Very poor business ethics. Signed 3 binding agreements without funding in place only trying to extend process and drive price down, while disturbing and annoying current tenant. Classic stereotype of shady wholesaler, and why real estate transactions should be conducted with licensed professionals. This company and their representatives lack integrity and have no place conducting business in GA.

I signed a contract for 168,000 to sell my house,
they did bait and switch for 68,000 this is my
primary resident. I informed them that its no way
I would agree to sell my house 68,000, because I would be homeless, they informed me if I didn't
sell them the house at 68,000 they would take me
court, and put a lien on my house for 68,000,
and might have to pay there attorney fee's and court cost
The contract should be null and void because the contract i signed online through electronic contract states $168,000
We had a misunderstanding with this client. We sent out an agreement with an error on the price, we corrected the clerical error and him resign. We have now come to an agreement with him. All parties have agreed to find him another house and if that doesn't work to terminate all agreements by Friday August 2, 2019.
I dealt with an associate that was not very truthful in negotiation of the contract.
One of our associates did have multiple conversations with Mrs *** and we were not able to agree on terms that worked for both she and us. We were not under contract but in conversation with Mrs ***. I have called Mrs *** personally multiple times to get more information and she has not returned my phone call.
Everything went smooth in a timely manner. Kept me informed of all what was taking place.
