Recover Roofing & Reconstruction is a fantastic company! From the beginning my project manager ( [redacted] ) was very professional, honest and helpful He wasn't pushy like a lot of other companies (which I really appreciated) I didn't want a new roof if I didn't need one and I didn't want someone trying to sell it to an insurance adjuster I wanted someone who was honest with me and I got that When it came time to schedule the roof replacement, they were able to place me about a week out Then the rain started and seemed like it would never stop [redacted] stayed in constant contact with me throughout the process and finally on the one dry day of the month the crew showed up and went to work [redacted] was the supervisor for the reconstruction and was also great There were certain items I needed to fix above and beyond what insurance covered (we were selling our house) and they were happy to accommodate me Great company that does great work!

I received very prompt and honest service from Recover Roofing & Reconstruction The March hailstorm in McKinney TX caused damage to the attic vents on my home's roof Recover Roofing was recommended to me by a neighbor and I called their sales manager Josh [redacted] on a Sunday morning and he immediately called me back and set up an appointment to inspect my roof the next day The assessment of damage was very thorough Minor damage to the roof and the only suggestion was to replace the damaged attic vents - all repairs were completed by Friday of the same week No pressure to get a new roof or complete unnecessary repairs The company immediately sent me their insurance documents when I requested a copy I will use Recover Roofing and Reconstruction again for any type of roof repair or replacement in the future I would recommend their services to anyone in the DFW area

Recover Roofing was recommended by a neighbor and it turned out be an excellent experience in the reroof of my hail damaged roof, especially [redacted] the sales managerThe whole organization is very professional and very responsive from the initial inspection to completion of the roofThey walked me through every step of the way and made sure every detail was taken care ofI would definitely recommend them and I have already recommended them to others

They charged me to repair the fence along with the roof They never did and now will not return calls I paid them to repair the roof as well as an additional $to replace any slats in the roof that needed to be replaced and re-=stainedTom said he would do this no problem They replaced the roof, but never came back for the fence I keep calling their number and keep getting a recording The cell phone for Tom is no longer being answered either

Be very careful and do not sign any papers with this company unless you absolutely sure that they will do the work for youOtherwise if you sign the paper and later on you change your mine for any reason thay will charge you $for a "service" (i.ecome to your hose)

MrRoss and his crew did an exceptional, highly rofessional job replacing my parents fenceWhen their AC went out, MrRoss had someone come out to check it, remedy the problem that same dayabove and beyond! Could not recommend them more:)
