Never received any tracking information
I tried calling the company the phone is disconnected I try emailing them the email is no longer available I ordered my product on June 17th still did not receive any information about my product right now I just want my money back

While we appreciate your business, you appear to have neglected to read the production shipping times stated on the product information page and checkout pages regarding customized regalia. Since the apron and case are customized, it takes time to make the apron and case.
You also chose Standard Shipping which specifies "Usually ships in to days IF in stock or NOT customized regalia" at which point we are days since your order and within the stated ship preparation time for NON-CUSTOMIZED regalia. You ordered customized regalia, therefore we will ship the merchandise when it has finishing production (to weeks). We thank you for your patience.-Red Tower

This customer has been given the apron in the correct color IN PERSON on August 10, at the USC NJ in *** MI. This issue is resolved

We apologize for this situation, but oddly enough your package among several were stolen from the *** *** after dropping them off and before they bothered to scan them in. We're in the process of reshipping multiple orders that were affected. Should be in the next day or two

This person is not a customer of Red Tower Regalia. No money has been transacted nor any product transferred. This person sent us a fez that was purchased elsewhere and asked us to modify it. We cannot do modifications and the fez was returned to the person (*** Tracking Number
***). Now, they are demanding that we GIVE them a free fez (worth ~$400) and are angry since we declined

Talked with the customer and an upgraded version of the apron he ordered was sent to him He is getting a deal, which is a bullion apron upgrade from what he paid for, which accounts for the issues and delay in getting the correct apron to the customer Return of the current apron is

Yes, they did find the fez that they misplaced and returned it to me. The owner of the company was so backlogged on his orders that he brought in an associate by the name of MrS*** to assist him. A series of telephone call were made between were back in forth. In addition, I have paperwork from the owner of Red Tower to back up my claim.
