First experience with them was positive. Not so much for my next experience. I receive constant promotions from them and tried to redeem one. I accessed their site through Facebook for the item advertised but there was never a space to add the $15 discount that was sent me by email. When placing the order I entered personal info and credit card info and expected a final screen with the shipping info and tax added and a place to add the discount......that didn't happen. After many emails to them with unsatisfactory results I said to just cancel my order. I was told they couldn't. So much for a discount that they say "can be used on any purchase even if it means you get the item free".

We hate to hear you had a less than positive experience with us. The reason you were unable to apply the $15 discount to the item you selected is because as listed in the email offer, we do not allow for stacking of multiple promotions or discounts together on one order.

In this case the item was already discounted 54% off the original price, so the discounts would not be combined and apply an additional $15 off that.

We do have a huge collection of items you can use this $15 offer on, including several that are priced under $15 and would be free items, plus the cost of shipping.

Been 6 weeks of waiting for order. Will not answer phone or call you despite numerous attempts and will not provide ANY shipping information via email
Placed small custom (if you want to call 5 letters cut out of a small sign "custom") order from this company, what a mistake. Took 3 weeks to make and ship one sign (I get it, times are tough) which ended up "getting damaged in transit." Spoke to a rep who informed me that it would be "restored and shipped out immediately." Here I am thinking they'll be rushing to fix my damaged order I never received. Well, two whole weeks go by and I receive an email from another rep who wants me to confirm my shipping address because she restored my item! Um excuse me? Why wasn't my item "restored" in the past two weeks and why do I have to "confirm my shipping address" a SECOND time when it was already confirmed with the first rep two weeks ago and is also clearly on my order? Customer service will NOT pick up the phone nor listen to or return any voice mails...so don't even bother trying. They are extremely rude and condescending via email, ignore your requests to speak to a supervisor and refuse to even talk to you on the phone! "Veteran owned and operated"....you would think they'd have their customer service together? Couldn't be the furthest from the truth here unfortunately. Needless to say..EXTREMELY disappointed with Redline and will not be returning. It's been 6 weeks now and I still don't know when or if my order will ship. Demanded a refund but was informed a custom order can not be refunded...then I said it wasn't even made yet and they said it doesn't matter that's their policy. Just a horrible, horrible company with absolutely NO customer service looking to rip people off.

Ship items immediately with tracking information or give me a refund NOW

Thank you for letting us know about this situation. I apologize for the lack of communication and follow through that you have been dealing with.

I do see where the order was originally placed 7.4.20 and shipped out on 7.13.20. The person you spoke with on the phone 7.27.20 noted your report that the UPS tracking information showed your package was damaged in transit and took action to get the order reprocessed on our end. We then received a notification from UPS that the package was damaged on 8.4.20, which is why we reached out to you that day. I know how frustrating this is for you, but an order being damaged during transit to you is not something we could have anticipated or controlled.

The remake of your order has been expedited and as soon as we have new shipping information available we will reach out and provide it via the email address associated with that order.

You will also receive a call from our Customer Service Manager who will personally own this to resolution.

Funny how I can only get a response from this company AFTER I file a complaint. The way this company treats their customers is UNEXCEPTABLE! I will NOT close this case until I receive my items and they are in good condition. Then and only then will this case be closed and I will no longer be recommending or ordering from them again.

I completely understand your frustration with this situation.

While we could not have predicted or prevented your order being damaged while in transit with UPS the urgency for the order to be remade and the communication to you is completely within our control.

As we committed to you, your replacement order has been completed and shipped. Our Customer Service Manager called and left a voicemail for you providing this update and we have also followed up with the tracking information to the email address associated with your account.

Your order is scheduled, as of now, to be delivered this Saturday, 8.15.20. We will be reaching back out to you in a few days to confirm delivery.

On May 29th I purchased 3 metal items LOVE HOPE and a Tree of Life On June 23 I received 2 tin crosses with doves Not my purchase No response

On June 23 I received a package containing two crosses with doves I did not order this
I emailed and called I have left messages and all I have received is a complaint form and an automated message that said you didn't purchase this product ? Would you like it for 25% off? I live in the mountains 25 minutes from a post office I want what I purchased not the mistake they sent me You can not reach a person at Redline They are quick to take my money but not very good at remedying there mistakes I want what I paid for

Thank you for letting us know about this mix up. I apologize we sent you the incorrect items but I will get your correct order shipped out to you as quickly as possible. As soon as it is shipped I will reply to the email associated with the order and provide the tracking information.

