When *** *** signed up for the services., she failed to included that we also removed a large camper that was in her fathers yard for many years and it took us days to get it out at next to nothingAs far the lawncare services we stated to her that she wasowed (2) final cuts for the
season and she agreed to a spring cleanup in as a courtesyIn regards to the patchwork on the gutters we offered to replace them as we stated that it would be a tempoary fix and was best to replace the bad gutters*** *** claimed she didnt have any extra money to repair the gutters and was going to have her sister contact us and we never heard backIn regards to the seasonal snow removal, *** *** signed up for a seasonal snow removal agreement for pure insurance weather it snowed or not.Our seasonal seasonal snow removal agreements are like insurance if you dont get into a accident all year long is your agent suppose to refund your monthly payments made on the policy all year?what *** *** and not just her other clients is that there was a state of emergency and a lot of the main roads and side roads were closded as per Gov* *** ***If you do a google search you will see that the govenor declared a state of emergency to a blizzard ! So we are sorrythat we didnt make it there in hazardous conditions due to road closures and govenors orders The gripe is not with me it is the govenors officeAnd it was on one event so if the services have a was rendered by another party who may have been closer at the time with a valid reciept, and proof I would have gladly gave a refund on the service that was not completed by Reliable Services LandscapingBut we will not and can not jepordize the safty of our guys and disobey state and local laws I I belive that when *** *** signed these agreements she was finacially sound, and when moving in with her parents from Delaware those finances changedHen number from delaware was dissconnected on and off for months when trying to reach her by phone that she also forgot to include in her initial complaintI dont want to argue and like to try to keep my clients happy so I would be willing to refund her $within days as good faith and to part hands peacefully.This is my offer and solution to the above case ID and indicatedRegards,Sean B

Firstly, I believe that Reliable means libel, not slanderHowever, libel (or slander) does not exist because everything stated by me in any online review was completely trueLibel (or slander) by definition is defamation of characterI have never made any statements concerning Reliable or their performance with regard to our contract for snow removal services Reliable has already admitted that they did not perform according to the terms of the contract and that they provided no service during the period covered by the contractThey are the party at fault and I have done nothing that is not completely within my rights I am entitled to state my opinion in a public forum, such as an online review site
I consider their demand to be unreasonable, frivolous, and merely a ploy to delay, or avoid, making any refund To suggest that I comply with such a demand in order to get a refund is simply coercion on their part As previously stated, once Reliable has issued a refund, I will be happy to contact the web site and request that the negative review be removed I don't know how long the process of removing a review would take - that is up to the owner of the web site It's not something that can be done by meOnce this has been accomplished, I will advise Reliable and the Revdex.com

Myself and ** *** have been in contact due to the services that were not completed in a timely manner for the landscape and lawncare seasonWe have serviced the locations for those months but not to the bi-weekly schedule ** *** is claiming due to priority task that had to be dealt with
for landscape servicesI am not arguing that ** *** is not owed some type of credit in witch I have offered a free spring cleanup of his property or in his case he is claiming months of service in witch its only (1) but we are willing to credit him for (2) months free lawn care being that he stated to us in a email he wasnt moving and will still occupy the residence.The other option will be a spring cleanup of the property due to the size of the property the cost he is caliming should be a lot more but willing to take a prce cut due to the situation Among other details the client failed to tell you that some parts of the property are all rocks and have gone through many mower blades and belts along with service and installation on the days his location was servicedBut we never complained and just dealt with it as a buisness.I hope this will surfice as we are eager to help ** *** restore his trust and faith in Relaible Services Landscaping !

To Whom It May Concern,With the regards to the complaint filed on 7/18/2016 with [redacted], the client was setup on payment plans as they did not have the funds to complete the landscape job in its entirty . This project was statrted Last year and they would pay here and there when they had...

the finances to do so. As they paid we rendered services so that we would not be stuck in non payment. The services that where rendered thus far has taken them to what has been paid into the project. That included trash debris removal, the cutting of trees and debris removal, stump grinding of the cut trees and it debris removal, labor andequipment rental fees were also part of what they paid into .Now the remaining balence of $1,200.00 would have finished the project and we could have done so , but they where on a payment plan with no set time frame this year as long as we completed it this year all was good. We have to take priority for those clients that pay in full with no payment plans that we really never do but we were trying to help the [redacted]s out as there funds were short.With that being said the payments paid in thus far reflect the services rendered. If the [redacted]s were patient and stuck to the terms we would have gotten this finished this year as its 98% done and ready to go!They called and demanded and made online statements that did not include them being on a payment plan or had other obligations on paying the remainder of the debt. That they forgot to tell the public so we are here.The clients will not be getting back the $7,000 they say they are owed as we had rendered services and they did not even pay the full amount as $1,250.00 is still owed so how can they ask for more funds that had not even been paid yet? So no they will not get back those funds as they were used for labor, equipment, and materials to get to where the project is now. So those funds have been depleted .I would suggest that the [redacted]s find another contractor to work out a payment plan with, and hope that they are more upfront with them then they were with us in regards to payments. We take pride in what we do and think the [redacted]s are great people this went south when the demands came in and they are in no point to demand when the funds are not available on time like most clients have .The best of Luck to ALL !

