I prepaid for services and productsHowever, appointments have been cancelled and not rescheduled, have caused me stress, cost me money, and have wasted a lot of my time I need these prepaid supplements to get through my weight loss program and her not giving me one for weeks has caused me heartaches and painsShe has cancelled more than three times the night before her appointmentsI am trying to loss weight and [redacted] is suppose to be helping me with the needed supplements to do itCanceling three times with no reasoning and not scheduling a follow up appointment is as unprofessional as it getsIf you want to give [redacted] your money and have her do exactly nothing, please be my guest

Thanks for letting me know about the complaint First : This client did book her first appointment and called minutes before the scheduled time to cancel I allowed her to reschedule that appointment and did NOT charge her for the missed appointment I required per our policy that she provide her credit card number in order to rebook it I explained that if she missed the appointment she would be charged for the visit She then gave me her credit card number, cvv code, expiration and zip code The 2nd appointment she went to our old office I got a call at minutes prior to the visit stating she was at the old office (miles away) I said that she should be able to make it to the visit as there was still minutes BEFORE the scheduled time She showed up minutes AFTER the appointment should have started Meaning it took her minutes to travel teh miles I informed her that there was NO way I could get an hour minute appointment in when she was over minutes late I rebooked her 3rd appointment AGAIN AT NO CHARGE!! Her 3rd appointment was for she called at 104pm to tell me she was not able to make it In reference to the "calls that she has made over and over" I have attached her screenshot for ALL calls from her number in the last YEAR! She called I called her back left a voicemail today explaining our poilicy EVERY time an appointment is booked there is an automated schedule notifier that sends out the appointment notice There is another one that goes out to hours before the appointment On those is our current address! On those is also our policy on cancelling The groupon voucher also states hour notice or y uwill be charged the cost of the voucher That covered teh FIRST no show The second was not charged when I rescheduled it The 3rd one I charged our full rate for eth service! Your attachment shows the call log, voucher fine print and what our customers see when they get a confirmation email I feel bad that she is upset, however we set minute time slots and she missed each one I am also enclosing copies of the notices on the moves as well as her profile showing which emails she did recieve That should clarify the she didnt get notice we moved statement

Customer is correct the Groupon does cover ONE of the THREE missed appoitnments The second missed appointment she did call minutes before the appointment to say she was at the old office As provided in my response are the emails that were sent to her on our new address Our email confirmations that were sent BEFORE her appointment also showed the correct address I did speak to her on the phone from teh old location and I did give her directions She was miles from the new office and did not arrive here for minutes! I could NOT do her visit in that amount of time That was HER missed 2nd visit NO charge Just a lost minutes of service timeThe THIRD missed appointment was called in minutes AFTER it was started Customer provided HER CARD TO ME TO ASSURE she was coming The Groupon had already been "used" when she missed the first visit The second missed appoitnemnt was NOT charged The last and THRID apointment was charged as stated in our reminders Which are VERY clear that the cost of teh FULL visit will be charged if appointment is missed It does NOT say that teh deep discount you were given from Groupon will be chargedespecially AFTER MISSED appointments
We are NOT issuing a refund on this case I am sorry if she feels that was not fair

I received a response to a claim via email from the person at relaxation station and I just wanted to respond as wellI was not aware of the business moving from their prior location and the entire way to the new location I was on the phone with this person getting directions,so she was aware I could not find the place,had they been at the location I was advised of when I booked my appointment or when I spoke with her the first time, I would have made my appointmentThe 3rd appointment booked I was unable to attend due to an emergency Dr.visit due to a cyst and I called to explain thatAs far as any charges go, a charge of was not authorized or discussed, I did not purchase my groupon for this amount,thus should not be charged this amount,this wasn't what was agreed uponI paid for my services with this company,per my groupon purchased for 99$No where on any documentation does it state if you miss a appointment that I would be charged 250, I would not have purchased the Groupon if this was the caseNow my bank account is negative and I am incurring other fees due to this unauthorized charge and this is a great inconvenience for meI have attached proof of my groupon purchase and the termsAs of now due to fees I have incurred due to this incident a refund for these charges will have to be taken care of as wellI will provide proof of payment and the terms of the Groupon agreement upon response of this email

First :  This client did book her first appointment and called 45 minutes before the scheduled time to cancel.  
I allowed her to reschedule that appointment and did NOT charge her for the missed appointment....

 I required per our policy that she provide her credit card number in order to rebook it.  I explained that if she missed the appointment she would be charged for the visit.  She then gave me her credit card number, cvv code, expiration and zip code.
The 2nd appointment she went to our old office.  I got a call at 17 minutes prior to the visit stating she was at the old office (6.7 miles away).  I said that she should be able to make it to the visit as there was still 15 minutes BEFORE the scheduled time.  She showed up 37 minutes AFTER the appointment should have started.  Meaning it took her 44 minutes to travel teh 6.7 miles.  I informed her that there was NO way I could get an hour 20 minute appointment in when she was over 30 minutes late.
I rebooked her 3rd appointment.  AGAIN AT NO CHARGE!!  Her 3rd appointment was for 1230 she called at 104pm to tell me she was not able to make it.
