Excellent professional service from Bulwark Exterminator Technician Mr Sam S[redacted] lic#[redacted]. Polite and efficient.

We have been using this company for 4 years now and have been extremely satisfied with them. The territory manager, Maze [redacted] has been an excellent representative for this company and has always been prompt; friendly and helpful. We recently thought that we had a rat problem and he delivered to our house two rat hotels within a half hour. When we were still seeing droppings, we called him back. He checked out the droppings and told us that they were from a rabbit. We have seen a rabbit in a yard, but didn't even think about it being the culprit of our worries. It was a great relief to us and we appreciated his prompt attention to what we thought was a rat problem. We like this company very much and will continue using them.

Marty K[redacted] does a fantastic job for us. He is very thorough .... I wouldn't want anyone but him ... he is always so kind and personable .... HE IS A KEEPER FOR YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!

My service was done by Christopher [redacted] He was very nice and friendly. He listened to my concern and dealt with it.

Service by Gian was fast, efficient and complete. I especially appreciated his ability to work around our dog who was out in the yard at the time.

There was a miscommunication with the call center and I was not scheduled for a full service. However, when Mr. Payne showed up and I explained the situation he went ahead and provided the service. Mr. Payne K** was very polite and professional. He went out his way to do the job at hand and he explained thoroughly what he was going to do. I am very happy with his professionalism and willing to do the extra work even when not specified in his work order. Thank you Bulwark for having kind and helpful technician on the job.

Had a visit from Adrian S. this weekend. He was so professional and helpful. We have used Bulwark for years and recommend them to all our friends. We have never had an insect problem since we switched to them.

I think that Bulwark is very professional and caring for their customers. After a visit from one of their technicians they always follow up with a phone call to see if everything went well.
And their technician, Michael, explained everything completely and thoroughly. He is very nice, courteous, friendly and professional. He made sure all my questions were answered and did a thorough job.

Eric does great work and is a very friendly and professional guy.

Marty is very responsive. he understood my concerns and made sure to carefully treat the areas that worried me the most.

He made be feel very comfortable to call for extra, no-charge service between my regularly scheduled treatments.

He did a complete interior spray, using a smaller device to pin point trouble areas, then he did a power spray around the entire exterior.

Bulwark is good, but my technician is GREAT! I was disappointed when my last technician left after many years, but my new tech Sam S[redacted] is wonderful. First and foremost, he keeps the bugs away, totally, but also he is so courteous, works around my schedule and really a pleasure to work with. I don't feel as if he's a vendor, but a partner in battling Las Vegas' bug issues.

Adrian was friendly and professional. He made sure our house was taken care of. He asked questions and was great to talk to. I'm extremely happy and would recommend him in the future.

We were serviced by Fernando. He is a super cool guy and goes the extra mile to make sure our house is covered and to explain the different kinds of insects to watch out for!!
