Both Chris and Payne took their time to find the source of our ant problem They were polite and kind Big ups to these guys and Bulwark

We have been using this company for years now and have been extremely satisfied with them The territory manager, Maze [redacted] has been an excellent representative for this company and has always been prompt; friendly and helpful We recently thought that we had a rat problem and he delivered to our house two rat hotels within a half hour When we were still seeing droppings, we called him back He checked out the droppings and told us that they were from a rabbit We have seen a rabbit in a yard, but didn't even think about it being the culprit of our worries It was a great relief to us and we appreciated his prompt attention to what we thought was a rat problem We like this company very much and will continue using them

Marty is very responsive he understood my concerns and made sure to carefully treat the areas that worried me the most He made be feel very comfortable to call for extra, no-charge service between my regularly scheduled treatments He did a complete interior spray, using a smaller device to pin point trouble areas, then he did a power spray around the entire exterior

Our tech was very knowledgable and freindly! Did a great job

Marty K [redacted] does a fantastic job for us He is very thorough I wouldn't want anyone but him he is always so kind and personable HE IS A KEEPER FOR YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!

Had a visit from Adrian Sthis weekend He was so professional and helpful We have used Bulwark for years and recommend them to all our friends We have never had an insect problem since we switched to them

Bulwark is good, but my technician is GREAT! I was disappointed when my last technician left after many years, but my new tech Sam S [redacted] is wonderfulFirst and foremost, he keeps the bugs away, totally, but also he is so courteous, works around my schedule and really a pleasure to work withI don't feel as if he's a vendor, but a partner in battling Las Vegas' bug issues

My service tech was Payne K [redacted] and he was fantastic I had returned from being out of town to find my garage had been taken over by spider webs On the first night back we spotted both a Black Widow and a scorpion Bulwark set up my service for the very next morning My service tech, Payne K**, was prompt and professional Most importantly, he listened to my concerns about trouble areas and responded He didn't just spray the outside and take off He went through the garage thoroughly and cleared all spider webs after spraying He came into the house and sprayed the entry points He was friendly and knowledgeable I will definitely keep using Bulwark!!

I received an initial service including inside and outside all rooms and the technician Kee P [redacted] did a great job and was very personable while being very efficient and knowledgeable at the same time and kept me well informed of all his actions all the way through the process
