We have inspected the siding material used on this home and believe the failure is caused by a manufacturing defect The product is warranted by the manufacturer and replacement material has been ordered When the replacement material arrives, it will be scheduled for installation The installation will be at no-charge to the homeowner

I KNOW THIS MATTER IS CLOSED ON YOUR PART BUT IT HAS BEEN WEEKS SINCE I STARTED THIS COMPLAINT AND I HAVE TALKED TO THE INSTALLER (GREG) AND HE STILL HASN'T HAD ANYTHING DONE EVEN THOUGH HE PROMISED HE WOULD CALL ME BACKWITH AN ANSWERIS THERE ANYTHING ELSE YOU CAN DO?? # [redacted]

In June of this year, I was looking at the soffits and fascia boards on my home, which were dried out and cracking I knew they needed replacement About that time I received a cold call from Reliant Capitol Others have noted that their calls are too aggressive, but I did not find that to be the case Sales Rep DC [redacted] l came to my home and after reviewing a maintenance-free and attractive product that would cover my problem areas, I gave a deposit for the job It was scheduled in a timely manner, at my convenience The installers arrived, got to work, and completed the work The work crew was polite, respectful and very hard workingTheir clewas satisfactory as wellReliant is fortunate to have found such talented and diligent staff The job was completed about a month ago but I waited to write this review just in case any unseen issues came up Today I remain very satisfied with Reliant Capitol, no reservations or regrets I confidently recommend their talents at improving the look of my home, getting it done timely and correctly, and best of all, will never again need to replace or paint my fascia's and soffits Thanks Reliant!

RE: [redacted] We sincerely apologize for any disturbance caused by our telephone call Our records indicate that your number was flagged as Do Not Call in our old dialing system However, we discovered our old dialer was not dealing efficiently with DNC numbers We purchased a new dialing system that “washes” the numbers against the Federal DNC list before the number is dialed Your number was apparently dialed before the new dialing system was completely implementedYour telephone number is now removed from the new dialing systemWe regret dialing your number and are confident it will not happen again

Since October, 2015, I have received four unsolicited sales calls from Reliant Capitol. Each time, I have told the person that I am registered on the national Do Not Call list. I have told them not to call me and they say they will remove my number from their calling list. But the calls keep coming. I feel this company is violating federal law and should be held accountable. They do not screen their calling lists and do not honor my requests to be left alone. This is the second time I have filed a complaint with the AZ BBB and I want this harassment stopped.

Late Sept - We contacted Home Adviser for our new showerBath Planet called and came outCost seemed high but we went with it and financed it weeks later we had our shower installedThe installer scratched the new wall just to the right of the shower head and gave me options for correcting, Remove and replace the scratched wall Install a decorative band covering the scratches at no extra costHe preferred option 2, and so did I weeks after not hearing anything back about the shower band, I called the sales guy to come out(I was wanting to order another shower caddie anyway.) He came out on Oct31stAfter explaining to the sales guy what happened during install, he wrote up the contract (Decorative shower band and Shower caddie.) Said install would be about weeksI wrote a check for this new contract, which was cashed on Nov 5,Since then, no one has called me from Bath Planet I texted the sales guy on Nov 11th and asked if he knew anything about the install, I was told "It's on the next truck and should have us in just after Thanksgiving." Nothing I texted the sales guy on Dec 10th and told him that I still haven't heard anythingHe said I should be getting a callNothing Not hearing anything from them I called them on Dec14th and was told that it would be either on the next truck or the one after and they would contact me as soon as possible to schedule an installNothing Again, not hearing anything from them I called them on Jan 4th @ 3pm to see if anybody knew anythingI was put on hold while they went into the warehouse to find out from the managerShe came and said "Can I call you back in a few minutes?" I said sureNothing I decided to text the sales guy and see if he could help me find an answer on Jan 15thHe no longer work with them but he did forward my message to Andy the sales Manager, Von the CEO and Larry the ownerI got my first call back later that day from VeronicaShe said that they are going through a warehouse manager transitionAnd that the new warehouse manager would be working full time starting 01/21/but assured me she would get to the bottom of this before he started so I wasn't left hanging As of now it is Jan 21st and still nothingShe did leave me hanging Don't get me wrong, they did an amazing job on the shower except for the scratchesBut getting any customer service and answers is difficultThe additional caddie and band should have been a slam dunkBut somehow we fell through the cracks and I feel that they just don't careInstall or refund the caddie please!! I'll deal with the scratches now at this point

We had someone from this company give us an estimate for re-facing kitchen and bathroom cabinets in February The estimate was very high However, the rep kept saying he could offer various discounts We told the rep we wanted time to think about this and would get back to them Since February we routinely receive 2-calls per week from this company We have told them we are no longer interested in refacing the cabinets They continue to call using different Phoenix phone numbers each time We have told them that we will report them for harrassment, yet they still call We have hung up on them, and they still call When we see a Phoenix number that we do not recognize, we don't answer They still call!! This company will harrass you beyond belief After reading other reviews, I feel that we are not the only ones who have received this kind of treatment We will never do business with this company, and neither should you!

