Never buying from this company againThey sent the wrong color of shoe and I didn't like the fit very uncomfortable so I returned themThey charged me a fee and I had to pay for the return shipping because of a mistake on there part

I have always loved Carbon & Cobalt's catalogs and finally placed an order HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT on so many levels! Awful customer service, ridiculously high prices, low quality garments, over embellished descriptions of items, over embellished photos of items, actual merchandise received lacks does not reflect the stated quality, for example a $shirt arrived today looking shabby and with button missing, seriously under-trained customer service personnel (Jessica and others), no supervisors on duty, completely underwhelming experience from start to finish, will NEVER do business with them again Buyer Beware!

I don’t usually order clothing from catalogs, but my husband received a catalog and marked some shirts he wanted for ChristmasI placed my first order and didn’t expect to receive by then because I placed it a week before I can’t believe how quickly they shipped it out and received for Christmas I was a little nervous ordering not knowing the quality for the price point but was extremely impressed Quality is very nice and the shirts ordered are now my husbands favorite! Placed another shirt order after Christmas and again shipped and received so quickly I would highly recommend ordering from this companyNow my Dad wants me to order for him Thank Carbon Cobalt! You made my husbands Christmas ??

I called customer care, because a shirt that I ordered arrived (a $89.00) smelling of manureA really awful foul smellThe refunded my shipping, but thats itMy concern is, is this product soiled from another country and is this healthy

I've ordered several times, returned a few things and kept mostIf you want free shipping- join and order from Amazon! If you don't want junk mail- too bad, we all get junk mail, throw it away! If you think somethings too expensive, buy cheap stuff They have a good- very good product in my opinion, and I've had no issues what-so-ever with customer serviceIn fact, I stumbled on the Revdex.com site looking for another pair of their Sandwood Jeans, which I'm wearing right now I'm simply writing this because much like a previous reviewer, I believe it to be ridiculous, completely preposterous to lower a business rating for many utterly frivolous complaints I see hereKeep it up C2C! You provide a great product at reasonable prices and I for one appreciate it! (and, tired of constantly hearing everyone's petty grips about everything! I am with Laurie S I am having the same negative experience I placed a $order on 11/28/17, and it supposedly shipped out that day I am sitting here on 12/13/late in the afternoon and still no package I have e-mailed twice I got a response to the 1st e-mail saying I would receive my order by the end of the day on 12/12/17; however, that did not happenI have yet to receive a response to my second e-mail When I called a few minutes ago, I was told they would "get back with me" after they took down my information When you call customer service with a company, you expect the person on the other end of the line to be able to answer your questionsUm, why couldn't they look up my information with my order #? If I look at my tracking number with FedEx, it says that the package was here in Cookeville on 12/6/and given to the U.SPostal Service to be delivered This is ALL very shady to me When you order something this time of year, you expect it to be shipped in a timely manner Heck, if you order something any time of year, you expect that I am very disappointed to say the least and doubt I will do business with this company again

I agree with the other comments regarding the low quality of Carbon Cobalt clothing The clothes look wonderful in the catalog, and I ordered several shirts and a pair of shorts, even though the high price of the clothing gave me serious pause When the clothing arrived, nothing looked nearly as nice as in the catalog Colors were off, the material was low quality, and the fit was poor One article of clothing, a Sequoia Plaid shirt, was somewhat laughable I thought I was purchasing a very high quality shirt, but the material was so thin you could see through it It reminded me of the material you would get in a free fleece pullover or blanket when you donate to your favorite charity I paid around $(plus shipping) for this shirt, and that was about half off its original price $for this low quality a shirt??? I don't mind paying a little more for good quality items, but I really feel I've been duped Unfortunately, I threw away the packaging and return materials before taking a good look at the clothing, so I'm stuck with it It almost seems like they take cast-off clothing/material from other cheap outlet stores, rebrand them as the coolest of the cool, and sucker customers into paying high prices for them Just beware of the quality of the clothing, and make sure you keep all receipts and return shipping labels Oh, and alsoafter I made one purchase, I started receiving multiple catalogs from VERY similar companiesIt almost seems like it's all the same company, advertising high priced clothing under different names Seems like a [redacted] to me

C2C is grossly overpriced and of poor qualityI ordered items that cost me almost $shirt, pair of shorts, and one collared shirtThe shorts were very thin and the button broke within 24hrsThe dress shirt did not look or feel as good as the photo in the catalog and the sizing felt offI returned of the items already and although it was delivered back to C2C business days ago, they still have not acknowledged my return and was told by customer service that it could take another weekMy experience with customer service was very good and the woman on the phone was very helpful so no complaints there but let's see how long this refund will take

Buyer beware - not specific to their products, but understand that when you order from them they have a very loose privacy policyIn short, they'll sell as much of your information as they canI liked a couple things in the catalogue and thought I'd try them out - nevermind their shipping fees - which are out of line with their competitors, but since then I've been inundated with catalogues from other companies that I've never heard ofI made a mistake here, but I pay pretty close attention to privacy policiesLearn from my mistake - just avoid shopping here[redacted]

My experience with Carbon2Cobalt is identical to several other reviewers I placed an order on 12/4/18, I got a shipping notification right away, but the package did not arrive for quite some time One item back ordered, but was promised by 12/ I actuality the non-back ordered items didn’t arrive for quite some time The remaining item will now not be delivered until after Christmas, and didn’t ship until 12/ This is not free shipping, so I suppose I expected timely delivery Live and learn! Having now read that MANY others experienced the same customer service issues, I will not be ordering from this business again Their catalog is beautiful with great style options Their prices are higher suggesting a premium experience This is not the case with the service I feel quite frustrated!

Placed an order for one item on December Chose standard shipping at the cost of $for delivery in 5-business days More than enough time for Christmas delivery Order was not shipped until December Estimated delivery is now December This is not acceptable Highest cost and slowest shipping of any company I have ever dealt with Will NEVER deal with this company again and would NEVER recommend to anyone

Called customer service about an item I received different than pictured on the websiteWhen I asked if I could get the item as pictured on the site I was told my only option was to return the item I had received and get a refund; no other accommodation was offeredVery poor response when there is so much competition; will never order from this company again

I've bought a leather jacket, a money case and a mini canvas carrying case from this company and I am very pleased with all of my items---especially---the leather jacket of which I have gotten many nice complimentsAlso, the customer service was very helpful and answered me promptly via email
