Realty Capital Management

I have been renting a property from this company for the last four years. About a month ago a note was taped to my door from another company that said the house I've been living in was foreclosed on and sold at auction. I was told I had to move out of the house within two weeks. The rental company that I've been renting from told me nothing about the house being foreclosed on and being sold or anything. This was the first I heard of any of this. I've had a lease with this company for the last 4 years when I told them about what happened they tried to tell me that I was on a month-to-month lease which was not true. In any event, I have to vacate the home. I've been talking with the representative over the course of the last month or so trying to figure out the details of vacating etc... and the woman has been answering my emails. She won't let me talk to her on the phone because she says she wants a written correspondence as proof of what we've been talking about so I'm not allowed to talk to them on the phone. I can only contact them through email. Well now when it's time for me to try and get my security deposit back and the prorated rent for the month of October she refuses to answer any of my emails. I have must have sent at least 10 emails in the last week trying to get her to confirm receipt of my email stating that I am due a certain amount of money back from my security deposit and she just refuses to answer.
