Revdex.com: While I did receive a refund, it was not "the same day"It was Nov (after filing the Revdex.com complaint and a chargeback request with my credit card company)In addition, I was out of the country when the refund posted and have just been able to check on this todayRegardless of their deceitful response, horrible customer service and the personal jab they made, I do appear to have received a very late refund and can confirm this complaint is resolved Regards, [redacted]

Dear Sir/Madam, We have never refused to help the customerWe sent the instructions and offered support all the timeHe wasn't capable to provide us the screenshot we need to understanding the error message and proofing to our suppliers the sold us a defective product. The customer

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I do not accept the resolution set forth by redboxsoftware.com I contacted them many times (see below) in an effort to resolve this issue before contacting you The only resolution I will accept is a complete refund I had replied to them at the [email protected] address on the following dates.2/- To notify them that the software key was invalid They promptly responded with troubleshooting ideas2/- I emailed them to tell them that the troubleshooting didn't work and would need a different key.2/- Contacted again to tell them the troubleshooting didn't work.2/- Received contact- was told to send screenshot of error.2/- Contacted- screenshot attachment was missing.2/- I attached screenshot again and sent to [email protected]/- Contacted Redboxsoftware.com again to check on status - no response2/- Contacted Redboxsoftware.com again - no response2/- Contacted Redboxsoftware.com again - no response2/- Contacted Redboxsoftware,com again, asking for a complete refund and letting them know Revdex.com was contacted.2/- Got an email from [email protected] saying we are still waiting on the screenshot And want to remotely connect to my system.At this point it was already weeks since I purchased the software I had filed a report with Revdex.com, purchased the software elsewhere, and asked for a refund It was not until the Revdex.com report was filed that I received a response I am not letting them remotely connect to any of my computers or doing any other troubleshooting I'm done with them At this time the only solution is a complete refund I have already purchased a license from a different vendor that worked right away It appears that this license was sold after it was already activated with Microsoft At the time I first contacted them, all they would have had to do was either refund my purchase or send me a valid key
