Review: This company purports to sell leads of buyers/sellers to real estate brokers, like myself. When the sales person called me, she described her company's service to me and told me that the leads they provide will result in transactions. Having a lot of experience with Internet leads already, since I already purchase leads and advertising from other Internet venues, I already know that many lead generation companies often provide leads that are non-focused or misplaced. I already purchase leads and advertising from other sources that are well focused on my geographic area and price, and those work out well for me. I explained this to the sales person and told me that her company can provide the same and the leads are of high quality. She said the leads would be "well qualified" for the areas that I specified. She told me that she has a number of clients that get multi-million dollar leads, and mentioned a recent Martha's Vineyard agent that got a multi-million dollar lead just recently from her. As it turns out, the leads they send are not at all qualified, from all over the state, some are for rentals and not sales, some of bad credit and the exact opposite of "well qualified" and not at all focused on the areas that I told her I was only interested in. It seems they just send any and all leads in Massachusetts to me, regardless of any other qualifying information. Their sales people are totally mis-representing their lead quality and/or this is a bait and switch on what they provide. I purchased 3 leads, plus 1 bonus lead, on 8/4/14 for $390.50Desired Settlement: Refund my purchase price of $390.50.

Upon Receiving this complaint, we contacted Mr. [redacted]. We reviewed the account and came to the mutual agreement that we would refund 1/2 of his purchase price. We had to send a check since we could no longer credit back to the credit card after 120 days of signup. That check of $195.25 with a check number of 7061 was mailed on 3/12/15 to the address Mr. Chinsoomboon provided us.
By far the worst experience. Customer service is very rude when you disagree with what they say. Sales is so polite so you sign on, only to later realize that this company is not worth the money spent. The quality of their service is very poor. The leads provided by them needs to be pre-qualifed much better. Their current pre-qualification process is ridiculous. Their current decision making to accept or reject a disputed lead is also absurd. They should not offer this service in an area that they have no clue. Its high time someone shut this place down. Just because they are not running away with our money, they should stay in business. Offering such a poor product or service should also be deemed as incompetent and they should not be allowed to run a business in this manner
Worthless. They called me with a "lead" in my area, stated they had no time frame to get you the leads, but when the leads came if they were trash you simply dispute them they would credit your account. I cancelled my account and was told they had already charged my account $97 so I was welcome to wait for another lead but they would not be refunding my money - basically charging me $97 for nothing - NO SERVICE RENDERED. My card was also charged a non-refundable $200 set up fee - THAT WAS NOT MENTIONED TO ME AT ALL DURING THE SALES CALL. I only learned about it after I saw my credit card and email receipt. They basically charged me $300 for nothing. RUN AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!
Review: It has been more than 2 years and this company is not delivering what it promised. Of all the leads I have been sent, not one has been legitimate and turned into a client. They also claim to screen people before their info is sent to me. This is NOT true! Every email says "spoke with customer on (date), all information is correct". I know this is not true because a number of times the phone number I have been given is either disconnected or a fax number. If I can't reach them, how could the company? They allow you to dispute leads within 7 days. This is generally not long enough to determine if someone is a legitimate real estate client, the business doesn't move that quickly. I have disputed most though because people either don't respond to my messages and emails or tell me they're "just looking" or that they are unwilling to contact a lender. There are only 3 that I have not disputed- 2 came within a couple of weeks of my son's birth when I was not working and one they claimed they sent but I never received (which I don't believe because I get all of the other ones without issue). The other thing is that they have accepted all of my other disputed leads (I have the emails) but for some reason my account is only showing a balance of $485. This is not correct.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded. I am willing to have the value of the 2 leads sent in October of 2012 deducted from my total payment because that is completely my fault for not contacting the client or disputing them but I want the rest of the amount returned in full!

To whom it may concern:
I signed up early 2012 with this company to get real estate leads. I spent over a $1000.00 for this service. The majority of leads did not qualify financially and as I was told upon registering I had 7 days to dispute any lead and get a credit for a new lead. Unfortunately I had to do this with almost each lead. That is when I got a lead. Months went by without a lead. I made several calls asking why wasn't I getting any leads and each time I was told to broaden my area which I couldn't do since all territories in my area were already taken by other agents. Eventually my disputed leads were being rejected and I was left paying for bogus contacts without explanation. After several complaints I was told they had given my territories away and yet I still had leads owing to me according to my record keeping. The final straw was when I sent back a lead (b/c I was told by sales I could if the lead's budget came way under our average market sale price) to Customer Support and they called me a liar saying I had spoken to this lead and was working with him when in fact I had never contacted that lead. So after this accusation I did contact that lead and he agreed we had not spoken before and that he had spoken to another person whom he wasn't pleased with. As well it turned out he wasn't interested in buying a property. He thought he was signing up for another opportunity. I went to explain this to the "customer service" support (I say that lightly) and they refused to talk to me and informed me that my account was now at 0 and they no longer had to deal with me basically. I am in the business of customer service and making sure my clients are respected and listened to and I deliver what I promise to the best of my ability. As a paying customer of Pipeline Realty I expected more respect and professionalism. I do not recommend this company and feel very ripped off. They seem like a scam and the leads I have spoken to feel they were misled by the way this company captures leads. I never did get a closed lead to pay for the $1000.00 I lost with this company. I have learn a good lesson with this experience and sincerely hope other agents don't fall into the same trap I did.
