Again, this Redline Steel has an adorable spokesman who is a veteran and great prices .... however they seem to be too popular as I gave been charged fir my order ... but it has not arrived . This is a gift for an Autism School and I cannot even reach Redline to find out when it will be honestly shipped .

Unfortunately my story appears to be the same as many here, liked the product promo and placed an order on 7/11/17, my credit card was charged the next day and then nothing. tried responding to the confirmation sent as it goes to their recommended email for issues, and nothing twice. Tried a separate email and complaint about the long wait time and received no answer, but my order was now magically shipped today. I understand a long wait time for a hand crafted item, but it wasn't customized or anything so it should have gone out in the published 4-6 weeks, not 8 weeks later and then shipped USPS so it will take another week to receive it. Not pleased with the complete lack of customer support and unrealistic wait times.

I have read over all of the reviews and complaints posted for this company and though I would rather be giving a good review I can not. I have the same issues as many other customers. I have ordered a product. Was told 3 to 4 week delivery schedule. It has now been 8 weeks. My credit card has been charged. I have sent emails and have gotten no response from the company. Have tried to call the company but the mail box is always full. I don't know of any other company that can not resolve an issue with the phone company to where they cant get service. I understand that our company may receive thousands of emails a day but it is the company's responsibility to figure out how to handle customer service. I really do not expect to receive the product that I have ordered and will chalk my money up to a loss and a lesson. I will however, spread the word about my experience with this company and will discourage people from ordering from them.

Most of our orders are on a 4-6 week production time frame. This does not include shipping time. We do have orders going out later due to a high volume of orders and a high demand of items. We are working through each one as quickly as possible without compromising quality. We do apologize for the delay and take responsibility for the inconvenience and frustrations that has been caused. Made a purchase 20 July 2017 and got quick email confirmation Since then I have sent 4 emails. No phone is answered and no email reply.I want the item
Made initial order without problem. Expected delivery was 4-6 weeks. No email follow up by company. After 6 weeks had passed I have sent 4 emails without getting a reply and there is no place to leave a voice mail. They're not accepting call. I want the item I paid for and would expect them to honor their customers by at least contacting us if they're running behind. No calls back, no emails back and still no product at 7 weeks. How long will they be? No one has a way of knowing. I feel helpless and starting to be quite upset. There's no one to reach out to

I would like a quick delivery and a good product in an efficient timely manner. ASAP

Ordered a personal monogram along with ordering 2 of the veterans tree of life. That was on 7-27-17. When I originally ordered, I sent an email with a quick response asking to combine the orders into one shipment. That was the last email I received from them. I have went on the website and contacted them thru the web site, with no response. I have also emailed 2 other times from my ordering email address. NO response. I tired calling the number on the contact us page, and all options say, sorry, our mail box is full and go to the web site. LOL What a joke! I will give them one last time to respond, and then I am disputing my order on my credit card/pay pal and getting my money back. This company needs to COMMUNICATE to their customers, FORGET about trying to get orders, fix the ones you have already collected from first, before you take on anymore than you can handle. Very Disappointed.

Emails and orders have been looked over. We do see that you were corresponding with at least one customer support rep. His last email to you was on September 6th explaining there was a back log on orders. We do see there has been 2 more emails sent yesterday and today. We are 2 days behind on emails due to receiving emails outside of work hours. Your order was given to the shop foreman and management so they could find out where your order was and see what could be done to push it out faster for you.

I placed an order with redline steel July 18. I was impressed because I immediately received a thank you email from C W the owner of redline steel. However, as time went on and I hadn't received any Notification of shipment of my order, nor had I received the order itself, I emailed Mr. W directly on September 2. I have yet to hear back from him and have tried to contact the company directly by telephone today ( September 7 ). Their message says due to large call volume they are not excepting phone calls. They are directing you to redline steele.com/contact us in order to submit your question. I would certainly agree with others that their customer service is very poor. I have resorted to leaving a review on Revdex.com because it appears that the squeaky wheel does seem to get the oil in this case. Which is unfortunate because every customer should get the same service as all of our credit cards have been charged for undelivered products. This was intended to be a birthday present so not only am I disappointed but so is my friend.

We sincerely apologize for the delay in shipment. We do promise that we do not charge and then not deliver. We have experienced an unexpected high volume of orders but we will fulfill every order. We also apologize for not getting a response to the email sent to the owner. He stays extremely busy and is not near a computer a lot to answer personal emails. Customer Support is receiving hundreds of emails daily and are working as fast as possible to provide quality service to each customer as they answer emails.

In addition, your order is being shipped within this week. Once it has been placed for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Placed an order and never received within time specified. No follow up email regarding same.
Order XXXXX. Placed order July 24, 2017 and to date have not received goods.

We advertise a 4-6 week production time frame. This time frame is production only and does not include shipping time. Mrs. order was fulfilled and shipped on September 2nd, within the 6th week.

We have researched Mrs. emails and do see that they have gone without a response and we sincerely apologize for this and take responsibility for it happening, as she deserved a response. We do not know what happened or why there was not a response but it is our responsibility to check into it and it will be.

We have had a customer service rep email Mrs *** so we can have an open communication with her. Again, we truly do apologize for the inconvenience and frustrations that has been caused.

