I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  However, I would urge Red Tower Regalia to be more proactive in answering inquiries when customers pay them. My complaint was not regarding time, but rather the companies lack of communication with customers.

Review: On October 19th, I ordered a Low Top Hat from the Company, Order # [redacted]. The cost of the product was $54.95, plus 9.95 for shipping, for a total of $64.90. My Credit Card was charged and this charge posted to my account on 21 October. The website order inquiry shows, and has shown since the order was placed, that the status of the order is "Order Placed, In Packaging Cue". I have made several attempt to contact the company via e-mail and telephone, but without success. They have not answered any of the three e-mails I have sent. I have also tried to call them with the 3 numbers that I have for them and all of their messages state that the inbox for messages is full.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my purchase price, including shipping charge, refunded, in the amount of $64.90. I have not received the products ordered, not do I expect to receive the products requested.

Review: Hello, I placed an order with this company on September 4,2014. My order was confirmed on September 5,2014. I spoke with the owner who advised that my order would be shipped on that day. today its September 16th...I still have not received my product...I've contacted my bank which confirmed that my card was charged on September 5th and that red tower did accepted payment for merchandise. I've tried emailing numerous times regarding the issue and I haven't had no response. I've tried calling by phone and all I get is voice mails. what I do know is that this constitutes " theft".. I would not recommend this business for future reference .Desired Settlement: I would like my product that I have ordered and a formal letter of apology. This is extremely frustrating.

Review: A Masonic Apron was purschased in April 2014,it was mailed out with the incorrect color purple. I instead received one which was Lavender in color, and not representative of my Grand Lodge here in New Jersey. I spoke with an associate a Mr. H[redacted], as I had provided my cell number. The response was, "I'll get on it right away", "as of Monday ". I immediately returned the incorrect Apron on the following week. My last comminiciation with RTR was onMay31st, from a Mr. Paul R[redacted], he expressed through E-mail that his company was working to resolve my issue, noting that it would take more time to now re-make the correct colored Apron, it is now August.Desired Settlement: A return of any monies due me in the sense of a refund only no credit hold.

Review: I order a product 3 weeks and paid 7.95 to send it in 4 to 5 days and it's been 3 weeks ago and I tried to call them but no answer then finally someone did answer and told me it would be here last Friday or that Monday and they gave me there word but it's still haven't came yet so I don't know what else to do I feel like they took me for my money!!! I hope something is done about this!!Desired Settlement: I want the product that I ordered that's all!!

Review: Back on September 13, 2013 I made an order (online purchase) for 4 products from this business (Order #[redacted]) for $49.75. Red Tower requires clients to pay for products at time of order. When I looked and reviewed the order after I made the purchase I notice that the products were being sent to the wrong address. I then immediately contacted the business via email the same day (about 30 mins after making purchase) to update them with the correct address. This was noted on my account on their website that the change of address was made. Upon receiving the tracking information, the products still went to the wrong address. I again contacted the business and THEY assured me that it will be take care of after a phone conversation. After a month of waiting I contacted the business again via email to get an update on my purchase. They sent me an email asking who lived at the old address, I told them I have renters and the property is managed by a company I hired. I responded with what does that have to do with me receiving my products after I made the correction of the shipping address the same day I ordered the products which did not ship until six (6) days later on the September 19, 2013. Its now Dec and I have not received any correspondence back from this business since Oct. 18, 2013 via email concerning the products or a refund of my money. This is a very bad way to do business, and I consider it THEFT when a business does not provide the products after purchase. Here is a snapshot of my order #[redacted].
