mid sept of 50cc atv was purchased days later it arrived color choices of blue were on the order form black atv was received upon opening box wrong color problem so I called immediately cust service persuaded me to keep black quad with a promise of free helmet and riding gear was never received problem atv was shipped with wrong tie rod ends filed warranty claim and received after three weeks prob finally put it together and one ride around the house and the clutch burned up filed warranty claim and will not even acknowledge my request for helmet/gear which I was promised or even the clutch issue its been four months and $quad was ridden around house once I would not recommend anyone doing business with this company I have sent over emails to this company completely ignored and when I called I was put on hold and never completed call

On November 27th I placed an order for a ATV through red fox powersports with the intention of it being my son's Christmas present.I was assured the shipping would take no more than to days so ordering it days ahead of time seemed like a fine idea after the first days went by and I hadn't heard anything or received any tracking information I contacted Red fox powersports and was told that they were waiting on tires for the ATV and it would be shipped out the following Monday and was quickly disconnected from the call, after more days I called again and was told that it would be shipping out that day or the next day and was given no reason as to why and quickly hung up on yet againAnd now a few days after that and less than days from Christmas and after trying for days to contact them with no answer whatsoever through any department on their menus or any answer from multiple emails I finally got in contact with someoneWho proceeded to inform me that they were unable to fulfill the order and would be refunding my money sometime within the next to business days which puts me within to days till Christmas once I receive my money and now I have no present for my son for Christmas and seeing as how Christmas is on a Tuesday it only gives me two business days to get something shipped to me which would be next to impossible that close to ChristmasMy issue is if the order was placed on the 27th of November why did they have to wait till December 14th to tell me and even worse not refund my money until sometime between December 19th through the 21st

Purchased the 50cc mini ATV Polaris clone for my yr old son on March 5, We only had it days, only got to ride it once and it broke!! We immediately called and they said it was the engine and would mail us a new one We questioned how we where to put this engine in? They said we had to find someone to do that! So we did, after we just paid $days ago cause it was brand new Now we had to spend more money to have the engine put in! We get the engine, my husband takes to a ATV shop gets it fixed, mind you there’s no manual that comes with this either!! We pick the ATV up a week later, my year starts to ride it again he can’t stop because this time the brake line brakes and he wrecks because of this and could of got KILLED because of who ever PUT this together from there company ( RedFox Powersports) didn’t put it together correctly!!!! We then proceeded to ask for a full refund and they said we had to pay to ship it back and we wouldn’t get our entire refund back
