Regards,
[redacted]This dealer is confused, I would NOT buy a vehicle from them.  I was asked to leave the dealer and as a result would never set foot in that place again. I would NOT recommend them nor would I give them a review, let alone a positive review. They need to return my money ASAP.

I brought this to the complaint to the Bureau knowing I have already addressed my concerns with Wilde leadership team. I appreciate your efforts, but this is not a case of buyers remorse. Wilde's leadership team has decided to mask unprofessional and unethical sales and leadership behavior. The public should be aware of the fact that Wilde does not live by the standards on their website and they did not make the effort to live up to their written and verbal agreement. I have lost all respect for Wilde coworkers and I am sure that Harold Wilde would be very disappointed with [redacted] and ultimately [redacted] Wilde. I would encourage the Revdex.com to schedule a meeting with Wilde leadership to explain their business practice of "buyer beware" should not be their go to [redacted]et strategy. I would request to move Wilde to an F rating until they change their business practices. Feel free to share my feedback with others who are considering Wilde in the future. Please call me directly at ###-###-#### with any questions.

[redacted] I have already been down this road with Toyota Financial Services for the last year and got nowhere. I want the monthly overage accumulation of $1685.60 and the reimbursement for the trailer hitch I paid out of my own pocket also at another cost of $570.24. Thank You, [redacted]

In response to Mr [redacted]s concern. The management team at Wilde has spent a considerable amount of time discussing this matter with Mr [redacted].
We were provided documentation from him with the
disputed payoff of his lease trade in which was used in the fair calculation estimate...

when after banking hours. After reviewing the document he provided we have a form that is used that he signed stating that if the payoff exceeds that
said amount he agrees he will be responsible for that amount. As well as if it is less, he is due a refund. As Wilde cant just keep anything less than the estimated payoff, we are not responsible for his excess in payoff which we have
documentation and his signature.
Sorry for any delay in response as we were waiting for our Law Firm to review this matter with us. So we do sympathize with Mr [redacted] and his excess payoff due, we must resolve this
within a reasonable time frame or we will be forced to proceed legally. We have made great
effort to give options to Mr [redacted] and will
give until 6/12/2015 to resolve with our management team.
Professionally
Wilde Toyota

For the desired action I would like a refund for the parts that I canceled and did not receive.

Revdex.com, In response ... management team at Wilde has thoroughly investigated and discussed her concern. She is responsible for her own lease returns over mileage penalty as she overused her miles andalso any damage to her vehicle.  She did agree to the last payment of her lease return be made in her new purchase....as we havea copy of the cashed check....signifying the lease return.  No such agreement was made to any damage or over mileage fee.As advised she needs to review her original written lease agreements responsibilities. Thanks for your attention to this matter.  Wilde has closed this matter.Respectfully,Wilde

Revdex.com,
In response, we have an appointment June 5th
to review concerns re this matter.

