I have indeed been intouch w/ [redacted] & have explained the reasons for the delay He was more than understanding to the situation we had hereTo paraphse his reply , " I'd prefer to wait & receive fresh product, & I have enough models to build in the mean time" As a matter of fact , I attempted calling direct, as I've done in the past , left a kind mesgw/ my # for return call There's also a side bar matter that needs to be addressed, before we proceed any actions what so ever As he's choosen to go another route & posting negative comments on some Non Reputable web site , of which can't be removed As far as I'm concerned ( and have shared this w/ [redacted] ) there's a line drawn in the sand , once those comments are removed , pkg shall be shipped In the past when "other individuals" have posted on that site & "promised me" once they recv' pkg, they'll remove comments That never happened , negative comments remain, & they have product

Yes there was a delay in getting this order togetherYes our web server had some technical situations w/ regards to emails FYI , I don't "LIVE" on [redacted] , when people send me Private Messages on [redacted] ,it maybe a few days before I get on over to [redacted] , also I'm not that [redacted] savvy, as others who Live On It Seems everybody today Lives On [redacted] & expects others to do same 1/6/, I sent mesgOn [redacted] , that I have not forgotten him & orderI informed him that a few of the items required re moldingA week or two to cast the items , BUT I AM WORKING ON HIS ORDEROn or about 3/> 3/we communicated w/ [redacted] , to inform him that order had been filled ( & we tossed in a few extras ) On 3/8/pkg was shipped , with Tracking # [redacted] ** On 3/11/, I actually was on [redacted] & sent him a private mesg, informing him that "Pkg is in rte" I just checked USPS Tracking # & it shows the the pkgis "out for delivery" today 3/14/16It also shows that it had been routed around MI post offices for a few days Why, ??? I don't know USPS it is amazing !As far as **'s "active imagination" in reference to GODFATHER innuendos, are you serious ! That was some what entertaining to read In conclusion, Check your Mail Box today The USPS Tracking # is [redacted] ** & you'll see I speak the truthRevdex.com Please Close this Case ASAP

As far as Not returning emails or phone calls , that's absolutely Flase , as a matter of fact , I attempted calling direct, as I've done in the past , left a kind mesgw/ his wife w/ my # for return call .
There's also a side bar matter that needs to be addressed, before we proceed any actions what so ever

I am rejecting this response because:
Yes - he finally returned my last call, but I am frankly tired of hearing the same old tired excuses.  In his response to this complaint, he totally ignores 2 key facts - 
1) I ordered these products A YEAR AGO in February 2014
2) In July 2014 he told me the parts were going to be made "any day now" and I would get them soon.

I am rejecting this response because: Reliable Resin was Paid January of 2010, it is now Jan 2015, IT  HAS BEEN 5 YEARS !!!!!! He has no intention of making or delivering my product, or anyone else's for that matter. Look up Reliable Resin website, you will find numerous sites that pertain to complaint's with this business. I have never told the owner, Donald T[redacted] that "it is ok I understand your situation, and I want fresh product" HE IS STRAIGHT UP LYING !!!! What I do want is my money back !!!!  In my opinion he deserves every complaint that is filed against his business.. Again, IT  HAS BEEN 5 YEARS !!!!!

Review: On July 28th, 2012, I ordered a resin hood for a model car from [redacted], owner of Reliable Resin. He had me pay him by Paypal and mark it as a "gift" (I later found that when a payment is marked as such, it cannot be disputed with Paypal). He quoted me a two week delivery.

On September 17, 2012, I contacted **. [redacted] to follow up my order, as it had been about 6 weeks. He responded, saying that the warm weather was making casting difficult, and that he had a "nasty computer virus" . He told me that he was catching up on orders.

On November 11, 2012, I contacted him again. He stated that he had been without power for two weeks following Hurricane Sandy (I checked the news in [redacted], PA and found that all power in the town was restored within days of the storm). I inquired about my order number so if I needed to follow up again, I could give it to him, and he replied that "this was a direct deal ... no order #," but he remembered the order because I was from VT.

On June 13, 2013, I contacted **. [redacted] after not hearing from him for 7 months. I asked him to either send the hood or refund my $14. He did not reply.

On August 4, 2013, I contacted him demanding a refund of the $14.Desired Settlement: I wish to be refunded the $14 I was charged for the hood.
