Terrible customer care, the worst I've ever experienced.
I purchased a handbag on the 6/11, which apparently they sent to Borderfree for international shipping. Borderfree hasn't received the order so here I am dealing with both parties as they refer me to each other to resolve this issue. RM's team are dismissive, lazy and unprofessional.
Rebecca Minkoff is a fraud. Do not purchase from this brand. I am still waiting for someone to return my calls and show a bit of professionalism. What a waste of money, I guess that is how they make it, by taking it from innocent people.

Really really bad customer service
I purchased a bag recently and when it arrived it was badly damaged. I emailed customer service twice to get help with a replacement bag and after one full week I finally received an email that looked like a template and asked for my proof of purchase and an image of the damage, which I had already given them in my initial emails. I sent the information again and now after three days I haven’t received any additional communication. Surprise surprise. By the time I get any help the bag will likely be out of stock and then I’ll have to start over dealing with a return and refund. Never order from this company! I won’t even be purchasing their products from other retailers. This situation is so bad, and I see I am not alone. Their customer service is seriously the worst.

My wife and I usually love Rebecca Minkoff products My wife has multiple bags and other products I ordered a tote for my wife as a christmas present on the [redacted] of December from the website Received the email that everything was good and just awaiting the shipping confirmation No shipping confirmation received so I called them on the [redacted] and [redacted] left vmails along with emails No response Christmas comes and goes, no present for my pregnant wife I tried them again multiple times the week of the [redacted] with response Now on the [redacted] of January they email me that they are canceling the order as the item is out of stock Its simply unacceptable that they took over days to notify me of an item being out of stock Something that was suppose to be a present no less I'm so disappointed with no recourse

Don't ever, EVER deal with RM's official websiteThe customer service is atrocious and let's face it, TERRIBLEOrdering from them is easy, and they usually ship within a couple of business daysI have ordered them before and received the items as described and within the business day mark according to their shipper, ***The only major issue with RM is their customer service AND their poor packaging of their not-so-cheap items, and their return processI've received items like a guitar purse strap, smaller accessories like keychains, and small purses and all of them have arrived to me with no bubble/air packets, bubble sheets, and tissue paper sandwiched between my items to protect it Instead, they arrive with tissue paper carelessly bunched and poorly taped with my item inside, and a lousy piece of cardboard on top of itWhat the heck? Seriously, their packing is on-par with [redacted] and [redacted] , very poor!! [redacted] have taken great care with their packing by using lots of thick layers of tissue from top and bottom, and the product I ordered sandwiched between themSeriously, even when I ordered something simple like a T-Shirt or a Journal, I always find myself pleasantly surprised by their beautiful packagingRebecca Minkoff needs to take some notes from their rival KS Oh, and did I mention the [redacted] customer service is fantastic, too? Always responsive and helpfulRebecca's customer service? Come on I use to like this brand because I find Rebecca's bags to be edgy, which suits meBut her bags are becoming really cheaply made and direct copies from other brands, and with that her customer service has seriously declined, tooIf anyone still wishes to buy her stuff, I recommend buying it from department stores (ie [redacted] or Bloomingdales) or other online retailers like [redacted] or Shopbop, where they actually have outstanding customer service and reasonable return policiesShop with [redacted] and risk waiting decades for your refund or even a response from her so-called "team." You've been warned

At least not onlineI submitted an order online almost a week ago and never got any kind of email confirmationI have emailed these people 3x and called and left voicemailsEvery time I call, I get the voicemail right awayEven though I always call during their business hoursI haven't heard a single thing and the money has already been taken out of my accountI thought this was a legit brand and business since I've seen it sold in Nordstrom but I'm starting to think it is a scam and if I don't hear back from them soon, I will be reporting them to my bank and the authorities as a scamI wished I would've read the re views before ordering because I am not the first person this has happened too

Terrible, horrible company to deal with. Customer care is horrendous. Please don't ever buy anything from their online store. No one answers the phone or returns your email. If the company is reading can you please respond as how to contact you guys.

Do not place an order online or expect a refund if the product is not what you expected. They will not refund your money. People are still waiting for a refund after months of Rebecca Minkoff recieving the return. You can’t get through to customer service and if you email customer service you will not get a response. Buyer beware!

If you decide to use PayPal and make a dispute they will use that as an excuse as to why it’s taking so long to receive refund.

My wife and I usually love Rebecca Minkoff products. My wife has multiple bags and other products. I ordered a tote for my wife as a christmas present on the [redacted] of December from the website. This was my first and last purchase with Rebecca Minkoff. I ordered a bag online and got it within 2 days, great, however the bag is a mess. There is spotty blue dye all over it! It's certainly not part of the design, it's a light grey bag, it's very obvious that some other dye bled onto it. I tried to rub it off but It will not come off. I emailed customer service three times, left SIX voicemails and I called over THIRTY, yes, THIRTY, times to customer service and I have received ANY communication back. All I want is a replacement, I love this bag but I feel like trying to get this resolved is going to be a fight. I almost ordered from Kate Spade but I liked Rebecca Minoffs purse better. Lesson learned.

This is ABSOLUTELY the worst company I have ever dealt with, hands down! PLEASE heed my warning! If you buy what appears to be a lovely handbag from this company, and anything goes wrong with the bag, you will NEVER EVER be able to reach ANYONE EVER in "customer service" for help! My $240 purse sits in my closet because they haven't responded to numerous pleas for help via voicemail (since no one will ever pick up the phone) and emails. I am beyond frustrated and furious with the message they convey to their customers by this TOTAL NEGLECT and ABUSE! They will gladly take your money; and then kick you to the curb!

I purchased a bag on OCT. 24th, which is of poor quality. I returned the bag as soon as I recevied it. It has been 2 weeks now. Although Ive written tons of emails and made tons of phone calls, all I got was voicemail or automatic response. This is an awful retailer, I'm not gonna buy things from it again. Also, I'll tell people around me about my this awful experience. My order number is#421169 and all I want is my money BACKKKKKKKKKKK.
