Justin was great from the start We had a significant leak in our family room ceiling He inspected the roof, tarped a section around the chimney that could have been the source Also tarped the area above the leak in the attic for added protection, all BEFORE we even discussed a contract
He worked well with the insurance adjuster, kept us advised, and even helped pick out shingles & color Was on-site before & during tear-off, came back mid-job and at job end The crew was focused, quick, and professional

Recover Roofing & Reconstruction is a fantastic company! From the beginning my project manager ([redacted]) was very professional, honest and helpful. He wasn't pushy like a lot of other companies (which I really appreciated). I didn't want a new roof if I didn't need one and I didn't want someone trying to sell it to an insurance adjuster. I wanted someone who was honest with me and I got that. When it came time to schedule the roof replacement, they were able to place me about a week out. Then the rain started and seemed like it would never stop. [redacted] stayed in constant contact with me throughout the process and finally on the one dry day of the month the crew showed up and went to work. [redacted] was the supervisor for the reconstruction and was also great. There were certain items I needed to fix above and beyond what insurance covered (we were selling our house) and they were happy to accommodate me. Great company that does great work!

I don't usually write reviews unless I had a problem, but this time I have to commend a job well done. As a project manager, Conan was outstanding. Even considering the volume of damage in our area, Conan kept a tight schedule, on budget, and his crews did quality work. Our damage included roofing, gutters, fencing, and other assorted tasks - all done to perfection. If you are looking for the perfect contractor, look no further.