I placed a customized tree of life order online on 6-19-17 #XXXXX. Billed immediately for $119.20. Have yet to receive order.
I placed a customized order #XXXXX on June 19, 2017 for a Tree of Life with our name (***) and anniversary date (July 30,1993) on it. I was billed $119.20 to my credit card. I emailed the company back on June 26th to request that it be here by July 30th for our anniversary, which would have been right at the end of the 6 weeks for delivery. I received an email back from Tara on 6-29-17 saying they would make note of it and try to have it out by that time. On July 28th, I emailed again since I had not received my orer, and got a response from Sean *** on Aug. 8th apologizing for the delay since they had received over 40,000 orders in the last month. He still did not mention when the order would be shipped. So I responded back to his email saying it had been more than 8 weeks since I placed my order. I heard back from Danielle on Aug. 15th once again apologizing for the delay, blaming high volume once again. She said my order was open and in producation and she would let the production manager know of my delay and it would be shipped soon. She did not want to give me false information, so she would not give me a shipping date, just that it would be soon. She also said they were having issues with their cutting table. That was the last correspondance I have heard from them, and I still have not received my order.

Desired Outcome

I would like to receive my belated anniversary gift for my wife if possible ASAP. Otherwise, I would like a full refund. I would like the company to stop advertising falsely about their turn around time or stop taking orders until they can fulfill the current ones they have. I would like the company, that prides itself on being veteran owned, to show the integrity of veterans and not mislead its customers.

I received my product 11 weeks after I placed the order. I am overall satisfied with the product but will not do business with the company again.

I do not think that a company should launch such a big social media campaign without being able to fulfill it's orders in a timely manner. I just unsubscribed from their email list as I got an email about every three days offering more products that they were ill prepared to make. Unfortunately for Redline Steel a social media campaign can also be detrimental when your business is not up to snuff. I have been asked numerous times on Facebook about Redline Steel and all of my comments have been negative.
The lack of, or slow response to emails and the fact that they don't answer their phone certainly doesn't help. Their customer service is horrible. A little communication would probably have kept me from contacting the Revdex.com.
I also don't care for them touting the fact that they are veteran owned and operated. Having many Veterans in my own family I have learned one thing, The military is about integrity. Throughout the whole 11 weeks of waiting Redline Steel lacked to show integrity at every step of the way.

I placed order 7-11-17 for items with guaranteed delivery in 4-6 weeks.I haven't received items or heard any correspondence from company.
I placed an online order on July 11, 2017 for 3 items that were in stockFaith, Hope, and Love. My order number is XXXXX. My credit card was charged $24.20 immediately for my items and was told I would received them in 4-6 weeks. The only emailed I received was a confirmation/thank you for my order from *** on 7-12-17. I tried emailing the company when that time frame elapsed, but have received no correspondence back from them. When I call, the message says, "Due to high volume calls, they cannot take calls at this time." I would either like to receive my items in a timely fashion (being that is has already taken 8 weeks)or have my credit card refunded for the full amount.

Desired Outcome

I would like to receive my items ASAP or be refunded fully for the amount.

Their respoonse makes it seem the delay was due to shipping; however, I didn't receive an email that my item was shipped until Sept. 8, after I filed with Revdex.com. And I did receive it on Sept. 11th. So it only took 2 DAYS for shipping to get to me. That does not seem like the cause for a delay on an order placed July 11th. They did not address the lack of email response or being able to get through on a phone line. They still have poor customre service that does not seem to kick in until a complaint has been filed.

I placed an order on 07/09/17 and received an email stating 4-6 weeks delivery. I have received nothing and cannot get anyone to return calls or email
Placed order on 07/09/17. Order #XXXXX. $28.00 through my checkcard. Received an email stating 4-6 weeks lead time. To date, have received NOTHING and it has now been over 8 weeks. I cannot get a return email, phone call or anything from this company. They have even blocked me from their Facebook page because I was trying to contact them about my order and warn others that they are not a truthful business. I would just like my money back at this point. This is a HORRIBLE business.

They only shipped my order AFTER I filed this complaint. And the emails were NOT responded to by an actual person. They were automated replies which I have copies of. This company is still a joke and I would NEVER recommend anyone to purchase from such a dishonest company.

Order was wrong. Fixed order. The owe refund of $29.90. Haven't received refund.
Placed an order with this company. The order was wrong. We called them and e-mailed and they said they would fix the order and refund me $29.90. I haven't received order or my refund. At this point I feel like I want to cancel this order and receive full refund. I have e-mailed them several times. They answered a couple of times and told me that all was taken care of, but obvious not.

Desired Outcome

Refund my total amount paid $57.10 which was taken from my credit card on july 23, 2017

Been waiting over 8 weeks for a small order that I placed with this company. I was told that the lead time was 4-6 weeks. No one will respond to emails (other than an automated reply) and no one answers the phone when you call. Very disappointed in this company. I have seen others get their products but I have seen far too many not get their order myself included.

I paid for an item. Was told to wait between 4 and 6 weeks. Six weeks has arrived and no item.
I ordered and paid for an item $36. I was told to wait between 4 and 6 weeks to receive it. Today marks 6 weeks and I have no received the item. I have sent numerous emails and was simply told to wait. I attempted to call them this morning and their number has been "changed, disconnected or not inservice". I attempted to private message them via their page on Facebook and got no response.

Desired Outcome

I want the item I paid for or a full refund immediately.
