Pioneer [redacted] Screen Failure My Pioneer [redacted] navigation radio lights up and plays music and I can here the touch screen respond when it is touchedI searched this issue online and found numerous complaints from other owner whom experienced the same issueI contacted customer support in regards this issue ad spoke to the customer service explaining this and they informed I have to pay a flat fee of $to have it repairedI explained I paid over $dollars for this unit and it broke in less than five yearsI was told sorry you have to pay the fee there is nothing they could do for me

The Pioneer [redacted] is falsely advertised and when consumers question about the true functionality we get no where!! The Pioneer [redacted] has what is called AppRadio Live which is supposed to offer the user the ability to "use compatible apps" the problem is other than Pioneers on app that is needed to run the radio in this mode which is very buggy at best, constant disconnects, freezes pauses etc there are no longer any available apps to use with this radioI do not think other than the waze app that was scrapped a while ago any others functioneven the recommended [redacted] does not work properlyNow I understand things need to be updated firmware and so one, but right now I have an over priced 7" dvd playerI have owned this unit for about 6months now and it is going downhill fastI have gotten no where with every phone call and every firmware update has cause more issues than rectifications

We purchased a Pioneer stereo for my car in winter We bought the stereo based on a rebate offered of $We went the trouble to fill all the paperwork and then received the rebate around January A rebate card I was issued that expired in 3/When we went to use the card, it was quickly expired and the funds were goneI have contacted the number on the back of the card, customer service and the rebate operation, all claiming they have nothing to do with issuing cardsYour customer service has refused to respond me at all

I purchased a Pioneer brand BDR-XD05S portable blu ray player from Best Buy on 8/1/ In searching for information on this product, I had been to Pioneer's website which VERY CLEARLY states software is included with this device in order to actually play blu rays on my computer Upon receipt of the device, I realized there was no software included, and so I contacted Pioneer customer service I received an email response stating that my device did not include software A few hours later (and without contacting them again) I received another email telling me the software should be included, and that I should return the device to Best Buy if I did not receive it Thoroughly confused, I asked how I would go about getting the supposedly included software To which Pioneer responded that it is actually not included on the product I purchased I will stress again that