I know you dealt with a delay for the first shipment, but I assure you this will be a quick turnaround and I will follow up with you.

I was promised a credit to my credit card on 6-9-20 and don't have it yet.
I have sent them their on line contact form 5 times since 6-2-20. I have left multiple messages on their recorder. They make it VERY difficult for a consumer to have actual contact with a human being. I have spoken to one person about this and he was very rude.
What is wrong with customer service these days that the consumer must BEG for their promised return of THERE money.
VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I would like to apologize that you have not yet seen the credit for the cancelled items applied back to your credit card and for the lack of response to your correspondence.

On June 9th the refund was submitted which generated the email confirmation you received. This was process was completed successfully through PayPal with transaction 3WRXXXXXDTXXXXXXL. I will send you the screenshot confirmation of where this was completed to your email associated with your order. Once this was completed through PayPal the credit to your card would then be applied by PayPal. Unfortunately we are not able to provide any additional information on their processes and timelines.

The customer service team is working hard to get caught up and respond to all of our customer inquiries. I do see where you received our automated response asking for inquiries to be placed through our online forms and requesting that you then wait until you hear back from a customer support agent before sending multiple emails. We answer emails in the order that they are received and every email sent in after the first one pushes you and your concerns back further in the queue. We are working around the clock to combat the delay in communication and will back up to date in the next coming weeks.

I called PayPal and gave them the code number about the credit. They could not find that number and said it did not exist. I emailed Redline this info. I am so tired of this so I am just going to NEVER shop of their site again and that is it.

Received wrong product. Unable to get a hold of company by email, phone, or other means.
My order was shipped around 6-5-2020. I received the wrong size piece of product. I reached out to the company a day or so later. I called the number listed and all I got was an answering machine to leave a message. I left a message and have not received a call back. I also went thru the support channel by email and have not got anything back yet. I called again on 6-30-2020 and left another message. This was a gift for my wife for mothers day and I have been trying to get it replaced since I got it with no luck.

Desired Outcome

I would like the product that i paid for or my money back and i will return the product sent to me at the companies expense.

I would like to be contacted by phone or email by a person, not an automated unhelpful reply. I would like to receive product by next Wednesday, 7/1/2020. I am even willing to pay for extra shipping charges although that's not necessary.

We do have our lead times listed on our website so that everyone can be fully aware of the expected wait time. Generally speaking, our products can take (not including weekends), upwards of 3 weeks for our non-custom stock items, and up to 6 weeks for our flags/eagles, apparel, monograms, and customized pieces to be created and shipped out.
Your order contains a Tree of Life Monogram so the expected turnaround time would be about 6 weeks from the date of order.

Your order is actively being worked to be completed as efficiently as possible without sacrificing the quality of our pieces. As soon as your order is completed and ready for shipment we will send you an email with the tracking information to the email address associated with your order.

Yes, this retailer does have lead times listed on their website, but they are deceptive and false. " All lead-times are based off of the customer's order date and may arrive sooner than the averages listed below:" "Steel Decor (Flags and Custom Monograms): 3-6 weeks". If you review the Redline Steel website, you will not find anywhere that they state that their shipping does not include weekends per the response. As a consumer who was charged BEFORE product was complete or even shipped, I should not have to calculate what 3-6 weeks is 'not including weekends.'

While I appreciate the response that my product has an expected turnaround of 3-6 weeks, meaning it will ARRIVE to my shipping address within 6 weeks per the website, I would like to know the estimated ship date. If the order is truly 'In-Production' as listed in order status and as indicated in the response as being worked to be completed, the retailer should be able to provide this information.

My expectation is that I will receive an estimated ship date and an estimated receipt date. If this cannot be provided, I would like a full refund on my credit card as I have not received product nor have I been provided with an ETA.

Product was not picked up and actually shipped for over a full business day. However, it was finally delivered on 7/7/2020.

I would have preferred to not have to open a complaint, like many other consumers, in order to get action. Thankful to have the product after spending hard earned money on it.

Buyer beware! Company is using Covid-19 as excuse in not shipping orders. Complaints on Revdex.com show is goes back to at least February 2019

I apologize for your frustration. We are instructed to follow the CDC guidelines and keeping our employees safe is important to us. By doing so, we limited the amount of employees we had per station and shirt. This did cause a delay in production, however we are running 3 shifts here at Redline and are working as quickly as possible to get every order out within lead-time if not sooner. I do show that your order was delivered 06/22 and confirmed with tracking. I have sent you a email requesting the information from the missing pieces. I am happy to get those product pieces shipped out to you on confirmation. Thank you !
