After discussing my situation on the phone with them and explaining to them that the due balance was a administration error some 5 years ago on the part of the medical service I had been using they continued to harass me and effected my credit rating. I have a credit inquiry from them every month which continues to effect my credit rating. They should have investigated the situation much better before contacting me.
