We needed to have the ducts embedded in our cement foundation repaired due to deterioration Reid & Pederson came out to review the situation, and showed us what was causing problems using a video camera through the ducts and into the vents The agreed upon work consisted of spray lining the ducts using their specialized process As a result the ducts are now operating much more efficiently, and 100% cleaner than previous to the work The work was done in a professional and courteous manner All questions were satisfactorily answered throughout the process, with accessible explanations Set up and clean up from the work was totally competent and well managed
