I made an online purchased with Rebecca Minkoff early in Sept. I received my order on 09/13/2017. The colour of the item wasn't the same on the picture online, so I changed my mind. I made a return about a week later after I received the bag. It has been over 4 weeks now since I made the return. But I have not received any email for my refund. I have trying to reach the customer service over the phone so many times! No one ever anmswer the phone but the voice mail. I wrote several emails as well and still didn't get an actuall respond that I was asking for. I need to get my refund back. The customer service needs to get a little better on this!

My friend who is staying in US bought a M.A.C Crossbody bag (Style # HU17EFCX01) from Rebecca Minkoff online store on behalf on me on 04 Sep17 (Oder # 100558366). My sister helped to hand carry the bag to Singapore about 3 weeks later However, the quality of the bag is so disappointing, there are blue patches of color on the newly bought red bag (color: Fire Engine). I went to the outlet in Singapore to confirm, they have the same quality issue for the same model of bag which I had received. I wrote to the customer care to request for return & refund on 9Oct. To my delight, they accepted my refund request on the same day and allowed me to keep the defective bag. Unfortunately, up to date, I have not received any form of refund and response despite I have advised the refund method on 10Oct17 as per the company requested and sent 2 reminders for status update. More than 10 working days have passed with nothing to show for. I hope the company know the importance of maintaining a good reputation and keeping its customer.

I purchased a handbag at the beginning of September, and I received my order on September 12, but the quality was unsatisfied so I decided to return that on next day. I shipped back my order on September 13 and then waiting for the return confirm e-mail from Rebecca Minkoff.(As they said on their website) But after 4 weeks until today, I didn't get any response from them. I called the customer cr they post on the website for many many times but nobody answered the phone. I also sent them 8 e-mails but just got automatic response each time saying they will contact me as soon as possible. If I do not receive my refund within this month, I will take legal action.

I purchased a shirt on August 10th and decided to return it as I was not satisfied with the style. Yesterday (9/18) I received an email stating that my payment method was not captured at purchase and they are unable to process my refund (!). That's IT! No other offers about needing me to contact them so they can sort the matter out. They are literally assuming they can KEEP the money from an item I returned because of an error THEY made in THEIR system. I don't think so. If this issue isn't satisfactory resolved within 3 business days I'll also be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com.

Made an order with Rebecca minkoff on 4 Sep. I'm awaiting awaiting status of my shipment. I have called numerous time and have yet to speak with a human. I left messages, but have not received a response... tried to go on line to cancel my order and couldn't cancel my order on line, I have to wait for the item and then return it. This company is terrible! I'm just now reading this reviews. I normally don't write a review, but this company deserve another poor review about their poor service! First and last time!

I've returned my order at the end of March. After a week (April 6) I received the confirmation email from customer support telling me refund is gonna be issued within 10 business days. However, it has been a month now, I still haven't received anything on my credit card. I've been trying to call customer support at 1-866-838-6991during their regular business hours. Unfortunately no one answers the call...

Review: On december [redacted] 2015, I ordered a backpack on [redacted] for $99.06. However, until now, January [redacted], 2016, I still did not receive my package and the order status is still "processing". I tried to contact customer service twice for this order via email but no one ever response to me. No package received, no refund for this, rebecca minkoff is just holding my money in their account!

As of today, I have already tried to contact customer service for 2 other different issues but the customer service did not response to me, nerver! The first time I tried to contact them was about 1 year ago, it is because my handbag was broken within a week and I was trying to find out where I could fix it (there's no rebecca minkoff stores nearby) and no one response. The second time is regarding my other rebecca minkoff handbag was dyeing by the blue price tag and I was also trying to find out how could I fix that and no one response too!Desired Settlement: I think rebecca minkoff don't even know what customer service is! please improve your customer service and please finish my order!

Review: I purchased a handbag from rebeccaminkoff.com and decided to return it within the two week window. When I went to fill out the paperwork, I realized that it said that sale merchandise can be returned for store credit only. This policy was not stated anywhere on the item's product page or during the checkout process. It is very deceiving to not have this information somewhere that customers will regularly encounter while purchasing an item. Rebecca Minkoff is tricking people into purchasing items that they will later realize they cannot get their money back for.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the full amount I paid.

