I was contacted by refresh financial and told that they would fix my creditI was told that I needed to say that I already received a loan and that I am now making payments on it***
When I had called the company to discuss my issue the representative was *** told me that they had given me a loan***

*** I was told that their fee was $400.00, and that at anytime I could withdraw from the program and I would receive all the money I had put in except for the $fee I was told by the representative that they had to put an interest amount in the contract for reporting purposes only, but that in reality the only fee they would ever charge me was the $and so it was a great way to save up money while rebuilding credit I was immediately emailed a contract to sign, and when I spoke to the rep on the phone questioning the contract, she told me it was for reporting purposes only, and that interest was not charged I even recall her saying "that's silly, how can we charge you interest on money you never receive?"
Further, they had told me they reported to both ***nd ***After a couple months with no ***eporting, I called them and they said it was a problem on ***ide and they would fix it

I joined Refresh Financial in the hopes to rebuild my credit like they say on their websiteI filled out the application and received a call from Laurel she was very nice and helpful and convinced me that I was doing the right thingFrom there the process was all done online all personal and Bank details were handed over via email and *** and we were on our wayIt came time for my monthly payment to come out and nothing came outSo about a week later I get a call from Laural stating that my payment didn't come out and could they try taking it out again this went on for about months and then finally my first payment came outMoving forward now in the month of June time for my third payment to come out and again my payment didn't come outI I go into my account with refresh Financial and it shows that the payment was returned again the funds are in the count waiting and waiting and waiting still has not come outAt this point I'm completely frustrated with the company

This company offers a "service" by which you sign up for a contract period (ie: months) and pay them a set fee every weeks, and they will "report a tradeline" to credit bureaus, stating a "loan" paymemt is being made on time every monthWhen in essence this is not a loan at all The first months of payments in the program are for administrative fees, after which, each successive payment gets set aside in an "equity line" which is then deposited back to your banking institution at the end of the program period So in essence, you are paying money to a company just to "report a positive tradeline" to your credit bureau *** ***

I would like to thank Refresh Financial for allowing me to rebuild my credit, they truly have made a difference in my life, after successfully going through a credit rebuilding loan, I was able to use my built up equity to purchase a newer vehicle and I have since been approved through a financial institution for a loan The staff at Refresh Financial have helped me from start to finish in this process and they have gone above and beyond to make it easy for me I would highly recommend Refresh Financial to anyone who is wanting to rebuild their credit

Refesh is a great way to rebuild your credit and have a savings set aside as well

I talked into by easy financial to sign up for a credit refresh program that came recommended by them with a copy call Refresh Financial Not having done my homework (shame on me) I signed up for a program where I contribute biweekly for a pretend $secure loan that gets reported to my credit bureau that suppose to help my credit scoreAt the end of the program I end up paying $for it but get $back Turns out I didn't need this program as my credit score was very good, again shame on me for not doing my homework I found out that this program was cancellable so I called the company numerous times and was told I would need to speak with my account manager Crystal Left her several messages with no callback After a week of being patient I called againspoke to John again who was very rude (can't bkame him because he must get yelled at all day long) suddenly he told me he would cancel the program as soon as he got me off the phone and that I would receive a c

I was 'sold' a loan from Refresh Financial in *** (from ***)At the time I was advised that it would be beneficial to me if I took a loan from Refresh FinancialIt was a loan on paper only and no actual cash would be given to me but I would pay every month for the loan and after months I would get back all I paid and it would help build by credit
I paid dollars every month from ***, after which I cancelled this 'loan' I never got back what my money, which I was told I would, so essentially I took a loan but never actually got the funds and paid monthly ***
I basically gave refresh financial on a loan at 46% *** My credit never improved

I've been over a month now trying to get my money that I have paid in sent to me I've left messages with different loans officers and only one has returned my call I'm sick of being told that it will take business days to get my money, if it only takes how come I'm still waiting after days Only to be told again tonight that it will take up to another business days I'm sick of being given the run around

I applied a $loan from *** a month ago and sign their loan papersBut they did not explained to me about Refresh Financial*** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** I closed my account, settled and fully paid my loan from *** *** last week but when it comes to Refresh Financial they told me I need to call them to close my accountSo when I called them, they just hang up or hold the phoneI shoot them an email and thank God they repliedI told them I want to close my account and told me I need to pay $for the commitment feeBut *** told me they would pay for that feeThey already debited twice to my account since I applied the loan and now I paid the loan, I still need to pay them $

I want to thank Refresh for everything they have done for me, they have helped me to understand the importance of credit and how its builtBefore Refresh I had no idea what credit was, I constantly relied on payday loans to get by because my credit was too poor to obtain cash loansAt first I was skeptical because I wasn't getting funds upfront and had to make payments when I really needed the moneyI've been in the program a year now and have noticed my credit has improved drastically! I have been able to receive cash loans and am now aiming towards buying a homeI plan on staying for the rest of the term to improve my credit as much as possible I have recommended this program to friends and family who are now building their credit as well!