As Stated in the previous responce, We are willing to work with [redacted] as much as possible. We do not like losing clients, and we worked with her on all of her bugets. With the gutter as stated we offered her a new install but she would have had to pay more and she declined.So there for we did what she wanted a patch job and we stated that we can not be sure how lond that will hold, being the gutter needed to be replaced completly.Our offer still stands and we are willing to refund her $565. 60 in good faith and keep the peace.

I would to respond to the response provided by Reliable services against Claim ID#[redacted] on 2.28.14. There has been no contact with **. [redacted] since 12.03.13. I have sent multiple texts messages but had not received anyacknowledgement.  As I claimed previously NO service was provided during the months of September & October, the last service to my property was 8.28.13.As you will notice per the contract I was originally offered free services as an incentive to pay in full for the annual contract which Idid. The free services were to include a free fall clean up, 1 free snow removal service. Neither of these services were provided.  Because lawn service was not provided during Sept & Oct, I had to find another source which cost me a total of $350.00 for two months oflawn service.   I do agree I was offered a free spring cleaning if I was to reside at this residence. In a text message dated 2.11.14 I did inform **.[redacted] that I would NOT be renewing my lease at the above address and I would like resolution to this matter before I vacate the property as of April 1, 2014. This is the first I am hearing about any issues with the property and / or damage to equipment. Regardless the property was inspectedand the quote was provided based on the property. I should not be held responsible for any damage to their equipment as this should have been factored into the bid. At any point in time I could have been approached to discuss this issue and maybe it could have been addressed. Based on the lack of response and support I have received the only way this matter can be resolved is for me to receive a credit in checkform in the amount of $700.00. Regards,

rejecting this response because:
The refund is conditional - based on negative feedback being removed from an online site.  Removing that feedback is not within my control. I can only request that it be removed.
Reliable is requesting that I send a "certified letter" that this has been done.  I'm not even sure what a certified letter is - unless they mean a letter sent by certified mail.  This is unreasonable.  If the feedback is removed, it would not appear on the web site and a letter from me, certified or otherwise, is simply a frivolous demand.
Further, while this is the first communication I have ever received from Reliable, this response is signed and dated 8/20/14.  My first communication with the Revdex.com was in mid-September, so I'm not sure what the date means on this response.
I believe Reliable's response is simply a delaying tactic and I further believe that a refund is justified without any action being demanded from me.

Review: we signed a contract for snow removal on 12/13/2013 on the condition that they will show up for cleaning the snow wen there is more than 3 inch of snow for that we paid them half money advance in amout of $314.00 on 12/13/2013 which was cashed by [redacted] on the sameday.there was more than 3 inch of snow same night and since this is a hotel an it was our terms before signing the contract that they would come and clean it.on repeateadly calling them they sawed up next day morning when it stpped snowing and there was more than 7-8 inch of snow in the parking lot.no hotel customer can get in or leave from the hotel.they cleaned the parking lot partially and left when called second time we were told thay you are not the only customer and we will come when we get time.with lotof frustration we old them we are not intrested in there service and since we used there service only once and we were not satisfied and need our money back for the rest of the season which was upto 03/13/2014 which they refused.

this service provider is agianst there name they are highly unreliable and does not show up when we called several time.Desired Settlement: we need our money back since we used there service only 1 time out of 90 days contract

Reliable Services Landscaping[redacted] Pa [redacted]This statement is for the ( [redacted] ) As the client stated we have serviced the location many times and everytime we serviced the location there was a issue with the cars and trucks in the parking lot We would have to wait for there customers to move cars and trucks when they were told prior to services being rendered we cant plow around vehicals. The client kept refusing to have her clients move the cars, and when they did, they would excpect us to come right back after leaving and almost a hour away to finsish services. Also on every trip they excpected us to salt witch was not included in the agreement but we did for they as a courtesy or some visits. The client has sent certified letters stating her hotel was broken into due to the fact of us not plowing the occupied parking spaces in witch I think is a bit abnormal but in any event we are willing at the end of the season May 25th of 2014 we are willing to give them back $105.00 that they will have to invoice me for and payment to be paid 30 days from the date of invoice.so I hope this can close, this ordeal but if not we can go the leagal route with lawyers and the courts :Thankyou for your time

I would not be surprised if they would not have more than my complaint because their service is highly unreliable.if this is the way they want to do their business it is not going to last long wewould like to have our money back as soon as possible Regards,[redacted]
