In the complaint letter, [redacted] mentions that he was unable to receive a refund after contacting the company several times, and that he never received the supplement. [redacted]’s first attempt to contact us was after the 60 day refund period. The orders were placed on July *, 2017 and his initial contact (see below) was on August *, 2017. We responded to him via email recommending our self help solution: [redacted]The inability to ship was not SoftwarProjects’ error, but an issue with the address itself. Please see a screenshot from [redacted]:[redacted]We are always more than happy to work with our customer to ensure customer satisfaction. Even in cases like this where [redacted] discarded the product, we would have gladly resent the package if he would have contacted us, asking for a reshipment. Our phone number ###-###-#### is. Agents are available 24/7 and if they are not, the customer can leave a VM so we can take the appropriate action. [redacted] did call and left a voicemail. We called the customer back on 8/* to help him further with the refund as it wasn’t clear what product he was referring to. Sadly, we received the VM. [redacted]We do not have any further communication since, and received this complaint. As you can see, our customer service team is more than happy to address the concern and would have either resent the package or refunded him (even after the 60 days), as we can see the product wasn’t received. I’ve located his transactions in the amount of $147 and $59. Both purchases were refunded today, 8/**, 2017 and a confirmation for each has been sent to [redacted]   Please advise that he can call our customer support line at ###-###-####, if he has any further concerns.
