I have tried to terminate my subscription 4 times. No response. Instead they continue to try and ship another order. I will refuse shipment. Chuck

We do offer the Quick Start at a promotional price which is at greatly discounted cost and we are only able to process refunds on unopened product. Shipping and handling charges as well as the automatic shipment options are clearly explained on our website and with our customer care agents. In addition an email is sent after the order is placed, then another when the order is shipped detailing this along with options to cancel even before the first automatic shipment goes out. The manufacturer promises that this formula will fight inflammation that causes joint and muscle pain?
I didn’t like the fact that they lure consumers in with their 3-week lifestyle program and then auto charge you! This is shady trading as far as I'm concerned. Even worse after continuing using it, after the three weeks, in the hopes, it would help me and it DID NOTHING! You cannot return the remaining bottles for a refund, as I HAD NO RELIEF, with this product! However, many other similar supplements will allow you to send opened (and even empty), containers back for a full refund. ...Relief Factor is a rip-off!