I have taken this complaint to Wilde Automotive corporate headquarters as the management at Wilde Toyota refuses to meet me half way in regards to wanting the damage on my vehicle to be paid for.  I do not feel like this is large request especially because of the fact that I never received a damage report after they inspected my leased vehicle at Wilde Toyota and told me my car looked good.  They also then took my keys and the vehicle out of my possession to take it to Wilde Dodge.  Between what happened from driving my vehicle from Wilde Toyota to Wilde Dodge was no longer my responsibility as I assumed the vehicle was now under their ownership.  Any damage that was done to the vehicle was not done under my possession of the vehicle.  There fore I should not have to pay the $1,500 they are saying I owe for damage.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. We purchased the Volvo certified pre-owned XC90 from Field’s Volvo in Northfield for $30,800 on May 13, 2013 based on a one owner car with 29,000 miles. Field's and Volvo both reviewed the CARFAX and certified the car we purchased. We owned the car until we traded it in with Wilde with no accidents or major mechanical issues while we were the owners. Wilde's response that "it was discovered upon his second visit and prior to the final agreement" is incorrect. Mr. [redacted] examined the XC90 and wrote down the VIN during our initial visit and provided a written offer $10,000 with no contingencies of a CARFAX or any additional inspection. The buyer cannot be held responsible for [redacted]’s incompetency if Wilde Auto stand operating procedure was to run the CARFAX before provide a written agreement to customers. As mentioned previously, part of the “Why Wilde” on http://www.wildeauto.com/ is peace of mind with a Free Carfax Report. When [redacted] inspected the car and wrote down the VIN, he had every opportunity to fun the report on Saturday before his final written offer. As for Wilde's statement of "Mr [redacted] did not disclose to Wilde on his first or second visit of his past damage to his trade in" is incorrect too. At no given time did [redacted] or any other Wilde employee as me about any past damage. As I stated above, if [redacted] or [redacted] did not follow the standard operating procedure, I cannot be responsible for their oversight. I did not withhold any information at any time. In the spirit of business that certainly would of helped and fortunately we were able to detect this prior to written agreement. In the spirit of business, Wilde employees are responsible for their actions and the written and verbal agreement were executed without any contingencies for an executed CARFAX in any conversations or written agreement. I am not contesting the trade in offer because we received $10,000 trade in value on our final financing paper work that Wilde has a copy of to reference. We are contesting that [redacted] and Wide leadership did not honor their final offer of $53,500 which was verbally agreed upon on phone call between [redacted] and Mr [redacted] on September 26th at 1:37pm. I can provide the phone call transcripts or recording to help refresh [redacted]'s memory if needed based on our verbal agreement which had no contingencies on trade in value or any other outside factors. I moved forward with the original offer of $10,000 for my trade in value that we agreed upon via a written and verbal agreement with [redacted] on September 26th while requesting to speak to [redacted] or [redacted] first thing on September 27th to resolve the unprofessional and unethical behavior knowing the $2,000 balance could be credited back to us very easily. Wilde Toyota commitment to their customers is stated on their website and they have failed to meet or exceed our expectations. 1. Car Buying Made Simple: Failed 2. Wilde's Everyday Value Pricing: Failed 3. Clean Title Guarantee: Completed 4. Peace of mind with a Free CarFax Report: Failed 5. We pay top dollar for your old car: Failed 6. Every vehicle we offer is fully detailed: Completed. We look forward to [redacted] and [redacted] making this situation right for their valued customer.

Revdex.com In response MS [redacted] decided to call the bank and attempt to cancel her obligation and return her car.   We are investigating this matter further and it appearsshe will owe additionally a considerate amount of money as the vehicle she traded in had a large negative equity position that the dealership has paidoff.Wilde Toyota

Revdex.comIn response...We were able to resolve this matter for Mr [redacted] and will close this matter.Respectfully, Wilde Toyota

Revdex.com, The management team at Wilde Toyota has discussed this matter at length internally and with Mr [redacted].  As previously mention he decided to go forward and execute the paperworkand take ownership with clear understanding of the numbers and facts.  We do understand at times customers go through remorse after the fact on there decisions as this may be that. With all do respect we do value Mr [redacted] business and hope he enjoys his new Toyota Seqouia now and for many many years come.Again, Thank you Revdex.com and Wilde Toyota has closed this matter. Respectfully,Wilde Toyota.

Revdex.com,It is our understanding that we are trying to secure a loan for Mr. [redacted] and are awaiting information from him to move forward on his efforts to buy a vehicle from Wilde Toyota. If this has changed Mr. [redacted] can contact Mr. [redacted] ###-###-####5 at Wilde Toyota and we will act on his...

wishes within a reasonable timeframe.Wilde Toyota

Revdex.com,In response to Mr [redacted] complaint..It is unfortunate that the garage door opener wasn't an item on the car he purchased.  It does statethat the accuracy of such items may be in error and to please verify such important items that are in question and to discuss any such item in prior...

to purchase with the sales representative.  However, Wilde Toyota as goodwill offered to Mr [redacted] to pay for half of the cost of the item amounting $200.We will extend that offer until February 9th. This is a reasonable timeframe to close this matter that we can offer. After such time we will close this matter internally.  If Mr [redacted] wants to take advantage of our good faith please contact [redacted] the sales manager at ###-###-####Respectfully, Wilde Toyota

Revdex.comIn response We apologize for any misunderstandings.  The original purchase contract has a clause stating vehicle must be delivered within 24 hours or contract void as to not tie up inventory. Our intentions were certainly to deliver a car to Mr and Mrs [redacted] that is our business, ...

However they were unable to meet the above timeline therefore the vehiclewas sold unfortunately. What ever loan or penalty fee they encountered is unfortunate. In the future if the [redacted]s decide to do business at this store we will credit them the $178 as an act of good will.Wilde Toyota