Review: I ordered a bag from this company. I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail about my product being shipped, yet they have taken the amount out of my account.! I try to contact them first thing in the morning every morning and I could never get to speak to anyone. I called their corporate offices and left a message and no one has responded. This is terrible. I want my money back. I didn't know they were so unprofessional. This seems like a big game they play. Review: I ordered 2 bags on [redacted] on 12/**/2015. I got only 1 bag. I called Rebeccaminkoff CS center many times. It turned to voicemail. I sent more than 3 emails. No one replied me.

Review: I order an item online from rebecca minkoff a week ago. I received neither a order confirmation email or a tracking number email from rebecca Minkoff. I try to contact customer service. There is no available customer representative to pick up the phone. I send out multiple emails to inquire my order number. There is no reply. I check my inbox constantly. All I received is advertisement ad. Meanwhile my payment is already processed because there is already a charge on my bank statement. It is very dreadful customer experience with no communication from Rebecca Minkoff at all. I receive neither confirmation order number or a tracking. I do not even know whether if my item will arrive or not.Desired Settlement: I would like my order to be delivered. For current and future order, I also would like order confirmation number and tracking number sent to my email.

Review: On March [redacted], I ordered three blouses from [redacted] and received a confirmation notice from the retailer telling me my goods would be sent approximately 7 business days from that time. Several weeks later, I still had not received my items. When I called back, I was told that two of the items were on backorder and would not be available to ship until April. I asked if they could send the 3rd item to me in the meantime, which was not on back order. They said yes.

It's now June [redacted]. I have not received any of the items I purchased—yet I have already paid and been charged the full amount.

I have made several attempts to contact the store but they use an automated system that transfers you to voice mail if there is no agent available - and there is mysteriously never anyone available. I also contacted customer service through email. The only response I got was a list of FAQs, none of which addressed my issues. I called their corporate headquarters on Monday, June [redacted] and spoke with a live person who told me someone would call me back as soon as possible.

Three business days later, I have heard nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund, credited back to my original form of payment. Immediately.

Review: I purchased a "Fiona Backpack" on rebeccaminkoff.com at a sale price of $218. The website had three pictures of the bag without showing every single details, thus I refer to the item description to make purchase decision. After several of purchase, the item was shown shipped and I could not track it with the tracking number provided by them. It was the first time I contacted them about the shipment, that they returned to me telling the tracking number would be updated after it left US. Unfortunately, they did not update my tracking number until now as I'm filing this complain. Upon receipt of the bag, it did not come with the features described and I contacted rebecca minkoff. 1st time they told me if I wished to keep the bag, they would offer me a further discounting on the item as it was their mistake. after several times of further conversation, different CS respresentative replied my email without dealing with my problem at all. After I reminded them about the mis-described bag. They offered me a 25% , i.e. $54.5 billing adjustment for the bag. I was about to accept their offer, but I went back to their website trying to make sure they have corrected the item description and found out that they did nothing about that. They are STILL MISLEADING / LYING TO CUSTOMERS!! Even worse, the bag is on sale for $148 now ( [redacted] ), and my offer was $163.5 after the refund. I am honestly feeling that they are not trying to be a responsible seller and not sincerely want to solve the problem between us. If I want a discount like 25%, why shouldn't I return the bag and make a purchase again at $148? I can't see a compensation for my loss in their mind.

That's why I file this complain, for the sake of my experience and for how the company respond to a mistake by not correcting it and continue selling the product.

P.S. I could provide dumbscreens of the website showing the item description and pricing, and email contents as supporting document. Since I found nowhere to upload them, please contact me if you need them for further investigation.Desired Settlement: Full price adjustment of the bag. AND immediate correction of their faultful item description.

Review: Somebody got my debit card number and purchased an item from them. I talked to a girl at their customer service on Thursday 10/**/2014 at 4:49 PM. This purchase was fraud and I explained to the girl that I do not want this item and I wanted to send it back. She told me that she was sorry that it happened and that all my bank information would be deleted out of their system. I got all my money back from the bank that was taken out and today 11/*/2014 there is a withdraw of $598.00 from this company. I returned the item on 11/*/2014.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my money and all my information this company has about me. I do not wish to receive anything from them every again except the money they illegally took out of my account for a second time for an item that was a fraud charge and that I did not order. If this happens again I will be pressing charges against them.
