filing the Revdex.com complaint and a chargeback request with my credit card company)In addition, I was out of the country when the refund posted and have just been able to check on this today.Regardless of their deceitful response, horrible customer service and the personal jab they made, I do appear to have received a very late refund and can confirm this complaint is resolved

I ordered software from this company. The product key they sent would not work to download. They said they would send another for me to use. When they didn't give me another one I asked for a refund. Their policy is once you have used a product key (whether it worked or not) the purchase is final and no refund. They wanted to download with remote assistance. After checking with the Revdex.com and seeing their rating I did not trust them to control my computer. I feel I should have received a refund.

Awful. All 3 software product keys I purchased from them had been previously used, it is a pain trying to get replacement keys. Reinstalling windows voids their software warranty. So 3 months after purchasing you will have to purchase another if your computer fails and you need to reinstall windows like I did. I have never had this type of issue when purchasing software. The purpose of a product key is to be able to reinstall the product if you need to, specially 3 months after purchasing.
