Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below In the response from Rhea ***, she said that she would personally overnight these checks via UPS yesterday morning(7/9/15)and would be calling me with the tracking numberI (Mrs***) called her approximately 2:pm yesterday(7/9/15) to see if the checks had been sent overnight via UPS like she said she would do and what was the tracking numberShe said that she had taken the checks down to the mail room and told (them) to overnight the checks and that she still did not have the tracking number for the overnight UPSShe said she would call me back at 4:30pm yesterday(7/9/15) to get more information about the checks, but she never didI attempted to call her several times and so did my husband,and we only got her voicemail and we left several messages asking her to call us back,but she never called us backI feel like Rhea [redacted] and Delta Faucet has been stalling and been giving us the run around and not doing what they say they will do Regards, [redacted] ***

We think the Delta warranty would include parts and labor Our worry is about the faucet not shutting off sometimes Delta has directed us to contact a local plumber for installing the service part that Delta had sent to us My worry is that the plumber may be unable to repair the problem by installing Delta's service part And what then? .Our original request of Delta was for them to dispatch a service person to install the part that they had sent us

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Delta has sent incorrect parts AT this time it is going on weeks I have not been able to use my kitchen faucet I said nothing about injury I need my faucet replaced and fixed which at this time I don't have either The parts were selected by the agent that answered my call which I informed them that the faucet they selected from the web site looked different from the one I currently owned If Delta does correct this issue and compensate me for the money I am having to spend just to eat which I should be able to do at home with cooking then this complaint will never be resolved!!!!!! Dear Ms [redacted] ,Thank you for your reply, unfortunately without a receipt of purchase we are not able to refund you the $you are requesting Our warranty covers repair parts to fix your faucet.Our only other option would be to have you go out and purchase a new faucet, have it installed Send us back the faucet in question that is leaking for our evaluation Understand that reimbursement request are beyond the scope of the Delta Faucet Warranty and will undergo an increased level of scrutiny regarding claimed product failures Along with this faucet being returned you would need to submit the receipts for both old and new faucets, any labor billings or damage claims, receipt for shipping cost back to us here Once, the faucet has been received back and evaluated you will receive a report of this evaluation If the report shows the faucet to have a non conforming part (s), then and only then would a refund be processed If the faucet shows to be fine and in working order no refund would be paid out.I look forward to hearing from you soon.Thank you.Rhea Z***SrConsumer Specialist

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]We understand the Pascal faucet had a 2yr warranty and is currently a discontinued model But, we have had the faucet installed for a mere years The companies offer of 70% off a new faucet albeit generous is not what we wish to do after reviewing the models present for purchase Our quartz counter was cut for the features of the Pascal and the offered models will not fit the current holes The added cost of hiring a plumber to switch out the current smart touch faucet with a new one is not something we wish to pursue, since we were able to remove the sprayer hose ourselves and can easily replace the sprayer hose ourselves Since the company was at fault for not issuing a part number to just the sprayer hose, I feel that the faucet with sprayer hose be sent to us and we can remove the sprayer hose and return the faucet with the defective sprayer hose for the cost of return shipping to us

Dear Mr***, Thank you for contacting the Revdex.com regarding your claim with our company Delta Faucet Company regarding the shower unit in your home. Please accept my sincere apology for the inconvenience this has caused you. According to our records you original purchased a unit from
Lowes in which was replaced in by *** ***. Now the replacement unit from has cracked. Unfortunately, we do not make that same unit after purchasing the assets from *** *** Company in 2013. Since this unit is not repairable, we offered to replace it with something in our line of products today. According to the original receipt you had a 34” x 48” inch unit. That is what we agreed to replace your unit with from the sale customer you purchased from originally Lowes. From what I can tell, you have returned this unit back to Lowes. Not sure why as the measurements from the original purchase are the same as the replacement unit.After this was done a refund on the original purchased price was sent to you in the form of a check $dated 6/10/15. Therefore, at this time we cannot refund you money that was not paid for on the original purchase. The pricing you are requesting is that of Lowes paperwork to show that the unit was taken from their inventory, and for Lowes use not Delta Faucet Company. Our warranty on the units that you had is below. The faucet provided by Delta/Peerless arrived today. Unfortunately it is nothing like the faucet we own. It is a very basic chrome single handle faucet. Ours is a significantly better brushed nickel finish. I have attached a picture of our faucet and the picture from the box that arrived today. Clearly they are very different.To date, Delta/Peerless has yet to correctly identify anything associated with this complaint

Base #39274. It is a requirement that we obtain a copy of the receipt for warranty claims. According to our records you do not have the copy of the receipt to back this claim up. We have received pictures of the unit to show that it was in fact a unit that we took over from Masco Bath when we acquired this companyWe have offered to replace the unit or refund the money of the unit.
