. Basically all 11 leads given were garbage a combo of folks NOT calling back, wanting homes $100,00 or less or simply they can’t get financed.

In close the QUALITY OF SERVICE LEADS promised was NOT provided. Instead I received the run around by EVERYONE. In addition to they NEVER answered the customer service lines everything had to be done by email BUT when I called to get signed up they ALWAYS took the call … and once [redacted] signed me up she STOPPED talking to me. Therefore I am requesting a full refund of $291 for the 4 quality leads that I NEVER received.Desired Settlement: My refund $291 and for the company to be recorded as a BAD business for other consumers to see. This ultimately helps to protect other Realtors from becoming victims like myself !

Truly a WASTE of money & time "o(

Review: The terms of the agreement for this company did not uphold with what I was told when I signed up. They stated that all leads were prescreened to ensure they met requirements to buy a home and so far, every lead I have received has not qualified to purchase a home. I was also told that as long as I disputed a lead within 7 days of receiving it, I would not be charged for the lead. At $97 per lead, I was charged an initial $582 for 6 leads. After receiving several bad leads, I called and disputed the last 2 sent and requested that after the disputes were handled, that my account be closed. Of the leads I had been sent, I only kept 1 of them. The last 2 disputed were denied, even though they were not eligible to make or purchase and/ or would not return my calls. I was only refunded $194 which is equivalent to 2 leads. I'm now being told that even approved disputes do not mean you don't get charged for the lead. Everything I was told in regards to leads is different than what they are doing. At a minimum I should have been credited for 3 leads totally $291 but truly feel the last 2 disputed leads should have also been accepted and credited. This company also charged a $199.00 set up fee which was non-refundable at any time. That was a risk I was willing to take but am very disappointed at the amount of money they have taken from my business and I have not received any return on my investment.Desired Settlement: I would like to see an additional refund to my credit card in the amount of $291, a total of 3 leads.

To whom it may concern:

Review: Signed up with this company on 3/28/2012 after listening to their great sales pitch. They say they interview prospective real estate leads so they request payment in advance (prepaid leads). Being naturally suspicious I requested referrals. From there I signed up for the minimum amount 5 leads, their sales persons said the first lead was free and he forgot to mention that when he switches you to their accounting department there is an addition $92 charge for set up. There first lead was less than inspiring, after speaking to that lead he said "all I wanted was a foreclosure list for Moreland, GA, where he wanted to relocate." They call that a lead but our office is in the top 3 in Georgia for foreclosures so I already get enough of those so why pay them for that. The next so called lead I received was Monday from someone who wanted a LESS than $100,000 property in Fayette County GA, one of the top 5 richest counties in GA which was one of the two counties I signed up for. So a $100K property in Fayette would be another foreclosure or distressed property sale, and they also wanted low priced properties in three adjoining counties. That is not a lead, they are just fishing for low priced foreclosures and I never bothered to respond. I called them a said cancel my subscription, I already have enough foreclosure leads that I don't have to pay for them. And of course these liars charged me for that "free" lead that [redacted] said was free. They also said they are charging me for this last lead that I never spoke to and refused to accept. This company tells one lie after another and is selling false information. They need to insert in their advertising they are selling foreclosure leads and not legitimate value leads. [redacted] told me the first lead was free but I was charged full price. I am the Veterans Service Office for the Marine Corps League, VFW and DAV so I was naturally suspicious since we have too many organizations presenting false information. Please file my complaint. Thank you.Desired Settlement: This kind of company needs to be put out of business. They falsely claim they are interviewing prospective real estate leads who respond to all their internet advertising. Their interviews are only if someone is alive and breathing, not whether they are quality leads. Foreclosure leads are just "bottom feeders" trying to get something for nothing or the lowest price. Request a full refund and this company deserves to be de-listed by the Revdex.com for their false advertising.

Mr. [redacted] subscribed to our service on 3/28/2013 with our Sales representative Brian

Mr. [redacted]h subscribed to Coweta and Fayette counties in Georgia

He purchased 6 leads for $582.00. He was charged a half setup fee of $99.50. His total billing was $681.50

Mr. [redacted] confirmed his subscription and charge verbally and recorded doing such. The full terms and conditions are read to the customer and we only proceed after their verbal confirmation of understanding. We can provide this audio file if need be.

