Dear Mr***,Thank you for reaching out to the Revdex.com regarding your warranty claim that was denied by our Product Service Department. Please accept my sincere apology for the inconvenience you have experienced.After review of all that has been submitted to us for your claim. We must stand
firm with our denial of your request due to the facts: after our engineers reviewed your case from our analysis the installer used a material to install the drain that degraded the material. Our instruction manual clearly states that Plumbers putty will degrade the base material, and that it should not be used to seal between the drain and base(see attached documents) We do recommend the use of latex/acrylic sealant or a gasket.This is not a manufacturers non-conformance claim. Dear Mr***, Thank you for contact the Revdex.com regarding your recent Brizo faucet issue. Please accept my sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing.Unfortunately, the Pascal faucet only had a year warranty on parts. We have also discontinued this model from our
line as of 9/14/12. With that said the hose that you are referring to is not a replaceable part. that we have sent replacement parts (that is covered under warranty) that would take care of the issue you are having with your shower heads and finish issues. Delta Faucet will stand behind its products if it meets our limited lifetime warranty. Delta only recommends the use of a 50/solutions of white vinegar and water to clean our finishes. Thank you for contacting us through the Revdex.com regarding your complaint on your model faucet Lewiston SS two handle. Please accept my sincere apology for the inconvenience you have experienced
I have reviewed the case in our call center database. The model # you
reference is not a valid Delta model #I show this to be the sku at Lowes model #, we do have a series called the Lewiston faucet and they come in two handle options. Our Model number is the 21902LF-SS
We have also searched our offices here for product received in for these types of issues, and we are not finding any return of product or a letter from you
I would be happy to resolve this issue ASAP with the following criteria: 1. photo of the installed faucet in your homeOr Copy of the receipt of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot just open our check book without proof of purchase or a faucet returned to us for quality evaluation refunds. If you can provide this proof, I'll be happy to settle this issue for you

Dear Ms. [redacted],   Thank you for reaching out to the Revdex.com regarding your recent issue with your Delta Faucet.  Please accept my sincere apology for the inconvenience you have experienced. We show in our system that you called us on 10-13-16 regarding the issue with your kitchen...

faucet.  The parts were order (that is what is covered under the warranty on your faucet), and shipped out to you within 2 days (ship date 10-15-16).  Unfortunately, UPS did not deliver the package to you fully and the package was opened / damaged when you received it.  We are showing that was one of the items ordered for you, there is another package coming to you today (10-20-16) from UPS. When you reported the package damage to us on 10-19-16, we have re-ordered the parts for you and are shipping them out overnight (express) shipping.  We show that you will have these parts delivered on 10-21-16. Your request for compensation of $100 would need to be backed by the original receipt or receipts for auditing purposes to reimburse you for the faucet.  You may email this to me directly at [email protected]  or mail in the copy to me at the following address: Delta Faucet Company; Attn: Rhea Z[redacted]; 55 E. 111th Street; Indianapolis, IN; 46280. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you any funds further than $400 for the unit as a refund.  We can provide if needed others that did provide their receipts and they didn’t not pay more than $350 to $400 for the exact same unit that you have in your home.  See attached Again, the dollar amount that you are seeing on the website are suggested retail pricing not what you the consumer would be paying for a new unit. I read your reply and offer to my complaint about my 2 cracked Delta shower/tub/combos. We did send the information that you requested by fax on 7/2/15. We are now awaiting on your offer to pay for replacement of the shower/tub/ combos and the labor cost to replace them. (,Jeffrey [redacted] called you today(7/6/15) approximately 8:30am to confirm that you had received the fax with the information and you said that you had and that you would have to talk to a team member and that you would call us back today. I would like to get this matter resolved today.

Delta has sent incorrect parts.  AT this time it is going on 3 weeks I have not been able to use my kitchen faucet.  I said nothing about injury.  I need my faucet replaced and fixed which at this time I don't have either.  The parts were selected by the agent that answered my call which I informed them that the faucet they selected from the web site looked different from the one I currently owned.  If Delta does correct this issue and compensate me for the money I am having to spend just to eat which I should be able to do at home with cooking then this complaint will never be resolved!!!!!!  This is Ridiculous!!!!!

your issue with our product service team that had previously denied your request due to the faucet the faucet was not returned to DFC for evaluation, I am over ruling that decition and have aprocessed a refund check for the amount you are request as a one-time customer courtesy.
The check request #[redacted] processed today in the amount of $97.50.  This should be mailed out early next week for you.
