The company is about taking excellent care of business , and being prompt and on time , also The plumber who took care of my problem is Dave D He was very courteous , knowledgeable , and professional He did an excellent job and he is very neat Based on my experience , I will ( without hesitation ) hire Reid & Pederson Drainage in the future when I have plumbing problems , and I will be just as quick to refer family & friends to them I am very satisfied with the business experience I had with this company

Jose and Dave of *** and Pederson responded timely to my appt for them to clean out the air vent to my Kitchen/Utility rm roof ventThe vent was clogged with leaves, seeds and general debris that accumulated since the house was built in
The air was blocked causing gurgling sounds when a sink full of water was drained
Trees that were tiny are now towering over the house and dropping large volumes of leaves and seed pods(Silver maples)
The men were prompt, cordial and efficient and inspected other roof vents to be certain they weren't clogged also
The price was consistent with the market and they used my credit card

My experience with Reid & Pederson over the years has been excellent and this most recent visit was no exception The service person arrived when he said he would be there, he was extremely concientious, cleaned up after himself and was very courteous

I called to see, if by chance, I could have my sewer line rodded out today because I was off work with a sick toddler They gave me an afternoon appointment Ryan Karrived within the time frame and remembered to park in back He is very nice and I told him my month old baby was asleep upstairs, if he could try to keep it low He was so quiet I was able to fall asleep as well I am never disappointed with their teams' courteous professionalism I HIGHLY recommend Reid & Pederson drainage

My experience throughout the years has always been very positive Ryan came today and rodded my main sewer line and it only took about 30-minutes I had a time window of 10-1pm and Ryan arrived at 10:and was very pleasant and friendly I was very happy with the results and the fact that I didn't have to wait around until 1pm
