I got a chance to talk with [redacted] and she took the time to explain the process with me of getting my dog ESA certified and the steps that need to be taken after that. She was very helpful and they processed my information in a timely manner. I would definitely refer this company to anyone! I know I was hesitant because you never know if websites are scams or not, but this company isn't! They are a real company, with real people, and are extremely helpful.

Review: I purchased their product and services to provide me with official badges and certifications of a service animal and I did not get a receipt, products, or even a response back! I sent them my money on march 28th 2013, the products should have arrived before todays date 6/4/2013. I have attempted to contact them through email and phone (left voicemail) multiple times. I have not gotten a single response from them!!.Desired Settlement: I want my $96.45 back!

[redacted] purchased an Service Animal registration for his dog on 5-22-2013. He purchased the product online and entered all the order information himself. The online shopping cart that we use sent [redacted] a receipt immediately after the order was processed. A copy of the receipt is attached.

[redacted] paid for the order using a Paypal eCheck. Paypal would have issued a receipt to him. We also received a copy of the receipt from Paypal and that is attached.

The eCheck did not clear until 5-28-2013. Attached is a copy of two notices from PayPal. One stating not to process order until funds are cleared and another notification stating the funds cleared on 5-28-2013.

Attached are four documents:

1. New order notification from online shopping cart 5-22-2013

2. Notification from PayPal of eCheck purchase on 5-22-2013

3. Notification from PayPal of eCheck clearance on 5-28-2013

4. Complete refund via PayPal on 6-4-2014.

[redacted] placed an order for a service animal registration on 5-22-2013. We did not receive any order or funds from [redacted] in March as stated in his compliant. The order was placed online and [redacted] entered all information. The online shopping cart issued a receipt to him automatically. A copy of the new order receipt is attached. The order was paid via Paypal eCheck. Attached is a notice from PayPal not to process order until funds clear. Attached is notice stating eCheck funds cleared on 5-28-2013.

I checked all emails and we did not receive three email from him requesting status. We did receive one email on 5-28-13. After the checked cleared late in the day of 5-28-2013 the order was sent to processing. I also checked our phone logs and could not find any calls from him requesting status.

[redacted] requested standard processing which is 1-2 weeks after funds clear. We offer overnight and priority processing but this was not purchased. I sent an email to [redacted] on 6-4-13 and he said that he was in a hurry so that is why he filed the complaint. We offered to [redacted] that we would expedite his order and sent it priority mail on 6-4-13 at no additional fee to him but he said he needed the registration immediately and had already purchased it elsewhere. Order refunded via PayPal on 6-4-13.

All funds were returned to [redacted] via PayPal refund process n 6-4-13. We followed all our internal processes and order processing timelines.

Review: I purchased a "service animal certification" through them on August 22, 2013 for my cat due to my depression, anxiety, and chronic migraine problems. I paid using my credit card, and the amount was applied to my card immediately and finally cleared on August 26, 2013. It has now been over 2 weeks since ordering and right at 2 weeks since the amount was cleared, and I have yet to receive anything. I emailed to ask about the registration, and I was told 4 days ago that it was being put in the mail on September 5. I haven't received it and decided to do a little searching online to figure out what is taking so long. Then I discovered that first of all, only dogs (and miniature horses in some cases) can be legally considered service animals (this site allows any animal as long as you pay them). Secondly, service dogs MUST be specifically trained to do something to mitigate the disability for which they are registered.

This site provides registration documents that look like an animal is legitimately registered, but does not actually train and certify service dogs through the proper channels. Animals who are "registered" with this site are no more certified than any random house-pet. This site preys on the unsuspecting and seems to know that it's a violation of businesses who encounter these "registered" animals to ask what the disability is. However, the [redacted] permits businesses to ask two questions:

1. Is this a service dog required because of disability?

2. What is it trained to do to mitigate the disability?

Anyone who does not have the proper training and certification on their dog can get into legal trouble for having an animal somewhere that it is not permitted to be without such LEGIT certification.Desired Settlement: I would like the $88.45 that I paid for this scam (and the additional interest charges incurred while waiting for the business to send the documents that were purchased) to be returned, and the "business" (which is just some lady who bought a domain from [redacted] and is basically stealing money from unsuspecting people) should be shut down and given an F rating with the Revdex.com.

About 2 years ago I registered my daughter's Mini Dachshund with this company. She has the doctor's letter stating that he thought she would benefit from having an emotional support pet. Since then she was able to move into a nice apartment that didn't allow pets, and when they saw the registration and the doctor's letter, they made an exception for her dog. Also she can take the dog with her on the plane for free. She can also stay in any hotel with her dog, deposit-free. All of the things this company's web site said, have proven to be true. My daughter received the registration package in a timely manner, and the products were as advertised--quality items that have lasted in good condition. I can say our experience was a very good one!!