He has received 2 real estate leads as of 4/5/2013

You will see by his own internal notes on the first lead, [redacted], is a proven investor and is interested in working with a realtor to find another investment property for 140k-150k. This is an excellent lead that could result in thousands of dollars in commission if Mr. [redacted] were to successfully help and turn this lead into a client

The 2nd lead, [redacted], is looking in multiple areas, and not just the most expensive county of Fayette. She is a confirmed, serious buyer.

We contact each lead prior to sending them to our paying customers. They are looking for new home listings, fixer uppers, distressed property, foreclosures or market evaluations if they are selling thier home.

It is customary for our agents to contact these leads to establish a rapport and turn them into clients.

At this time we will be charging Mr. [redacted] $99.50 for the non refundable setup fee and $97.00 for the first lead he was sent. We will not charge him for the 2nd lead that was sent.

We have refunded the customer $485.00 of the remaining balance. - Please see the packet for this receipt

While we feel strongly that a service was provided to

our customer and we were willing to work with them within the program

parameters, we also wish to maintain a high level of customer

satisfaction. The payment of this refund

shall not be considered as an admission of liability on our part.

Review: This company charges for "leads". Leads are people looking to purchse real estate or list their real estate. The leads come to me and I contact them and if I determine that the person is not serious or does not have the money to purchase or is not going to pan out because they would never be able to find a property in this area for the price they wish to spend, then I send a "lead dispute" to the company so that they will not charge me for the lead. They sent me a lead that originally said they wish to spend $150K to $200K for property ON THE WATER. I sent the person several listings and also explained that they will not find property on the water in that price range. Then the lead emailed me that he wants to purchase a trailer on rented ground, priced $20,000 to $50,000. I do not sell mobile homes on rented ground and was told by REPipeline from the beginning, that they would not be sending leads for mobile homes on rented ground. I disputed the lead but they declined it. They will not change it. I asked to speak to a manager/boss/head of company but they refuse to give me that person's name and contact information. The customer care person "[redacted]" just kept saying that the lead dispute is declined and that it cannot be changed. At one point, [redacted] told me that she herself is the head of the company. That is deceitful. I feel I have a very valid reason for disputing this lead and I would like the dispute accepted.Desired Settlement: I would like them to accept the dispute that I submitted and give me back the number of leads I had before.

Review: This company purports to sell leads of buyers/sellers to real estate brokers, like myself. When the sales person called me, she described her company's service to me and told me that the leads they provide will result in transactions. Having a lot of experience with Internet leads already, since I already purchase leads and advertising from other Internet venues, I already know that many lead generation companies often provide leads that are non-focused or misplaced. I already purchase leads and advertising from other sources that are well focused on my geographic area and price, and those work out well for me. I explained this to the sales person and told me that her company can provide the same and the leads are of high quality. She said the leads would be "well qualified" for the areas that I specified. She told me that she has a number of clients that get multi-million dollar leads, and mentioned a recent Martha's Vineyard agent that got a multi-million dollar lead just recently from her. As it turns out, the leads they send are not at all qualified, from all over the state, some are for rentals and not sales, some of bad credit and the exact opposite of "well qualified" and not at all focused on the areas that I told her I was only interested in. It seems they just send any and all leads in Massachusetts to me, regardless of any other qualifying information. Their sales people are totally mis-representing their lead quality and/or this is a bait and switch on what they provide. I purchased 3 leads, plus 1 bonus lead, on 8/4/14 for $390.50Desired Settlement: Refund my purchase price of $390.50.

Response:

Upon Receiving this complaint, we contacted Mr. [redacted]. We reviewed the account and came to the mutual agreement that we would refund 1/2 of his purchase price. We had to send a check since we could no longer credit back to the credit card after 120 days of signup. That check of $195.25 with a check number of 7061 was mailed on 3/12/15 to the address Mr. Chinsoomboon provided us.
