WE are in receipt of Mr [redacted] complaint We tried to reach out to Mr [redacted] and was unsuccessfulMr [redacted] signed up as a customer in June on automatic delivery We delivered to him previously and service him We did not receipt any notification that Mr [redacted] cancelled his automatic deliveries As a consideration we have adjusted the delivery for Mr [redacted] in hopes he comes back to us as a customer We feel this complaint is resolved

We are in receipt with Ms [redacted] concern and have been in touch with Ms [redacted] Ms [redacted] reviewing her options and we will continue to work with her

As a courtesy to the owners, our company supplied a few different shoring contractors from which the owners choseThe Owners executed their own contract with the shoring contractorTherefore, we had no supervising requirements as we were not hired or payed for this aspect of the project, as per contractsPrior to any excavation there was no knowledge of a home demolished on siteOwners communicated directly with our excavatorThe home was built as per architects planA valid survey has been supplied to the OwnersThere is currently a valid permit on job siteAs stated, we continue to send our men to complete various jobs of the project without being compensated for themWe continue to hold up our part of the contract with a lack of reciprocityThere is a direct correlation between payment and completion of the ProjectWe are also waiting for proper documentation from the Owners sources to complete the projectWe fully intend on co mpleting this project as soon as possible

We are in receipt of this complaint and contacted Mr***. We have adjusted the delivery and apologized to Mr*** for the delivery

receipt of Mr*** complaint. Our Service Manager has left Mr*** a message on Mr*** phone and will be going to the home to discuss the concern. We have also credited the adjustment of $ and will make sure it goes back on Mr*** credit card.The credit does take a few business days to process back on the credit card.We apologize for the inconvenience and hope we hear from Mr*** for his home services needs again in the future

[Aside from tiling, nobody from the GC's company has done any substantial work on the Project since the steel balconies were erected over weeks agoOur tiles were ordered in October 2014, over months ago, yet the bathrooms are still not completed on account of their tiler working part-time and taking many half daysThe tiling was begun over weeks agoThe GC was reimbursed $68,in plumbing services but has over $22,of appliances (dryers, washers, refrigerators, dishwashers), faucets, toilets, shower heads, spouts and valves at the jobsite for him to installThe GC is not summoning in his forces to complete this portion of workLast but not least, aside from the tiler, nobody from the GC's team has stepped foot at the jobsite since August **, despite our contract promising that he would provide a full time highly skilled crew on the jobsite every Monday through Friday 8am-5pmDespite multiple requests, the GC has neglected to issue a simple Contractor Construction Schedule which is common to the industryI have no clue when the home build will be completed but it's over days past due and I as the Owner am facing revenue loss and other damages as a result of the GC's lack of progressThe contract stipulates late fee penalties which the GC is liable for but to this day is failing to honor in their entirety with no valid explanation but reporting he never should have agreed to that stipulationIf the GC was to truly honor the contract, the Project would have been finished over a year agoIf he plans to complete the home build it is imperative he fulfill his obligations expeditiously before I am forced to hire another general contractor ]

We are in receipt of the concern Ms*** has regarding the early termination fee. We explained to Ms *** the acceptance of the plan and that a confirmation letter was mailed. After speaking to Ms *** we have come to an agreement and resolved this
complaint. We hope that Ms*** will consider Atlas Glen-mor in the future

We are in receipt of Ms *** concern. Ms*** decided to stop deliveries with AGM. We did visit Ms*** regarding her concerns. We tested the heating unit andfound everything working properly.As a consideration to Ms*** we have credited the service agreement
hoping thatMs*** will continue to stay with AGM

I am seeking a refund of for all services provided by atlas Glenn MOR on 8/14/ This is the amount that was charged to my credit card The amount has been disputed with Atlas Glen MOR on several attemptsIt has now also been disputed with my credit card company

We are in receipt of Ms*** concernWe have researched Ms*** concern and have addressed the situationMs*** gave us a credit card for payment over the phone and when the Technician was at her home Ms*** home she had given the Tech a check for the workWe apologized for the confusion
and refunded Ms***’s credit card