I had put in my information on *** to get some estimates on windowsThis company called me almost seconds after submitting my information, great! They seemed knowledgeable and friendly and set an appointment for about a week out to come give me an estimate, also great! Oddly enough, my parents suggested a different company and I received a credit for the recommendation so I went with a different window replacement serviceI felt bad cancelling the estimate appointment with Reliant (I had to cancel with several companies), but I knew I would be getting a considerable credit toward the windows with the other company and as a first time homebuyer I have to pinch pennies wherever I canIt was nothing personal
I called Reliant back and thanked them for the appointment but I needed to cancelI informed them I already had another company lined up and thanked them again for the opportunity for their business...when I didn't reschedule the appointment they literally hung up on meI said ok, no biggie, went about my dayFor about months thereafter I kept receiving phone calls from random local (Arizona) phone numbersI don't usually answer numbers I don't recognize unless I'm expecting a specific callI googled about different 602/623/numbers after they called and left no message---they were all Reliant! I kept blocking the numbers and again just went about my business
I just answered a call randomly (I'm expecting a delivery) and it was Reliant againThe female rep said, "Hi is this so-and-so?!" I said yesShe said, "Oh we were going to come out and give you an estimate on windows did you still want that?" I said no, I already had them replaced but thank you so muchShe asked me who I replaced with, I told her it was a local company"Well we are a local company," was her responseI said, oh, thank you but I'm all setShe said, "The other companies buy the windows we make in a factory here and mark up the prices!" I said, oh, I didn't know…Thank you for the call, but I already replaced the windowsShe said, “Do you want any other work done? Painting, stucco, counters or cabinets!?” I said no, not at this time but than----she hung up on meFor the second time, I was hung up on by someone at Reliant CapitolBlocked that number as wellMy goodness I've tried to be direct and polite but this is getting sillyHow many numbers does this place have? This is what prompted me to write this reviewI have no idea how they are at installing windows but if it’s anything like their track record with calls, I’d be hesitant

The delivery was very delayed from the promised date.Then the installation was incomplete - wrong size screen and doorlock was also not rightTwo more days to finish thatThink I will be happy with the quality, but would not chose them again for any more windows

I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Although I am accepting this response, I think it is lame for the company to use the excuse that they are using a new system to screen calls If they were really concerned about not bothering people, they would not be doing cold calls in the first place I hope that I never hear from them again But I wouldn't be surprised if they call me in the future and find another reason to blame it on something besides their own negligence

If was able to break my rating down to department I would give stars to the sales team of this companyThey claim to he honest with their prices but they are notUnfortunately I signed the contract without doing my homework (which is my bad and an expensive lesson) and had work done that should have only costed me $2,but was sold to me for $8,(This price is not for there windows it is for duct work and insulation work alone)When I approached them about their price not being in line with national averages all they would say was "well you signed the contract so you have to pay, you cannot back out"This was days before the work in my attic was to startSo just a warning to do your homework and do not sign anything without checking the national averages for the work they are proposingAlso never wave your right to cancel after days just because they say they are giving you a good price on their windowsThe reason I gave a star rating was for the guys that actually did the workThey were great, the product was great and their workmanship is on pointI have no complaints in regards to the work done and I am very happy with itI am just not happy with the price being astronomical for something that could have been done with the same level of expertise and quality for $5,cheaperWell you live and you learn I guess

I have been trying to contact Reliant Capital prior to June 25th (I only have June 25th and forward documented) about a minor issue on one of the windows they installed in my home in November I have been given the run around since the first time I have spoken to anyone thereI have documented everyone that I have spoken to and what they have said to meOn Wednesday, June 11th I spoke to the General *** *** this was the second time we spoke*** was very rude, he proceeded to tell me that I was exaggerating the amount of times I have called and that he would not give me good customer service if I was not being honest with themI was trying to speak and he would talk louder to the point that he was shouting at me on the phoneInstead of arguing back and forth I decided to hang up the phoneI called back a little later and asked to speak to the owner (*** ***) I was told that he was not in that day and that he would be in touch with me soonI called again t

we hired reliant capitol to put new siding on our mobile home and within weeks after they had finished the siding started coming offwe have been in contact with them by phone and haven't been able to get anybody out here to fix the problrmthey just keep promising that someone will be out there in a few days or next week and it never happensall we want them to do is fix their workthis is the only reason i'm filing this complaint because it doesn't seem to be any otherway to get it resolved

After shopping around with many places, I chose Reliant Windows and Doors to install French doors in my family roomWe agreed on a total of $Once installed, door had a large scratch down the center of the glass, I requested the glass be replacedI contacted the sales rep (Dooley) different times, and he insisted this would be taken care of, and this wouldn't be a problem.I never heard from himI spoke with the manager Robert and he said that I must pay for half the door, which was going to cost me $(which was half the cost of the glass) I finally agreed to thisOnce installed, there was yet another scratch, smaller, but still a scratchI requested my money returned, and now the manager is stating I must deal with the manufactureAll I wanted was some nice French doors and yet I continue to get the run aroundOnce this company gets your moneyThey leave it at thatDon't deal with themIts been nothing but a headache!!!!

On March 27, 2015, the homeowners contracted with Reliant Capitol LLC for the purchase and installation of a screen room.  A screen room is not intended to be a water tight living area.  The screen room consists of framed screens above knee-walls installed under and attached to the...

existing patio cover and resting upon the existing concrete slab.  One screen door is included with the screen room.  The knee-wall is constructed in sections, not in one continuous piece and there are seams where the sections are joined.  These seams are not cracks.  Installation of the screen room was completed April 30, 2015.   When the homeowner complained of leaks, the original supposition was that water was leaking between the bottom of the knee-wall and the concrete slab and additional caulking was used in these areas.  Water-hose tests revealed that water was seeping up through the expansion joints of the existing concrete slab.  Some of the knee-walls rest upon the expansion joints as they must align with the attachment points on the patio cover.  This causes it to appear as though the water was seeping through a gap between the knee-wall and the concrete slab.   It is common for water to seep up through the expansion joints in a concrete slab.  The seepage was not caused by the installation of the screen room.  As the slab was not installed by Reliant Capitol, its performance is not the responsibility of Reliant Capitol However, Reliant Capitol employees did the research to find a product that is designed to seal cracks in concrete and provided this information to the homeowner.  The homeowner has indicated that he does not wish to utilize this product.
