This complaint was also submitted directly to *** on March 20, 2017, and was researchedWhile we have no way to confirm if the passenger was at the stop, we did confirm that the bus did not stop at the location in questionThe bus operator has been spoken to regarding the requirement to service
all stops that have passengers presentI have also reviewed a similar complaint filed in October, to ensure the operator was spoken to as well
On behalf of ***, I sincerely apologize for the poor service experiencedThis certainly is not reflective of the type of service we aim to deliverI am willing to send four free-ride coupons as compensation for the inconveniences experienced

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: IS TOTALLY WRONG - the cameras are OBVIOUSLY not 24hours a day since they took a picutre while I was still parked inthe parking spot on floor , as if there is a truck that moves around and takes pictures of license plates. And we are talking of a gap of multiple days , they should have notices my car was not there at nightAND they would have noticed I was going in and out every of those days in between
Sincerely,
*** ***

find a parking space when they need it.  The number of spaces that [redacted] is allowed to offer to our patrons at each facility is defined by legislation, 15% of the capacity of the facility.  The capacity of [redacted] parking structure is [redacted].  The maximum number of reserved spaces at [redacted] is [redacted].  A pool of reserved spaces large enough to accommodate the number sold has a sign at each space clearly stating the space is reserved between 5 am and 10 am each day.  These spaces are monitored between 9 am and 10 am  to protect the rights of subscribers  from being usurped by non-subscribers before 10 am.  Non-subscribers that use those spaces during those time periods are subject to violations.  Typically any unused reserved spaces are used within a few minutes after 10 am.  The first such Notice is a warning that carries no penalty.  It gives the patron the opportunity to become familiar with the rules and to  comply in the future.  The penalty for subsequent violations is established by legislation, in these amounts, $20.00 for the first, $50.00 for the second and $100.00 for each subsequent violation.  This patron, by his own admission, chose to park in unused reserved parking spaces  about 30 minutes before 10 am multiple times.  For this reason he was issued multiple Notices of Violation.  For reasons of fairness and consistency these violations will not be voided.Because there is a legislative limit on the number of reserved spaces that can be offer at each facility, when that number is reached, [redacted] establishes a waiting list for those patrons who are interested.  At this time at [redacted] there are 31 names on the waiting list.  When a patron’s name comes up on the chronological list, that patron is offered the opportunity to subscribed to  reserved parking at the monthly cost of $42.00.  The complainant is welcome to put his name on that list.  We estimate the waiting time to be six months.  It could be longer but is not likely to be shorter.       Because this facility has been very busy for many years [redacted] has planned and constructed more transit infrastructure in that area intended to provide relief to [redacted] and other facilities in the area.  The voter approved [redacted] program has just completed and placed into service the “R” Line.  This light rail line provides a significant number of parking spaces for patrons headed toward [redacted], to the [redacted] area and to the [redacted].  It is anticipated that demand for parking at [redacted] will be reduced.  There no opportunities to expand parking at the [redacted] site.