And yes this company will take money from your account and claim billing error the took out from account had to find out my self when I saw *** charge in my account
The customer service is a bunch of people that can not do basic math how dose a $*** loan get to be $*** in months

I had opened this account in *** for a secured loan and have been paying into it since thenI got my most recent update from *** which I do every month and I consistently see that this company is not making their reports, missing reports or skipping themAlso inaccurating marking them as days late when I infact have auto debit and they take out the money on the datesAlso, My balance that was *** dollars automatically went up to $***The service is *** my credit has now dropped three times due to their clerical mistakesI have had nothing positive and a lot of negative times with these people***

*** I started my Refresh Finanocal credit rebuilding programMy first payment of *** was made *** and subsequent payments of $*** have been made on the following dates:***, ***, ***, ***, ***, *** and ***They have told me this would be reported to *** as a positive payment report, I have called and spoke to *** multiple timesToday was my finally attempt (***) nothing has been reported and they keep taking my money and not following their end of our contractI have spoken with management at Refresh and they told me it takes months to open a file with ***: id either like them to give me proof of report to *** or I would like ALL OF MY MONEY BACK!

I signed up for this service awhile back, was told after so many months I could withdraw and money I put into it when that time came I was told I could not withdraw any of the monies I put into it so I had asked to cancel and was told it would cost $so I had agreed and instead of cancelling the loan they kept it open and I had many late payments and it gone to collections and hurt my credit greatly

I was with refresh Financial during my time with them they always were very quick at addressing issues with payments, also they are very accommodating when dealing with changes in banking and repayment of missing or forgotten payments
When I was with Refresh Financial and they were reporting my credit score they did so to improve my rating which when they did, it does improve and better your credit health over all to an extent for a person to be able to get a mortgage a car or even save for a vacation
If anybody does need better credit or a savings program I recommend Refresh Financial, based on their customer service, and there ability to quickly fix and resolve any issues or change banking or personal information, I find Refresh Financial one of the better company for it

I was reconnected to Refresh loan during my financial ordealTrying to get a loan to consolidate all my outstanding debts but it was a total failureI was encouraged by one of those institutions I applied to allow Refresh loan to assist me in recovering my creditI followed through with the recommendation and within six months I was offered a loan by one of those institutionsI did not accept it as I did not need it at that timeHowever, I was able to get a credit card with a $1000:creditMy first for over yearsThanks to Refresh loan for assisting me with my credit ordealWhat they did was assist me with a payment plan which they reported to the credit bureau which turns out beneficial to meI recommend this program to anyone having credit issuesAt the end of the agreement your money is refunded to youThere were times I found myself short on cash and Refresh with permission use a portion of my money to clear up my arrearsThank you again Refresh for you assistance and giving me the opportunity to help with my bad credit

I was signed up for a Refresh Financial loan through Easyhome financial on January I was told multiple times that it wasn't a loan, since I have told the associate that I dont want to sign up for another loanShe then told me that it was a secured savings account, it would help build my creditI was also told that at any given time I could cancel my account and just pay the administrative fee and I could get my money backI've had my account from January to this dateI inquired as to how do I go about closing my accountClosing the account was easyHowever, I was only getting $back from all the money that I have put it I was then told that it was in fact a loanBut, I never got any money for themThey took money from me and expect me to pay them more for a loan that I never gotIt is a very deciving companyI*** *** *** ***I contacted them regarding this matter and all I keep

Back in April of this year I signed up for the refresh finance program by opening two separate so called loan of $each and when I realized that this program is not doing me any good beside collecting my money, not reporting to *** and not updating the amount left on the loan after every payment they receive I decided to pay off both so called loans
it says in the contract when the loan is payed off I will be getting some of my money back in this case I should be getting $for each loan so $in total
I'am yet to have received anything and every time I call this business I get a representative that will be telling me stories totally different from what the previous one had said

Refresh financial,is ***,takes your money and do nothing for you,people like me who desperate try to fix our credit we come to this financial companies,and all they do is take our money,I paid them for over a year the amount of $1,Canadian dollars ,after a year I call and send email the I cancel because they didn't do anything for me in that year,they agreed to cancel but still want me to pay the amount of $ 2,dls when I refuse to continue paying for service the I didn't recive, they send a negative report to my credit,we have to stop that, I don't mind to pay for a service the I receive ,but they took my money and no service got done , my credit still bad and I'm $1,poor the what I was and they say the I still have to pay the rest,
