I am rejecting this response because:I am continuing to receive calls on behalf of this organization...I just received another today (8/29 @ 6:05 PM), from the same number as last time, stating they were from the "vehicle processing center".I reject that the complaint be buried in the "informational" section, as my complaint is with their ILLEGAL sales practices and general business conduct.The company, or entities acting on their behalf, are making unsolicited sales calls using (abusing) publicly available information data under the appearance of a legitimate warrantee company.In my opinion, the company should be shut down, with all state licensing (if any) revoked for not adhering to FCC mandates.Currently there are lawsuits in some states resulting in fines and restitution for such behavior. I believe this organization should be investigated for similar violations.I'll be happy to provide phone screenshots, showing the dates and times of the offenses. However, I'm not sure if the organization has yet laid claim to the offending phone number on record (740-249-1251). Please advise.

Auto [redacted] regarding the complaint I filed, and they have spoken with me and we have resolved the issues in my original complaint. [redacted] is the person I spoke with and he was very friendly and accommodating .My original complaint number is [redacted].
